    I ordered a Josh Allen figurine and was sent a little blue plastic man. Is this a joke? There is no easy way to contact this company. They charged me shipping and handling.     I ordered an item from them weeks ago that was supposed to be delivered 8 days ago. The tracking number tells me that only the label has been created and the item has not actually been shipped. There is ZERO communication from the site to clarify the situation, and anytime I try to go through the chat feature on the website, it tells me that it is currently unavailable but their associates will be back shortly.     I will never order from this company again. I placed 1 order with several items, but have to return most of them due to quality and size issues. They have separated my 1 order into 3, so they can charge me $29.97 just for sending them back. I cannot believe a company like this is still in business.     I ordered the Columbia brand UNC quarter zip on December 23. It is now Jan 4 and I still haven't received my item. Tracking doesn't even indicate it is on the way. Order at your own risk.     I was happy to receive my items promptly but customer service after the sale is practically nonexistent. I could not find answers to my questions. The bot and chat were frustrating but not helpful and you cannot talk to anyone. I will not order from them again! Tip for consumers:I tried to get help while filling out a return.     I order a jersey which wasn't on sale, but they were offering free upgrade to next business day shipping. I placed my order and then it showed that it would ship within 5 days. I contacted customer service that said the next business day shipping wasn't available even though the website was marketing it and I offered to send a screenshot.     When I went to return my items, I found out there would be a $9.99 return fee deducted from my return, unless I asked for a store credit. That would be a 100%. I will never order again. Plus my item is not showing returned as of yet (It has been over a week since I placed it in USPS). Once my package is received at the warehouse, it will take an additional 7-10 days in order for my refund to be processed. Lesson learned. I order a-lot of Buckeyes gear from various sites.     I ordered womens size 2x Tennessee sweatpants. I received Large Carolina Sweatshirt. The excuse? They were out of what I ordered and I can have a refund after I send it back 2-7 days after they receive it. I don't want a refund I want the item I ordered and they sold without having the product to send me! Also I have no printer and they won't send a label in the mail. They told me to spend my time and gas to go to a UPS office and get it printed. The nearest one is 40 minutes away! Not to mention I work! Do not order here!     The product I received was truly terrible, so returning it was a must to at least get some money back. I paid $34.60 for the hat, and understood that $9.99 would be charged for the label (total scam, BUT it was in the fine print). Somehow, the mathematical geniuses at FansEdge decided to refund me $17.06…less than half of the purchase price…. 2 MONTHS after I returned said hat. I've emailed them, but I don't have much hope of that going anywhere. It seems from these other reviews that they just ship out awful products, and still make money off people with their return policy. Will never give their site any of my time or money again.     Ordered a $40 custom tee and the product was horrible. Very thin material, extremely wrinkled and came with shirt folded in manner where number stuck together and one you unfolded it it tore the graphic. Asked for refund or replacement and they stated policy won't allow them to do either but they would give me coupon for 50% off next purchase.     Very disappointed with my order! Purchased 3 of my favorite team tee-shirts and received 3 inferior products. One shirt came as a 3/4 length sleeve instead of a long sleeve. And, because I refuse to wear an item without washing first, especially during this pandemic, tags were removed and washing/drying instructions were followed to the tee. One shirt came out with holes in the vinyl of the team's logo. When speaking to customer service I was told "how do we know that you really followed the washing/drying instructions?" Basically, calling me a liar. They refused to issue a refund or exchange. I thought an item carrying the NFL Team Apparel logo would be a quality purchase. Do not buy from this company!     I ordered a NFL jersey from this site. When it arrived there was bad stitching on the name plate. Threads were untrimmed, some of the stitching was loose and jumbled. I highly doubt Nike would allow this sort of quality to leave their facilities. The good thing I can say is that the return process was easy.     I'm not gonna lie, after placing an order I didn't receive my confirmation email so I began digging for reviews about the site. As you can see, they're awful! I was so afraid because what I had purchased was meant for a Christmas gift and I thought there's no way it'd be home in time! I ended up calling the customer service number and spoke with a lovely gentleman named Joseph, he was very professional and understanding. Corrected my email - I actually typed it in wrong that's why I didn't receive my confirmation! He was able to tell me over the phone my tracking number and told me when my package was scheduled to be delivered. Just like he said, my order came in and I am so happy with the jersey I ordered!     I was very happy with my purchase and the delivery. Actually got it sooner than the shipment notice said. I ordered an OU Sherpa quarter zip pullover and it got to me in less than 7 days. Quality is good. Ordered a Medium which was too big... so I just ordered a small and will return the medium. They have what appears to be a simple return system online.
