I ordered one olive halter maxi dress and it did come: 1 month later. The quality wan't bad and it makes up for the slow shipping. My friend got her orders in 2 weeks, which was weird. Free shipping won't guarantee you quick arrival. Otherwise I would order again.
Please note: this shop ships from China. Shipping will take long and returns and refunds will be brutal even with Paypal. You're better off reselling on your own. But otherwise items will arrive.

Date of experience: November 11, 2014This is just one more of those scam sites. They take pictures from reputable companies and ship you a poorly made child size replica. The dress I ordered was supposed to be a XXL and fits like a child's medium. It is also completely see through. Do not waste your money! No matter how tempting.

Even though the dress was faulty (I sent them pictures of several holes) company didn't offer return label on their cost. They should be banned to sell anything to Europe if they do not respect European customers rights.
Date of experience: July 7, 2017Bought an item delivery attempted late (after we had gone on holidays) even thought we paid express shipment. Then spend 2 weeks trying to get courier contact details to arrange alternative delivery. Finally got onto courier company and arranged for delivery. Delivery did not happen, and on querying why find out sender had requested parcel be "destroyed" so now asking for someone to contact us for a full refund. Doubt it will ever happen. Don't buy from this website every!

Date of experience: July 4, 2016I ordered a coat, size large, which is what I wear, but it was way too small. I've sent several emails and tried to catch them on a live chat but have not been successful. I've read the negative reviews and also seen on their website (too late) that they don't pay for returns if it's the wrong size. I don't know what else to do! Obviously, China doesn't have the same standards for customer service as the United States.
Tip for consumers:Don't use this company for your purchases!
Date of experience: February 10, 2017I ordered, they said it will only take 3 days to deliver the stock to my house. Then I have been waiting for over a week.
You can't expect this shopping experience if their customer service just told you no problem but actually keep you wait.
They also change their prices and discount offer all the times if you check more on their stock. What a joke.
I will not order again.
Date of experience: September 17, 2015Found them on Pinterest and was so excited to see they sold Free People clothing for cheaper but after 5 weeks of waiting I received junk. Nothing like the FP pictures they use. Cheap material, no detail and super small. They didn't want me to return the clothing and offered me discounts and points but I will never order from them again so what use is that? They finally gave me the return address and when I went to ship back 2 things it cost $23 dollars. Waste of time, waste of money
Date of experience: February 9, 2016This website clearly states "30 day unconditional return". As it turns out, the coat I ordered is extremely cheap in quality. Do yourself a favor and review their actual return policy page to see if it's worth your time and energy. It's VERY complicated. I've been emailing back and forth with them for days trying to get their mysteries shipping address that they claim you have to have for returns.
The shipping is from Shanghai, China. More complicated than I ever imagined. HUGE REGRETS!

Modern day slaves are making your order. They're overworked and thus the product does not look great. Orders take at least 3 weeks to get to the US and returns are almost impossible although the company says they are possible.
Date of experience: May 4, 2017I ordered from this company (before I saw this SiteJabber site). Took 3 weeks to get my order b/c I was totally unaware I was ordering from CHINA! Product didn't look near as good as it did listed on their page. Now they said I can get a $2 credit if I don't want to pay to return the $16 dollar shirt and then just donate it to a charity. I ordered a XL but it was very small! Don't do it, if you're thinking about ordering! Not as they appear!

The only caution that I would say is to definitely read the sizing, because sometimes when it comes to woven pieces or shoes they run small. But, all in all I have only had a sizing problem once and they corrected it within a month. Great fashion items! :)

I ordered 3 items. 2 had a horrible stench to the clothing and I emailed them the second I returned the items. The women's name Heidi and April were the only 2 who ever emailed me. They have no phone number to contact either. I sent 5 or 6 emails to try and get how to return the items they sent me an address that would cost me $350.00 this is just ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Date of experience: September 24, 2014Do not shop here unless you know for sure the item will fit, and even then it may not be advisable. Returns have to be shipped back to China! Do you know what that costs? Over $100 for a small package. The customer service suggested I give my $50 items to charity and they would credit my account for $6. Not sure I'm feeling quite satisfied with that solution.

As expected, the quality of the material was very cheap, and the sizing was just bizarre, with the waist being extremely tight, but the bust being enormous, but whatever. I wake up this morning to find this email:
"The invoice status for the invoice number: #AP-******* has been updated to:
Shipped.
This status indicates that the seller has shipped your order.

Why?!?! I've already payed for an received my order, I don't need another one. A little tip to anyone thinking about shopping from here, save your money for nicer, RELIABLE places
Date of experience: April 8, 2016I ordered a dress from there at the beginning of December. Not knowing it was coming from China, I was hoping to wear it Christmas Eve to a family function. I have been emailing back and forth with a customer service rep and they do not know when it is going to come in. Also when you look up customer service numbers for their site all you get is email addresses to email a question or you get a Delaware number where a lady comes on saying " the person you are trying to reach is not available at this time!" No help at all. Could track my package but St in China for ten days before it came to the United States. Service is horrible. Sad and disappointing experience.

They do NOT respond to emails. Dispute your charge with your credit card company and get this website removed from the Internet. Yes report to Better Business Bureau. Second, and more importantly, their return process is a sham! They will offer you $3 on each item, and tell you to "donate it." If you push, they might go to $5, and still don't even want the item. But no matter what, they make the so-called "return process" so tedious and complicated, few people continue---that's their strategy.
Date of experience: May 20, 2017I saw OASAP advertised on Pinterest. I placed my order on Dec. 10,2015, with expedited shipping, 3-5 business days. It took over 3 weeks. I followed all the size charts they supplied, but not one single item I ordered came even close to fitting. They literally are sized for young girls, not grown women, as stated. I ordered 1 dress and 8 jackets, they ALL fit in 1 plastic bag about 12"x15". I have ordered many- many items on the internet, clothes included, over the years and I beg you, do not fall for the scam reviews. If I could, I would give them a minus 5 for their deceptiveness. I am out $122.00. Save your money and time, look elsewhere.

Date of experience: December 31, 2015If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the biggest joke of a company I have ever witnessed. Unfortunately I ordered my clothes before reading any reviews. I spent about $200 and the website told me it would be shipped in 5 business days because I bought the express shipping. After 6 weeks went by, I tried contacting the company several times to inquire about the order. I finally received the clothes today and they are AWFUL! They are nothing like advertised and made of the world's cheapest materials. There is no way anyone in their right mind could wear these clothes in public. One shirt is just a see through handkerchief with a string on it. I actually had a lot of good laughs trying these clothes on which is the ONLY positive thing I can say about this experience. It makes me sick to know this company is out there scamming a bunch of people. STAY AWAY!

Meaning --> they don´t want to give you any information because they don´t know anything. IT IS A JOKE! And I am sure all the good reviews are from people who work there...
The shipping info on the website is for nothing! I have been waiting my order for 39 days and they don´t tell me where it is, just that I need to wait more... This is not a serious business, don´t buy from OASAP.
Date of experience: August 3, 2014I purchased 2 blouses on-line, which I decided to return due to poor quality@ $40.00. I returned with packing slip, copy of receipts, reference # and paid shipping to return. I emailed them to request credit which they said they would credit, ONLY if I have a tracking # and received in proper condition. Ten emails later, I'm still not getting anywhere. They take your money AND their merchandise back & THE END. I reported to better business bureau and continue to post comments. The problem is they are based out of CHINA which should have told me from the beginning it would be a SCAM and bad experience! Listen to yourself next time..
