    Poor quality of material, very very cheap. Unable to get ahold customer service. On line is it not working. Phone tag is non stop. Called 10 times and still was not able to talk to anyone at all. Very fishy company. Products used:Their product is on the shelf, I cant even donate it. Thats how bad product material is.     Last June I bought over $500 in clothes from them, to this day, it still says partial order filled on their website, in my account. NO ONE will talk to me, I disputed it with my bank, but they said the vendor said it was delivered. I NEVER received anything. Could be a porch pirate got the partial order, but WHERE is the rest? I paid $15 for insurance, but that was a waste of money, can't get a hold of anyone to have them reship the cloths under the insurance. WHAT A WASTE of money and time! Their clothes are cute and tempting to buy... but buyer beware. You may never receive what you ordered!
    I ordered 4 items from Rosegal, and they arrived today. The resemblance to the online images was vague at best and they were all made from very cheap printed fabric. The clothes are cute, in the images, but in real life I would never even wear what I purchased. I do not recommend buying anything from Rosegal, no matter how cute it looks.     I ordered a jacket from them. Oh boo! I got a child size jacket. I'm 45 years old and a plus size lady. I put in a ticket. They told me to take pictures. I did that. Now no one will contact me about anything. All I want is a return address to get my money back. If I have to go to the government I will.
    Sizes range. Im normally a 2x but they fit like a large. Their clothes are very cute, but I have yet to find something that fits me. I love how they ship then, all folded neatly in zipclose packaging. The materials are cheap, I've received at least 10 shirts. You guess none fit. I even bought the largest size they have. Don't get its that look super cute with cut outs along the sleeves. They don't cut the shirts out right and they do not fit. Our of everything I've purchased from rosegal. Leggings. 2 pairs the only thing that fit.
    I place an order to be delivered to Reno NV they sent it to California screen shot price was sent to Rosegal. They are screwing me out of my entire order and offering 30 dollars for my more than 100 dollars order. This is unacceptable. I want a full refund or my order.     My wife ordered half a dozen shirts from this site They're some of the cheapest pieces of clothing we've ever seen. Flimsy material with uneven (bunching) and minimal stitching at seams and decorations. Rosegal won't send an RMA. One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
    I've been shopping through RoseGal for about 6 months now. The clothing and jewelry and accessories I have ordered are all good quality. They have a great selection, though sizing can be off sometimes. I get lots of compliments on my wardrobe and jewelry items from RoseGal.
    Their sizing is getting better. Good quality clothes, although not really on trend. Amazing and fast customer service for any issues.
    I ordered a nice summer dress with sunflowers on it. The dress has pockets which I thought was a brilliant feature. It took a couple of weeks to arrive but ultimately I am satisfied with the product.
    Rosegal has some fabulous looking clothes. And, I will admit, out of the two bathing suits I ordered, one of them fits great, looks great, very happy with it. The other one, ordered in the same size, same style but different color was way too big. When I left negative feedback for that one, they removed it. They only allow positive feedback on their website, so don't be fooled buy their rating. There should not be such a big difference in fit when they are the same size and style. Also, they do not allow refunds on a lot of items, not just bathing suits. Be certain of what you want and hope what you get fits. Tip for consumers:Order 1 size up from your usual size.     I placed an order over a month ago. When nothing arrived after about 3 weeks I submitted an inquiry. They replied that the first item had been shipped, the other was still on back order. A week later when nothing had still arrived I inquired again. They replied that the first item had now been shipped from the warehouse in Guangzou! With no commerce going on between the U.S. and China during the pandemic that is the same as not being shipped at all. The second item was still not available and now not projected to be back in stock until another two weeks! I don't think these people stock anything. They just take your order, take a cut of the price, and then place an order with someone else to fulfill. I finally just cancelled the order. Enough is enough. Don't deal with these people. It is not worth the aggravation.
    I am so pissed right now. I'm out 50 dollars never received my package and won't return my money.     I reluctantly gave them 1 star, only because i had to. I wrote a review last night, but in light of their response I feel I really needed to write another. I payed $58+ (including shipping)for a 2-piece outfit on November 15th. It was promised before end of November. Still, they cannot tell me what is up, they just keep saying be patient. I am done being patient as one event has passed and now Christmas is upon us, and I still have nothing to wear. So, I asked for my money back. Their bright idea is to refund me $20, then if it comes then I send the $20 back! I say no way, I payed in good conscience, they cannot. I told them that now that I have nothing after paying $43+shipping, the only remedy is to pay shipping too as nothing was shipped to me. STEER CLEAR OF THIS RIPOFF COMPANY!     I have purchased from Rosegal.com one other time in the past and getting items exchanged for different sizes was a nightmare. Eventually, after the first time exchanging and the clothing still didn't fit, they refused to exchange or refund. I was in a major pinch and needed to find a nice outfit FAST and honestly had forgotten how terrible the customer service was the first time as it was over 3 years prior. I did remember the sizing was quite large so I purchased two sizes of all the shirts I wanted in hopes to return the ones that didn't fit. Not a single item fit and I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for a month with no responses. I tried to "Submit a Ticket" (pictures attached) which is the only way you can exchange items or get a refund and every time it took me to a "502 Bad Gateway" page (picture attached). After trying, literally, 10+ times to submit a request for a refund, one finally went through but noone ever responded to the ticket. In order to submit a ticket I needed to attach a picture. I was assuming a picture of the shirt not fitting correctly so that is what I uploaded. It didn't matter that the size of the picture or the content of the picture, it would not be accepted. I emailed *******@rosegal.com 5+ times. I called every number I could find through a google search that was possibly related to the website but not one took me to anything related to rosegal.com The number on facebook, *******001, answered in a foreign language and hung up within 2 seconds. Other numbers I tried were: *******056 Foreign language and hung up within 2 seconds, *******470 TV/Internet Sales, *******056 Not a Connected Number, *******485 Magic Jack Customer There are NO phone numbers on their website so the only way to try to get ahold of customer service is to "submit a ticket" which wouldn't go through. I also contacted them on facebook with no response. The return policy is that the items must be returned/exchanged within a month and now that I am 3 days away from a month, I guess I can basically say goodbye to the $285 I spent on 10 shirts and am now stuck with 10 shirts that a HUGE.     Unfortunately, the company is cheating people in July I bought clothes completely different than on the website shown in the future I sent them back to them they had to pay back and to this day neither clothes nor return company the very bottom
    This company has BEYOND infuriated me and I will NEVER make the mistake again of buying from them. Anyone want some swimsuits that are 100% unused and still in the bags with tags and bottom protectors?! I NOW HAVE 3. Bunch of bullcrap.
    The wigs I've gotten are very well made. They're synthetic but look close enough to real hair that people don't realize it's not my own hair. I also got a well-made wig cap with one of them, which was a pleasant surprise as I was just expecting the package to contain the wig. They're easy to style and easy to put on. Very pleased with them, and will definitely be ordering more.
    To return an item is ridiculous. They give you a ticket number and you have to wait for a shipping return address. Meanwhile 30 days have pass an you can't return. Or they give you a 20 per cent coupon to buy again from them.
    I placed my order with Rosegal on March 15,2020 and have still NOT received my merchandise! They were prompt in charging my account! When I check the tracking of my merchandise, the delivery date just keeps getting later and later! I am beyond frustrated at this point. Would not recommend ordering from Rosegal unless you have months to wait on your order! It took 9 days for my order to even ship out!
    I chatted with them, gave them my order number which I placed and was charged for more than 2 months ago and they just keep telling me to wait.
    I recently ordered from this site and I had a wonderful experiance. My items came fairly quickly and everything was as described. Quality and fit was nice. Pay attention to the size charts and measurements.
    Buyers beware! This so called company is a joke. Their phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails in 24 hours like they state. I've emailed them three times for instructions to return some dresses and it's been over 10 days and still no response. Fabric was cheap polyester. I'm ready to dispute the charges if possible.
