    I shopped directly on a stores website (Soma) and as I am ready to checkout there are options for quick delivery since I am leaving for vacation tomorrow 05/27. Shoprunner was one of the options available so I chose it. I placed my order 05/23 and going into their website shows that my item has not even shipped yet as of today 05/26. What in the actual f****! I could've just used Soma's regular shipping and I would've received it faster than this. Chatted with a Greg online and he advised that my item was not eligible for 2 day... then why are you an attractive option at checkout on another vendors site? GARBAGE! I'm so mad =( Tip for consumers:Don't! Go directly to the vendor. Products used:No products! I have not received the items yet. They are boasting 2 day shipping and the item hasn't left yet after 3 days still sitting there to be picked up. Service Value Shipping
    Bought a laptop, signed up for shoprunner "free 2 day shipping." Laptop shipped the same day, within hours of my order, and sent me this horrible spam filled page that looked like malware as "tracking" - view source let me get the actual UPS tracking number, which reveals that they sent it UPS 3-day Select. So apparently the "free 2 day shipping" claim is just what they say to get you to sign up. Tip for consumers:ShopRunner promises two-day shipping but actually uses three-day shipping.     I've had the same problem with a refund from saks off 5th. I sent the return a month ago and FedEx shows delivered but saks says I have to tell shoprunner. Shoprunner does not respond and I've called saks more than 4 times. I recently got an email and saks is sending the return back to me! This makes no sense!     They promise delivery in 2 business days, but each time I've used them this year, they fail to do so. Orders using them were not delivered on the second day as promised. The place I ordered from sent me an email with a tracking number saying that it was being shipped so I can see that it's taking longer than it should. Also, if your package is not heavy enough, they will use UPS SurePost or some other extremely slow method which involves them handing the package off to USPS. Once it's there, they do their own processing on it which can take a day or longer before it's out for delivery. Tip for consumers:If you use this site for shipping, be aware that your package will take longer than two days to arrive. In some cases, maybe it'll be a week.     They have absolutely no communication with merchants store. Printed label and sent return for Saks off Fifth and it's been a week since tracking says it was delivered, no email confirmation nor does the merchant store have any record of the return. Called Saks off Fifth and gave tracking info and it looks like it went to the right place but can't tell me if they have it. They said I can expect a credit in 10-15 business days. Really?     I really don't understand what value they add. Most merchants already give free shipping and returns - so maybe use shoprunner for the ones that don't? I ordered a pair of shoes through them from Neiman Marcus to be delivered from Dallas to Houston. It's taking them SIX days. I could drive it in about four hours.

    I just recently started using ShopRunner, very big mistake. None of my packages have been shipped in 2 business days! Heck, they haven't even been picked up, let alone got to me. I live chat with them to find out the problem and of course they say "the shipping is up to the company I ordered from and I need to reach out and speak to them. I'm not really sure what ShopRunner is even used for. I had to spend a certain amount to even get the shipping, which I would've gotten with the company without ShopRunner and I would've already received my package!     I don't really utilize shoprunner too much anymore. There selection of stores has dwindled and some of the stores now require a minimum purchase. I believe it's because many more stores are offering their own promo codes for discount shipping. And now with Covid-19, it is harder for most stores to offer free 2 day shipping.
    I have been a member of shoprunner for a few years now and due to my use of this service, I have 1). Saved hundreds on 2 day shipping costs and 2). Have not had to pay for it due to my usage. Although it is true that they have a limited number of merchants to use the service with, there are a few popular sites; American Eagle, Drugstore.com, macmall, Ebags. You can get a free 30 day trial and hopefully they will continue to add more merchants. Happy Shopping.     I ordered two big shipments from Thrive Causemetics. Both were returned back to sender because Shoprunner added the wrong zip code to my address. I could not correct the problem.     My order was suppossd To arrive at my hotel on a Friday. The shipment was for a funeral. It never arrived and I received no notice until after the supposed shipment date when I was no longer even in the same state. I received a response after numerous attempts to contact Anne Taylor that my order did not ship because it was sold out. This was four days after the order was supposed to arrive. I had to battle with customer service. Customer service at both Anne Taylor and shop runner were remarkably unhelpful. My hotel agreed to have the order shipped back. Still waiting to be reimbursed.
    Absolutely useless. Most things aren't covered they just want to take credit for the sale for a commission but provide no benefit. While Amx platinum flaunts them as a benefit is beyond me. They should distance themselves from these scammers to avoid diluting their brand
    I ordered two separate items from newegg.com. One item qualified for shoprunner's free 2 day shipping and the other one didn't so I used newegg's 5-7 day shipping. The item shipped by newegg arrived in 3 days and the item shipped by shoprunner arrived after 4 days. They were right that once the order was processed by shoprunner, it only took 2 business days for them to deliver my item. However, the entire process was still faster with newegg.

    This company is a scam and had horrible customer service. They told me I would have 2 day shipping and automatically signed me up for a membership and input my card information off my sales transaction from Saks.     Placed an Order on saks off fifth using Shoprunner. 2 days days later, on the day it was scheduled to arrive, tracking number states it's still waiting for the package to be received by Fedex... This is the most recent of many examples where their "2 day shipping" promise has fallen flat. I'll stick to the 5 to 7 day shipping offered by Saks... At least they hold true.     In the past I have always used shoprunner for online purchases. They were dependable and pkgs always arrived in 2 days. However, last few months has not been worth it. They are using USPS as their delivery service. When pkgs are 'on time' they take 5 or more days-- far short of their 2 days promise. And often they are far later. A pkg due today is now saying running late (via usps tracking)-- no further info... just late. When this has happened in past pkgs have been as much as 10 days late.
    Waste of money. Saks Fifth can deliver your items as fast. Extra cost at no extra perks.     Shoprunner not only fails to keep commitments, but also fails to accept accountability. Shipped two packages from a retailer to same address. One using shoprunner one using stores service, the only one to arrive in two days for Christmas the store service. Still waiting for Shoprunner's shipment looks like 3 more days.
