    This has to be the worst company ever to work with. They never pay on time and still owe my company over a thousand dollars from 7 months ago. No returned emails, calls, anything. They just take your money and run. Am in the process of taking them to small claims court now. Stay away whether your a vendor or customer. Terrible. It's no wonder they lost a ton of market share to there competitors over the years. Sad company with terrible values. Can't imagine how many people they have completely screwed over.     I purchased two sweatshirts from Groopdealz back in October of 2020, still do not have them nor have I been refunded. There is no phone number to contact them and I have emailed the "support" email address Multiple times to have it kicked back to me every time!     Avoid this company completely. Learn from my (and several other small business owners) mistake. We trusted them, sold and shipped thousands of dollars of inventory - only to be left fighting for payment (which comes in small batches, incredibly sporadically, if at all). I've been emailing and contacting about the $856.65 they still owe me for deals run and shipped MONTHS ago! It's absolutely inane how they're still online. I'll be sending my lawyer their way shortly. If anyone else reads this and is interested in a class action lawsuit - let's band together and get our $$ - reach out! Date of experience: March 14, 2019
    Groopdealz is simply not paying vendors any longer. DO NOT sell with Groopdealz/Eleventh Ave. They owe me quite a bit of money for products shipped months ago.     I have waited every single time I've run a deal. It took them 5 months to pay $1100. 00 and now I'm waiting again for two more deals to be paid that are over 30 days.     I tried calling their number, it's disconnected. After emailing multiple times Over the last two weeks for items I should've received almost a month ago, I guess I'm forced now to call my bank for fraud.     Small business owner-- take your business else where. They never pay on time. I've been waiting for over 60 plus days for a payment.     Even though I'd read all of the horrible reviews, I decided to sell on Groopdealz/Eleventh Avenue. Since they've apparently set up an automatic payment system I thought I'd be safe. I was wrong. I'm still waiting on my shipping payments to be sent to me. According to their rules, payments for sold items take longer. I've emailed the merchandising manager to no avail and the accounting department. I did get a response from their support email saying they would forward my information to the appropriate department. This is how I support my family and they're holding my money hostage. This is no way to run a business. I'm just sick about it. I will never buy or sell anything from this company again.     I am a vendor on groopdealz and have been for over 3 years. Yes, there was a period of time where getting paid was a nightmare! BUT it is MUCH better now! There is now an automated payment system in place so you received your payment in full (all commission plus shipping) within 3 banking days of your deal being shipped. It works great! The communication has greatly improved and they are continuing to make changes to better the customer experience! Date of experience: June 21, 2017
    I gave this company a second chance with the new ownership but nothing has changed. They do not pay their vendors. I have sent 6+ emails to both Holly and Jenna. Jenna sends you to Holly stating she doesn't handle accounting/payments and Holly just does not respond. I was hoping new ownership would step up and appreciate their sellers, but it seems they only value a few. Over 2 months and no payments on 3 deals.     I was a seller on Groopdealz, however I haven't been paid since April 3,2018 - over a year ago! When I first started selling on Groopdealz, earlier in 2018, I didn't get paid. I sent them an email and they finally paid me within a few weeks. Not thinking anything of it, I kept selling through them. My mistake! After looking online, I now see that they don't pay any of their sellers, make excuse after excuse, and this has been going on since as far back as 2012. I've sent them countless emails requesting my money, but they always give the same excuses. I'm now in the process of taking legal action to get my money. Stay far away from them!     I'm a vendor and am still owed over $500 from July 2018. I've been reaching out to the company via phone and email to no avail. I'm a single mom and every single penny I make goes to support my two daughters. This company should be shut down. Many of you have responded to my previous post (same issue) and I'm curious what actions, if any, we, as vendors, can take to take Groopdealz down. They are fraudulent and are the perfect example of how NOT to treat the people making the money for the site. No vendors = no money. I've posted on here before with the same issue. I no longer do any sort of business with them. I'm simply waiting on my payments (5 months and counting). Tip for consumers:Horrible, horrible site for vendors. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They don't pay.     I am updating my review because this issue has been resolved and I am very pleased. Holly has gotten back to me and has paid some of the amount owed. This is great because that means I can continue to sell on groopdealz. Thank you Jenna for helping me out with this issue. Past review: I have ran a few sales on their site. They are quick to respond to uploading a deal but they are not quick to pay. I have sold 80 items and not one payment has been made. Jenna does respond to emails, but then says she is not involved with paying vendors. This is really disturbing. Legal action will be taken shortly. Date of experience: October 3, 2018
    Groopdealz hasn't paid me for a product created and shipped in May 2018, I've emailed my contact several times and have been told that the person will get back to me soon. It has been 3 months and I was approved for auto payments once all my items were shipped, but I never received payment. Date of experience: July 16, 2018
    First, if you are a seller PLEASE do to sell with this company. You will NEVER see your money. Groopdealz owes me nearly $1,000 for deals I have run and I have emailed everyone on their team that I possibly can. They will respond with a "we are looking into it" response, but then nothing after that. Emails will then go unanswered no matter how many you send. There are so many other professional deal/boutique sites out there to sell with who care about their vendors and the business you bring the them. ANY of them would be a better choice than Groopdealz. Buyers, even if you find an item you like on their site please do not support a company that treats their sellers so terribly. Even if the seller sends your items with the intent of Groopdealz paying them what they are owed, sellers most likely will never see their money.     Absolutely a widespread problem. Items delivered with no payment. Next I am sure angry customers will be complaining because the vendors currently running will never be paid. Need a way to contact them. People need to stop shipping. Looking into criminal options now because this is thief on a big scale.     I will no longer purchase items from this site. I ordered a necklace from J Bella 9 months ago and never received it or the refund i was promised. I also just placed an order with Simply Reese and again, have not received the item or a response back to my messages on its expected delivery date.     Ordered from Eleventh Ave on 8/28/15. Money was deducted from by checking account immediately. Inquired into tracking of shipped product on usps.com and only a shipping label had been printed.     They have some cute items and their marketing is great, but for customers their shipping is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. I mean c'mon for a pair of rayon (ie: super thin/lightweight shorts) they want $3.99 for the first item and 1.99 each one after...(They can literally ship for a buck they are so lightweight!)     I have ordered from groopdealz probably 5 times and overall, Im happy with it. I did order a dress that took two months to arrive. I once ordered some lights and they kept sending me extra lights for free, and I asked them to just send me shipping labels and I would return but the seller never responded so I made out very well on that deal. I think its cool to see different products every day but a lot of the shipping charges arent worth it for me. They have free shipping on certain items sometimes. Date of experience: January 13, 2018
    They Finally Paid!. Apparently they are having problems during the ownership transition, but THEY PAID to our company. We are willing to keep working with them if they install a regular payment system for vendors.     We worked with Groopdealz in the past, they had issues with payment, and they finally paid, so we decided to start working with them again, now AGAIN they owe us more that $1500 and they don't even reply to emails, we just sent another email if they dont pay us, we will take legal action, at this point this platform is an scam, and that is a crime!     I didn't get paid for my last three deals just ran, and I shipped everything on time. Very frustrated and no one has been replying to my email. I gave them a deadline if they don't give me back my money by Wednesday, I will go hire a collection agency! Date of experience: November 16, 2018
