I have been buying from Fasttech for about three years and have never once had a bad experience. I do my research before ordering and, while it does take a while to get to me, I've always gotten exactly what I wanted. What prompted me to write this review are the wonderful experiences I've had with their customer service. They are always super diligent in their work. I always get a reply faster than expected, and I always know that I am communicating with a real person, who has read and understood my concerns. Customer service always treated me kindly and yes some items I had bought were not in stock. My money got returned and communication was clear.
