    I've ordered many items from JClub and have NEVER been disappointed! The selections are so many & top of the line merchandise. Some of the products I've seen on QVC and are so much costlier than JCLub. I look forward to my purchases because I know from past experiences that I'll not have to send it back. Good site & thank you JClub for having such a place where shopping is fun and affordable.
    There was a delivery issue and I was totally on my own to pursue it with the post office as customer service at Choxi offered no help when they were contacted. The items I ordered were a very low price so it also made sense to order during the time of day when they have free shipping.

    I have shopped at Choxi/NoMoreRack off and on for a couple years. I have received great products throughout that time. My only disappointment was with my last order. Shipping is supposed to be 2-3 weeks (which is understandable since the shipping is so low), but this time my screen protector for my iPhone 6plus took 1 day less than 4 weeks to arrive to my door. Not completely satisfied, but I still got a great product at a low price. Thank you! Service Value Shipping Quality

    I have ordered a few things this time and wanted to know where my product was and if the product was in stock as one of the items are for my 11 year old's birthday and was given the excuse that they did not know if my item was in stock or when it would ship out and that they could not call their distributor to get the info and to look out for their email. Needqless to say I did get my product in time for her birthday and will have to think if I will order from them again.
    I recently contacted the customer service department and had the pleasure of speaking to a representative by the name of Samantha. Samantha went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. I recently turned 80 and I now have trouble hearing at times. Samantha was kind and patient with me, she truly reminded me that there are still great people in this world. Jclub not only has a great selection of products to choose from, but more importantly have people working for them that truly care about customers. When I thanked Samantha for her outstanding service at the end of my call, she replied back telling me that her Manager trains everyone to treat the customers with care and kindness, that at the end of the day, the most important thing is the customers happiness. What an amazing experience and what a great company.
    On April 30 I ordered a light from jClub. My order was confirmed and approved on May 1. In late May (around the 25th) I emailed the company as my item still said it was "processing". I received a reply that due to COVID they were behind with getting items shipped but mine would be finished and shipped the first week of June. It is June 25 and my item STILL states "processing" and I have emailed the company again on June 17th but they have not answered. I am very disappointed with this company and I just would like to know why it is still taking this long to receive my order.
    I recently purchased a garment for a great sale price, but when I discovered that it had been delivered ( but quickly), to another state, I contacted customer service and Evita could not have taken care of it more quickly or been nicer, she stayed in contact until it was completely resolved. There is no better sign of a company you can trust IMHO, than the smiling, efficient, and personal customer service. JClub has my business. Thanks Evita! I would add PROOF of purchase as requested, but my order is in transit. Tip for consumers:Be assured that what the company says is true, and if you have the slightest problem don't hesitate to email or text customer service. You will be glad you did.     Choxi is one of my go to pages. Lately it seems like they're suppliers aren't following thru w their commitments. I've waited weeks for items to ship & then get notified that my order had to cancelled since the supplier can fill my order again.
    Many months of brush off and run around... only to find the website doesn't work and their email no longer works and they stole my money from me. So much for trying to be nice a patient with them. Thieves and liars.
    I purchased a top that was too small. I contacted jClub and they immediately refunded the money into my account (so I could purchase a larger size). I was intending to return the top but they told me to it because the return would cause more of a carbon footprint. I will donate the small top to charity. I like their thinking! Everything else I ordered from them has been perfect and of good quality.
    Waited a month for 2-pack: LED Wheel Lights (Pink) and still did not receive them. I had to e-mail Choxi twice to inquire about my items. There should be some checks and balances in place since the left hand (Choxi) don't know what the right hand (distributing companies) is doing! Then again, I guess there is really no concern since Choxi don't refund any money. A win win for them! Choxi provide credits toward a next order and if you don't order then you lose again.

    I placed a pretty good sized order and many of the "clearance" items never showed up. My youngest son was very disappointed about not getting the color changing turtle night light.
    After 3 months I am still trying to get my orders from them. I get excuse after excuse, am told different dates the items will ship, and nothing is sent out. From other reviews I see I'm not the only one. This company should not be in business, they just take customers' money and pretend they'll send out items. With the current world situation, I would understand a few weeks delay, but not several months. Other companies are able to send out items. Why not this one?
    I ordered golf sox and bath mats. I received the sox in good time and I like them a lot. I still have not received delivery of the bath mats after over a month. I inquired to the position of the rest of my order and was told that the orders come from different places. I cant understand why its been over a month and have not heard or received delivery of the rest of my order. I love shopping with you, but I will not order anything else without the delivery of my order. Thank you
    Ordered my grandkids boots for Christmas. As of today January 5,2016 I have not received the boots nor Can Choxi tell me what happened. I've wasted gas going to my local post offices trying to see if they were being held. Im very disappointed. I'm out of two pair of boots and I lost my money ($64.00)!
    I think they would be better off telling you up front that it might be months before you get your order, and oh, by the way, we can't get in touch with our "trading partners" and tell you why it is taking so long. I have been happy with most of the items I get but after a couple of months of waiting, I tend to get frustrated.
    Love surfing and shopping great deals. Only problem I have is when an item is not available in a particular size or color the customer should not be able to click on it to order because what happened to me wouldn't have happened. Thought I was getting comforter set for Christmas not knowing item was no longer available due to high demand.
    I have been buying a lot. I get great deals and low cost shipping. Recently my last orders were 30 days late. I still have one order to come. I have used the tracking system before and it was spot on.The last of my (late orders) still hasn't arrived and tracking wont work.it says error all the time. In the past everything was (to me) perfect. I hope this may help some.
    I would like to return the items received? Have left two email messages to no avail. I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of all the items.
    This was my first purchase here. Item was regular 39.99 on sale for 14.99 with additional 18% off! I filled out the whole order but when I tried to click on the "complete my order" box, nothing happened. Bottom of screen had box for contacting customer service which I did. I was not expecting such an immediate reply! My problem was solved and I am awaiting my merchandise. There is free delivery and it all seems too good to be true but I will definitely be back here often.
