I was promised a delivery date between November 29,2024 and December 13,2024. The package never arrived. I requested a refund on December 14,2024. They asked me to wait a week. I waited. On December 20,2024, I again requested to be refunded. It was at this point I checked the tracking info. The package was returned to Rosegal November 30,2024...a full two weeks before I first requested a refund. They ignored all my requests for refund. They then resent the package, on Decmber 20,2024, with the knowledge that I didn't want it any longer, and would not be able to use it for it's intended purchase, and that I wouldn't be available to receive it. They then omitted all the logistics and misrepresented the order to Paypal. Products used:Nothing arrived after two months. Rosegal's customer service and I have been passing comments back and forth... think we are up to almost 10 now and the in the latest one they've asked me to pay to have to package tracked.
