    Sadly they used Evri UK.I live in a 7 story flat.Asked Evri too at least press my intercom for a delivery.Got a message by email it's been delivered only.They dumped the parcel in the basement of my 7 story flat where anyone could steal it.never using Iherb again.     I signed up made a purchase, money left my account. Iherb then deactivated my account, all the "help" on the website does nothing and just sends you in circles, I've made enquiries by email and opened tickets via their chat bot, I have even created a new account and still haven't received any replies to my emails.     I had been a customer for a while, the way they pack the stuff is not safe and many times items arrive damaged and with the seal broken, after complaining they refuse to accept the return and replacement.     I ordered 2 bottles of Life Extension Mix tablets on September 29,2023. I paid $119.74 and received nothing in return. I was also kicked out of my account.     This company has gone downhill very fast recently. They always mess up orders and customer service does nothing to try to fix it. From delayed shipping to errors that cause the package to be stuck midway for weeks, I've seen it all. It's a sham cause they use to be decent.     Zero Star is a lot! They sent me an outdated /expired " Shae Moisture Mango and Carrot Kid shampoo and conditioner " the way that the conditioner is not even coming out of the bottle in any way! When I sent a message to customer service, this is the response I received:::: "We'd like to offer you a refund through store credits as one time courtesy. (( but I should pay for the shipping cost)) In this case, you are under no obligation to return the item. You are free to use this item as you see fit, whether that means enjoying them yourself, sharing them with friends or family, or even donating them to a charitable organization if you wish."     My order was marked delivered but I never received it. You cannot contact them by phone. Their customer service is through an automated chat, and then you have the option to chat with a live agent. Agent told me my order was delivered by my garage door or side door which I have neither. She processed a refund, hopefully I'll receive that. When I placed my order I went by the iherb website reviews, but today I googled the company reviews and were negative stating that the company has gone downhill. I should've done that before.     Dreadful American company with fraudulent practices and awful customer service! Avoid at all costs! I used to be a returning customer and spend over 1000usd in total on orders on the website over the course of the last two years. The issue is that they wouldn't guarantee delivery of international orders so if anything goes wrong with the parcel on the way to its destination they are very likely to brush off refund or reshipping requests. The other day I received a package that was 4 items short and once I reported the issue they fired back with a refusal which they marked as 'friendly fraud'. Are you bloody kidding me? Where do you have the audacity to say such a thing to a loyal customer. I'd avoid them like the plague going forward as they scammed me out of 60 USD worth of goods!     Their site said ordered December 14,2023 and delivered September 15,2023. Items did not arrive. They told us to check with the neighbors, and then the tracking number said it went to Castle rock Washington. We're in Texas. Pretty sure we know our address. We asked for reorder and we're denied so we're disputing the transaction with our bank. The only way to communicate with them is by chat. Very frustrating.     I bought 3 bottles each of 2 products. They shipped quickly but one bottle was missing. The only customer support they offer is chatting with an automated Bot. The "missing item" option is not available so I could not get the missing product. They offer reshipping but require you to ship back what you purchased first, absurd! There is no way to talk to a human. I'll never buy from them again. It is borderline a scam operation. Customer service in non-existent.     My account was blocked after successfully placing an order and they charged to my Cc. Later they informed me it was due to suspicious login and order rejected yet there no one informed in advance. I requested to place the order again otherwise refund the money back to my account. No Response at all. Meantime dramatic automated emails receiving about they're trying to charge to my card again to place the order yet declined.     It's always a waste of at least an hour to navigate the website I'm trying to get a customer service live agent but you're forced to answer the same question that is the time with the virtual agent. What's the point of trying to be healthy environment supplements when these robotic virtual assistant make your blood pressure go up. Equally as frustrating as their new shipping company.     I have been trying to contact iherb for an hour. There is no record of my email or mobile phone yet they are emailing me regularly. There is no one you can talk to and you have to sign in to get a live person. But you can't sign in without your email or phone which they say they don't have.     The company lacks the most important element - technical support. After purchasing the goods, it makes no sense to contact them, they shift responsibility to the delivery company in every possible way and do not help the buyer in any way. The refund or resending of the goods was refused for the reason that the parcel was allegedly delivered. In fact, no one contacted me, the package is in an unknown direction.     Iherb takes your money and does not take any responsibility of your order is not received. I have spent over $200 and a month later still have not received my orders. Iherb took no responsibility and will not reship or refund. Instead they reply with "contact our carriers" Their carriers have NO contact info. And it should not be the responsibility of the customer to track their order. It is iherb who hired them. They need to follow up! There is no number to call iherb nor person to talk to.     The site said my package was delivered. I didn't get it. I can't figure out how to talk to an actual employee. The refund options don't include package wasn't delivered. Can't get help.     I've had two separate issues with iHerb, neither of which was resolved. Once, I ordered a package with oils which supposedly were damaged during delivery and the package was sent back to the carrier (iHerb). Ive written to them twice to ask about a refund or whether the damaged products would be resent to me. No answer. Recently, I ordered a product I can't find anywhere else online (if I could from another seller…I would) and there is no transaction record anywhere. I closed the confirmation page and went on with my day. Weeks passed and it still have not received my product so I checked my e-mail to see if it had shipped, only to realize then I haven't received a confirmation e-mail or anything. Checked my bank statements and I have been charged for the product. Anyway, he very careful and tread lightly. Service Value Shipping
