    I have purchased six pairs of glasses from this company and can only wear one pair as the rest of them are sub standard and not fit for purpose. When ever I have complained they have ended up sending me a replacement pair which turn out to be useless. The quality of the lenses is very questionable. I have recently asked for a refund for the last pair I purchased but they are now ignoring my emails and don't want to know! I am completely done with this company and won't every use them again.     I had purchased from them in the past without any issues. Fast forward 3 years and all 3 glasses I purchased were bad - my optometrist confirmed this. I contacted them and after going back and forth for weeks I ordered higher end polycarbonate lenses and better frames. Once again I was disappointed and cannot use them. I now have 6 pairs to donate. Don't waste your money.
    I ordered a pair of glasses and immediately noticed they did not fit well and were of poor quality. The glasses were falling off my face. Frame could not be adjusted at all. Asked the company for a refund and they kept insisting I pick out a new frame. I did not want to chance a new order being the same so I insisted on a refund which they say they are giving. The straw that turned me dead set against gettin another pair was the face that when I went to bend over and pick something off the floor, the glasses fell off my face and the lens chipped off a piece and fell off and the frame broke in half.     I won't be buying from them again they say hassle free return bunch of crap. They don't offer a prepaid shipping label to return nothing in the policy says I have to pay to return the lenses are defective and I just want to send them back and get a refund most online glasses places give you a prepaid return label.     Unfortunately I cannot review the product because I've yet to receive anything. I placed my order 2/18 and as of today, 4/18, I've still not received my glasses ("stuck in customs", apparently..."order has been remade", apparently...). On 4/12, my most recent contact with customer service, I was told my order would arrive at their US center in 24-48 hours, then be shipped out to me. Six days later and still no shipping notification. So while they may (?) produce good glasses and the price is certainly great, knowing there is constantly a 100% chance your order could get stuck in customs and never arrive pretty well negates everything else. I'm at a point where I'm going to give it until morning of 4/22 and then just process a chargeback with my bank. Disappointing. Products used:None, have not received order Shipping
    The last time I placed an order for glasses, the both rx's was made wrong. I called and was told I would get a credit for 2 glasses the next time I placed an order.( with no exp. Date) When I decided to order my glasses, I was told I already received my credit. I Did Not. I spoke to a supervisor and was told there is nothing on file as of today. He didn't even care that I was going to leave this negative feedback. Beware. If you have a problem with the order, your out of luck and money. It's terrible!     I'm in the process of getting my item. Goggles 4u says it's part of a shipment being shipped from overseas. What? China? C'mon, I didn't sign up for this.     I love there glasses but I ordered them on Wednesday and it said 10-12 days but then I get an email on Friday night saying now it's 10-12 days I swear there glasses are amazing but shipping messed up.     The frames can be hit or miss, but over all I have been super happy with my 8 or 9 orders. Glasses that would cost $80.00 or more from Zenni are $40.00. The one issue I did have was taken care of, they issued a credit for equal value so I could order something else.     Copy of communication with the seller: Steve There is a very serious design flaw with your product. I ordered expensive prescription glasses with every added cost option. They remained in the case YOU sent them to me in, as backup. On Friday I needed then, took them out of the box and put them on. They were unusable. The coating cross-polymerized with the plasticizer used in the foam of the box you sent them to me in and crinkled. These expensive glasses are thus rendered unusable. I want a replacement. Calling yielded zero results. I am an Engineer in the medical device industry, it is very obvious what has happened here. It is not the first time plasticizers have migrated...all yo need to do is replace the glasses. Had I made the same error in my work, imprisonment and impoverishment would be likely. Tip for consumers:This is a design flaw. The packaging they use causes plasticizer migration from the protective case into the coating of the lenses rendering them unusable.     When I first started shopping on goggles 4 you website probably 3 years ago the selection and quality of their glasses was very good for the prices. This past year and a half I have ordered some glasses and they broke within 3 months. I am a person who is not hard on glasses either. Lately all of the glasses are made very cheap and they all look basically the same. Men's anyway. Then they have these goofy models on TV making weird faces in order to promote their product. They're actually quite funny. A few weeks ago I went to Baltimore MD to a flea market and purchased two pairs of frames. They were $5 for each pair. I went to my optometrist four lenses and the Optometrist assistant couldn't believe that I only paid five bucks for them and she said they were the sturdiest most fashionable frames she had ever seen.     UPDATE: So I sent Goggles4U all of the info they requested and they STILL did not give me my monet back. I did get the opportunity to speak with a supervisor, who, after we had a 5 minute discussion regarding all of this, I hung up on. However, they did give me my shipping back (a whole like $8). I did FINALLY receive my order last night so thats a blessing. It is unfortunate that Goggles 4U has such horrible customer service. Apparently one hand does not know what the other is doing. This all could have been avoided if the last rep would not have told me it had NOT been shipped yet. I will not be using this company again simply because I am not willing to have that kind of drama in my life. You sent me an email on Mar 27,2024 stating it had been dispatched and a week ago your rep said it had been dispatched. How is it now that it has NOT been dispatched. They responded with "well yeah it has been dispatched so it could take up to 21 days for you to get it". I responded with "hold up.u just said it had NOT been dispatched so which is it?", their response "u should get it in 21 days". My response "Ok so in 2 days, since it has already been 19 days, I will receive my package and if I dont I will get my money back:. Their response "Is there anything I can do to further assist you"? My response "Yeah, you can acknowledge what I just said to you". Their response...crickets chirping...their response...frogs croaking...chat ended. THIS will never happen again with Goggles4U. I will NEVER order from them again. I sent business their way and always stood up for them but now I have a taste of who they REALLY are and they are GARBAGE. Luckily my bank will reimburse me.     Terrible glasses the nose pieces were hard and sharp on 2 pairs if glasses and bent the wrong way and cut your face. We asked for new softer ones and the said they dont have any.     I have purchased there before and were okay with the results. But I just received a new order. It was a replacement for an order I received that was VERY LOW QUALITY! The frames were so wobbly that they wouldn't stay on my face. The replacement glasses were so small that they didn't fit. They were supposed to be XL. I contacted Darrly on the chat feature and basically was told "to bad". Remember, if you order from them to expect very low quality and the sizes are based on a Chinese face.     This is by far the worst online shopping experience buying eyeglasses. It's almost been a month. My order says shipped, but there is no shipping number and they can't provide one and I keep getting the same generic email again and again.     I am happy with the quality of the classes and how they were represented on website. However everything was blurry. I have used this same prescription with other online eye glass companies with no issues. When I contacted them about replacement they said the needed original script!     I ordered from this company in the past (2018), good glasses, still have them. Decided to order again - received glasses that provided blurry image and headache. When I called customer service I was told to ship them back (I need to pay for it), and they will send me a replacement. Replacement glasses arrived with similar problems. I asked to refund, shipped glasses back and received less than I paid. I don't know what happened between 2018 and now, but I would not recommend this company to anyone.
