    FruitBouquets.com (FB.com) is a very unreliable middleman; don't be fooled by what they tell you! I order one of their advertised products for an out of state delivery. The ordering process was easy. Day of the delivery the area the recipient lived in had a bad snowstorm (unknown to me) so obviously the company contracted to create and deliver the product was unable to do so. I called FB.com that same evening because I received no notification of the delivery, which was supposed to occur. Made multiple chat calls (because I was on hold for over 1hour with no pickup) each time they Guaranteed the product would be delivered the next day and would be receiving notification of delivery. Never happened. I was finally able to get the actual company creating the product which basically indicated to order directly through them next time. The customer service & rep's at FB.com are outsourced and they could care less about assisting you. Will Not use again Date of experience: December 12, 2024

    ...Do I need to say anything more than the title? Here...I'll put in as much effort in my review as they did when trying to locate my order. Every other call it was miraculously delivered seconds before I called followed by the next rep telling me they could see it was en route and the driver saying he was down the street. 7min before close they admitted they didn't know where it was and had no way of contacting the random 3rd party delivery driver. My daughter, who is away in her first year of college, never received her birthday cake, fruit basket, balloons, cards- nothing! Each time she ran to the door excited to see what was "delivered" there was nothing. No refund, discount or apology can fix this level of dissappointment. Never again! Tip for consumers:Everybody involved including customer service and the delivery drivers are random 3rd party companies. None of them know what's going on and have no way of communicating with each party involved.     Do not order from them. It's a subsidiary of 1-800-flowers and it's difficult to get delivery updates or confirmation of delivery. I live in a major city and received an email saying the fruit basket was delivered but it was nowhere to be seen. When I called the service number, they said the local shop was closed so there was nothing that could be done. This was ordered for a holiday party so there was no time for a replacement.     So we ordered a bouquet of fruit and whatever i. Tuesday November 21,2023 to be delivered Saturday November 25 by 6 PM. It was made abundantly clear it needed to be delivered by 6PM. I even asked can they guarantee it, and they did. It was for the woman who owns the salon where my wife goes, whose mother had just died. The salon closes at 6 PM on Saturdays. So sure enough, here it is Saturday 11/25 and around 6:35 we get a call from the local franchise that the driver was at the salon but it was closed. Come on. The place charges over $100 for a few dollars worth of fruit on sticks made to look like a bouquet. Get it there on time. And when we tried to cancel it, the woman at the grand chose said she had to check with someone and get back to us. Still no call back. Fortunately we used Amex and can dispute the charge easily.     I ordered two identical bouquets for two teachers in my child's school about six days ahead. One was delivered in the afternoon but the other was missing. I called customer service and spent 30 minutes on the phone verifying and re-verifying my order number only to find out that the other bouquet was supposed to arrive by 6 pm which was one hour past their declared time slot for non-residential addresses. Needless to say that the teacher who was to receive the gift had already gone home. I was told that if the recipient could not be reached they would make a new bouquet and deliver it the next day. No such thing happened. No compensation for an expensive fresh fruit bouquet that ended up sitting at the front desk overnight either. I will choose Edible Arrangements next time.     If you care about your loved ones at all, do not order from this company. You can be sure that there is a genuine risk that it won't arrive. And if that was not bad enough, when you call customer service, they refuse to allow you to speak with a supervisor, which I believe may be against their own company's policies. In short, a complete failure of an organization with no customer service or accountable. Plus, just read the other reviews. I wish I would have.     Embarrassing! Wish we would have looked at the reviews before we use them. What was received, look nothing like the photo. It had maybe 10 pieces of fruit in it. Six of them are orange slices! Also, the 15% off your first order Did not work then the $40 cup of fruit, turned into $60! Never ever use this place again! Horrible! The only thing they got right was the delivery day and time.     I ordered the time for cake arrangement. It arrived on time but did not look like the picture. It was very skimpy and not filled with fruit. I saw more of the fluff greenery then fruit. It was not worth my $114 dollars. They get 2 stars for their efforts in identifying my delivery was for a guy and sending a blue balloon but i believe they can probably do better. I included a pic of what was sent vs was the original pic looks like. 2 stars for efforts.     Unfortunately without my knowledge the recipient of our arrangement was moved to a different location so upon forst attempt, the delivery was unsuccessful. However i was able to speak to customer service, give them the new address and they sent the new information to the shop. The shop delivered just in time! Great customer service!     I was kind of worried after realizing that I didn't go to the edible Arrangement site and actually ordered from Fruit bouquet instead I read the reviews And for the most part they were terrible So I was just hoping for the best...thankfully My order came without issue and my mother loved it,it was a birthday gift... the only issue that I had was they never sent me a confirmation email so had I not took a screenshot of the payment I made I would have never had a order number to check the status of my order.
