    I placed an order on Flora2000, and asked for a status around 9 a.m. Richard emailed me saying it was out for delivery and, by 6 p.m., sent me another email stating "unavailability of fresh flowers" and asking if I wanted to cancel my order. Words cannot describe these crooks. Tip for consumers:Nothing, just one email with an excuse. I have never heard of "unavailability of fresh flowers". Products used:Nothing Service Shipping
    Recently used Flora2000 to send gift to my mom back in the UK. I was very impressed to see the gifts on the site - looked very exclusive and sleek, so decided to send her this Hamper with cake, cheese n crackers, nuts etc. The hamper I selected was budgeted and quite fancy... anyhow mom loved the gift and the packaging was pretty impressive too. The representatives were very helpful on the phone when I was tracking my delivery status. Definitely going to be using Flora2000 for future gifting!
    I ordered a time critical wreath for a funeral in Mombasa, Kenya on Friday 1st October and Richard Fullham emailed confirmation of payment ($97) and order number *******. Then Boldwin Smith e-mailed to say that it was scheduled for delivery for Saturday 2nd October. On the delivery day itself, Boldwin e-mailed me back to say that delivery was not possible 'owing to non-availability of fresh flowers'. REALLY? In Kenya? Then Anna Clark e-mailed Monday 3rd October to apologise and schedule redelivery for the very same day. But no delivery was made. Nothing. No flowers. No refund. No update. No regard. Finally a day after the funeral, Boldwin e-mails back with 'The order could not be delivered due to the recipient location being far off.' A complete failure. Absolute incompetence but more importantly, dishonesty and a total lack of respect and disregard for the customer, timing or sentiment. Hard-earnt money thrown into a black hole and customers need to be warned of these people as no money has been refunded but more to the point is that compensation needs to be made for the absolute disgrace of an operation. It seems a scam to take payments from undiscerning and trusting customers. My deepest regret is not sticking to the professionals like Interflora - especially at a time of death overseas when flowers are the expression of love. These con-artists know that it is only decent, caring people that send flowers to loved ones abroad. They are milking and manipulating people and deserve every bit of pain for that which they cause by their failures and misleading / dishonest dealings. What goes around comes around. These people MUST be held to account for my money and the disappointment and hurt caused.
