I am always careful to read the fine print before I book anything online. So, when Expedia told me my booking had free cancellation with nothing to pay until checkin, I confidently booked my accommodation. I was shocked to see that the full fee had been deducted from my account that very evening and even more shocked to see that the terms of my booking had suddenly changed to 'non refundable'. Now, due to ill health, I am unable to travel. I am also struggling to cover my medical expenses because this corrupt company took my money under false pretences. $#*! them. Yet won't refund me any of the booking fees. Refuse to talk any sense to me, they just keep copy and pasting the same lines over and over, and telling me to message or email them, which I have a million times and have been doing for nearly 3 weeks. I'm getting no where. I've tried phoning but after being on hold for an hour or two they hang up on you. I will never ever use Expedia again, and I suggest everyone else books with other companies. I go to check my seat release the ticket cancelled. They refuse to the refund Even the airline already agree to do the refund they still refuse. When you email to them hundred times they said they never Receive any feedback. When you called them you must wait at least one hours but not got any help. So never ever use Expedia again.
