    We have paid for 8 shipments of 2 bottles of wine each and only 4 shipments have been received. Therefore we are out $153.95. These were Christmas gifts for my granddaughters. Needless to say the have been disappointed. Clubs Galore still has it's web site and telephone number posted but do not answer the phone ( and now it has been disconnected), and do not respond to repeated e-mails. I suspect the people involved in this fiasco have now moved on and opened a new company to rip off some more individuals.
    Ordered a monthly gift for my husband in May 2017. Never got it delivered in June like it was supposed to go out. Emailed them to find out the status on 7/2/17, got an email stating I can just cancel and get my money back. That's what I did and they said a refund would be sent in 5-7 business days... still waiting! Now they say it's a first come first serve returns. Don't lie and just refund my money.
    Horrid, Horrid company. They will take your money and IF you do get a box it will be substandard in content. The cookies they send out could be bought for $5 at a grocery store and would not be in the gourmet section! That is of course IF you get a box. Under new ownership? Yeah, I'll say, unethical owners with no ability to properly run a business. They are not owners they are scam artists.
    Purchased the wine club and it was absolutely amazing. My parents loved the fact that they got a new one every single month.
    Let me say first, that I've used many monthly clubs before but this is the worst experience I've ever had. Ordered $300 monthly subscription for my dad for his birthday. Talk to my dad and he said he never received it. Tried to contact the company who you can't reach by phone you can only email. They said they had some unexpected circumstances and they cannot ship my order at this time nor could they tell me when they could ship it. Pressed for more answers and they said they had a change of ownership and things were caught up in litigation. They ended up canceling my order without my consent and now my dad is out his birthday gift. Never in my life have I had such a horrible customer service with the company. Much better options to use than this company!
    My brother just got a Weber grill for Christmas, so I figured the marinade club would be perfect for his birthday. Cant wait to hang out over there as the weather warms up and try out some new marinades that you wouldnt normally find at the grocery store. Definitely a unique and thoughtful option for those who like to grill, in my opinion.
    The first 3 of 6 showed up great, but now they will not respond. Not sure how a lawsuit starts, but that's the google search that brought me here. All the ratings around June switched from 5s to 1s. They must be closing the doors.
    Variety club was my go-to gift this past Christmas and my whole family has been very happy with their shipments so far. I love how it allows you to tailor your gift to a specific person.
    Ordered two monthly gifts for Father's Day totaling $752 and have received nothing. I've attempted to contact them via email and phone numerous times and have received no response. FURIOUS
    I think we should all get together and start a class action suit. Maybe then we will either get our money back or they will finally deliver the clubs we ordered.
    I, too, have received terrible service! Like so many others I attempted to resolve this through calls and email. I reached out to the BBB. Nothing. I am wondering how many of us does it take to initiate a class action lawsuit? I am out $160 and I am sure many others have lost precious money as well.
    MY GIRLFRIEND ORDERED FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY NY PIZZA OF THE MONTH CLUB IN LATE JUNE 2017. NOTHING EVER ARRIVED... BOTH OF US HAVE CONTACTED THE BUSINESS VIA EMAIL MULTIPLE TIMES WITH ZERO RESPONSES. WE HAD TO HAVE THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY PROVIDE A CREDIT BACK FOR THE CHARGE. WHAT A LOOSER COMPANY CLUBSGALORE IS... STAY AWAY!
    This was a gift I purchased for my mother. She never received the jams/jellies I signed her up for. I contacted the company via email and received one response in which they said they were having some delivery issues and would resume deliveries in a month. The month came and went... and still nothing. 5 months later, 5 emails later, a dozen phone calls, and I've never received further communication or responses and my mother still doesn't have her gift. I've requested a refund and still heard nothing. I just wasted a ton of money and it's embarrassing to give a gift that someone never receives. This is NOT a professional or reputable company!
    I ordered and paid for a gift for a friend in early March and after numerous phone calls and emails on July 11th they just told me I can cancel the order if I wanted, with no reason why they did not and could not ship my order.
    Could not be happier with the selection that came with the sweet and salty club. Definitely will be a repeat customer! Value Shipping Quality
    Did not receive all months ordered. Repeated contact attempts go unanswered. This was a gift subscription. Avoid this company! The months thatbwete received were worth well less than the price paid.
    Missing shipments - phone not answered - no response to 2 emails. This was a gift from my son - never would recommend it.
    I purchased the Gourmet Cheese of the Month Club for my father for Christmas and was promised "Our panel of Fromagers have selected cheeses from Italy, France, Spain and other exciting cheese-making regions. Featuring Cheeses like Manchego, Grana Padano, Camembert, Ricotta Salata, Port Salut and many more. We've selected only the best tasting cheese from around the globe. Our experts sample dozens each month." This couldn't be further from the truth. I have just returned from Europe to find that my father received cheddar, mozzarella, and colby jack cheeses with packaging similar to what he could find in the packaged cheese section of the grocery store. As someone who has an interest in gourmet cheeses, he was so unimpressed by the selection that he isn't even going to taste them. This club does not have accurate advertising and I am very disappointed with the product. STAY AWAY
