    I bought a pair of jeans online recently, I already own 4 G-Star Raw jeans so I know my exact measurements. However the new jeans were like a bag of potatoes so I returned them the next day. Three weeks later, still no refund and every attempt I have made to contact them has so far failed or received no response. I have now made a claim via Pay Pal and if that doesn't work I will have to go to Fair Trading Authorities. I will never buy from them again.     Een mooie dure vest besteld bij G-star! Toen ik hem binnen kreeg en paste zaten er allemaal losse pluisjes langs de rits! Kwaliteit was ver te zoeken!     Very expensive clothes and the poorest quality ever. New jeans that are torn at the 4th time you wear it, buttons that break leaving holes in the jeans, defective zippers and a handful of nightmares. Where is located the factory?     If I could give 0 stars, I would. Customer service is beyond horrendous. I ordered a pair of swim trunks on 07/10/23 but that date doesn't even show up because their system is so inaccurate. The amount of hours, phone calls that I spent trying to correct the errors that G-Star made is beyond unbelievable! And they STILL have not refunded me after receiving the return WEEKS AGO!     Love G-star clothes however if they want to make a dent in the e-commerce market they need to speed up their shipping and fix their website. Ordered my items on 4 May and they are scheduled for the 17 May (13 full days). Most successful e-tailers will ship in 1-2 business days with delivery between day 3 and 5. So 15 days is woefully slow. Secondly, I ordered a jacket which after 5 days of no shipping notification I was informed was out of stock and refunded. However, when I go to the website, it's "in stock". So there appears to be no link between the warehouse and the website. Thirdly, whilst I had items in my cart which I subsequently deleted, they still appear in my cart. Whilst not a big issue, it just seems they Don't have a good delivery model. Shame that the website doesn't live up to the product pricing (I. E high quality, good service). In this day and age, businesses that don't adapt generally fail. And if G-star does not improve, they will be out of business in under 5 years. You heard it here first.

    My jeans came with 3 out of 4 buttons on the fly missing, straight up torn out of the fabric and nowhere to be found. Now it's my job to send this unusable mess back, to get any money back? Do not recommend
    Very slow service. Today is 6-th day after my order. Order #*******547. The first day after the payment I received an order confirmation and a promise to inform me soon about the details of the shipment. The problem was that I couldn't correctly specify my phone nomber in there on-line form. This form simply doesn't work properly. Then after payment I sent them a message with right number. In reply I received this - Dear customer, Thank you for contacting G-Star.com. This email is a confirmation that we have received your request. We have created a file for under the following case number ******* We will try to provide a reply within one business day. We hope to have informed you sufficiently. Kind regards, G-Star.com Customer service 2 days passed. No information. Then I go to my account and see the mark that my order is shiped. My order is shiped but there is no information about the tracking number. Then again I go to the contacts. And again send a request about my order. No reply. Sorry, there is reply, this reply " Dear customer, Thank you for contacting G-Star.com... We will try to provide a reply within one business day... Kind regards..." For 6 days I sent about 10 requests in all deparments. And received 10 аutomatic answers - "We will try to provide a reply within one business day" I really began to doubt that I would receive something finally. But at least on 6-th day I got the shipment details.
    I purchased a pair of culottes on 11/6/2021 through Paypal (unfortunately). The charge went through on 11/8 and the package arrived in 6 days. It didn't fit or look right on me so I looked up returns. I was supposed to have a return form in the box the garment came in. There was no form, and the company cannot guarantee that it receives a return if you don't use their form and/or label. I tried to reach the company by phone multiple times on different days. The line is busy at all hours. I tried to chat, but the agent didn't come on. When I closed the chat window, the message came that it's not available (this was during the store's business hours). I clicked the link to Facebook Messenger, which is supposed to respond in 24 hours. The link didn't work. I emailed and received a generic response directing me back to the site, where nothing works except placing an order. I have spent almost 3 hours trying to reach this company.     @GStarRAW our beloved brand is worse than AliExpress. Worst service ever. They made a mistake when sending the package and refuse to help correct the delivery address. Live person never responds to Support requests. I have ordered $500 worth *******@GStarRAW merchandise, immediately noticed *******@GStarRAW made a mistake in the delivery address (100% their fault), and for 2 weeks been trying to contact their Support. Zero reaction. Instead of correcting the delivery address I was receiving only automated messages *******@GStarRAW If anybody from the management *******@GStarRAW reads their Twitter, you will lose all your shoppers with this worst ever service. You are not able to create a simple mistake made by you in the delivery address. When I order something worth of $500 I expect a decent support service. But instead — *******@GStarRAW makes a mistake when sending out an order and then just fails to respond to any Support requests, only automated responses. And not even mentioning *******@GStarRAW constantly sends email advertising non-existing discounts.     After 700 australian dollars in purchase I needed to exhange sizes. Return box was more expensive than the purchase. Several emails were sent. DHL doesnt recognise the return pick up. 3 months later, no communication was done on G star end. I would never purchase anything from this website.     I would like to write a scathing review about G-Raw clothing company, a brand I was once a loyal customer of, having purchased numerous items from them over the years. However, my experience with their shoes has been nothing short of horrendous, and I find myself questioning why their customer service team failed to assist me. Let me emphasize just how awful these shoes are! They are incredibly hard and uncomfortable to wear, making it essential for anyone considering a purchase to try them on first.     Refund- *******230 I am failing to understand what is going on. My sneaker was taken back on the 13/7/23 and I have not received any communication from Gstar until I wrote my review here yesterday ( 4/8/23) and now I'm being told that the sneakers I bought are "missing" and they are launching an investigation. What nonsense is that. The first time I called (21/7/23) I was told that on the system it does show that I had returned them and only then I was informed that it will take 10-14 days for the refund (instead of the 3-5 working days stated on your website).Now all of a sudden they are missing! I want my money! And the service is so bad that I am yet to receive a phone call from the last time I contacted you (ref:*******) when your agent told me had escalated the matter to your "specialist" department (because he too saw the items I had returned on the system- he also promised me a discount of some sort because of the delay from Gstar! This is very uncalled for and very frustrating. You do not have a proper system in place for returns.     I purchased 2 items on G-star raw and they took 10 days to deliver. I recieved a notification on delivery and checked for parcel but found nothing. I contacted G-star raw for refund, and was told to contact USPS to file a claim. I reached out to USPS and was told i can't file a claim since i didn't have insurance. I contacted g-star with this information and was sent back to USPS. These people are thieves. I told them, it was their responsibility to check with carrier they ship with not the customers and even till now, still haven't received my refund. Advise, do not shop with them.     The quality of the trousers was shockingly poor, and to add insult to injury, I was required to cover the return shipping cost for damaged goods. I strongly advise against buying from them, as the overall experience has been far from satisfactory. The decline in the quality of their jeans is evident, and the customer service only added to the frustration.

I've been overcharged by this company, didn't get refund for cancelled order (cancelled by them) and I am trying to get in touch with anyone for the last 2 weeks. Byers, beware!
