Many months of brush off and run around... only to find the website doesn't work and their email no longer works and they stole my money from me. So much for trying to be nice a patient with them. Thieves and liars.
Date of experience: December 7, 2020Received one item of an order. Item was priced at $16.99 and could not have been worth $4. Two months after placing the order, another item still had not been delivered. I inquired, and a customer rep said it was to ship the coming weekend. I sent another email a few weeks ago. They did not respond but did delete me from their marketing emails. It has now been more than three months since the order was placed. I also called, and no one picked up the line after more than 15 minutes. I disconnected, which is likely what they wanted.
Date of experience: November 11, 2020After 3 months I am still trying to get my orders from them. I get excuse after excuse, am told different dates the items will ship, and nothing is sent out. From other reviews I see I'm not the only one. This company should not be in business, they just take customers' money and pretend they'll send out items. With the current world situation, I would understand a few weeks delay, but not several months. Other companies are able to send out items. Why not this one?

Date of experience: November 29, 2020I placed an order on 7/22/20 and my credit card was charged almost immediately. As of this writing (12/2/20) I still have not received my order.
As everyone else, sometimes I would get these canned responses indicating that due to COVID-19, the vendor has not been able to access the warehouse. What does this mean?
I have sent numerous emails and finally sent an email requesting that my order be cancelled and the amount paid be fully refunded.
I have heard nothing more from this company and needless to say, have not received my refund.
I had to resort to filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I would not recommend doing business with this company. I definitely will not order from them again.

Date of experience: August 18, 2020Waste of money did not ever work for few days. Does not plug into the car charging socket correctly, the on light never comes on, and there is no power supply coming out. It looks like a cheap product that doesn't work.

When I called back in June, I was told it will be shipped in July, July came and I called again and I was told it will be shipped in First week of August. It was never shipped. Then I was told it will be shipped at end of August when I called again. Then when I called again firs week in September, Then by Las Monday, It was never shipped and I had to keep calling for an update. Eventually got my refund as item out of stock but the company had the item on sale several times during the last few months. Now telling me after 5 months out of stock, Horrible company,

Date of experience: December 23, 2018Choxi had a decent amount of name brands and after market products for better than average discounts. It's well worth it if you can shop during their limited free shipping window. I have been satisfied with the majority of my purchases. However, Choxi's return policies and shipping times can use some improvements.
Date of experience: December 11, 2015I have purchased several Christmas presents from Choxi this year and they all appear to be of good quality, were priced fairly, and shipped in a timely manner. Most shipping was free but even when paying for shipping it is capped at $2.00.
Date of experience: December 10, 2015Ordered a mattress pad last spring. Months went by and finally called and customer service to find out where my order was. Oh, I'm told it is no longer available from this vendor. How about an email folks! Gave me a credit which I used for a facial cleanser... it's going on six weeks and still no delivery. They also try to lure you in wth huge "credits", but it is only good with certain suppliers and never for the full amount.

Date of experience: September 2, 2016After about 7 months and numerous calls to defunct Choxi and my credit card company, I finally got a refund for the two bottles of perfume that we're never delivered. I fear no one else will be getting refunds. Choxi has dissolved in bankruptcy and assets taken over by a "new" business--jClub.com-- They have already sent me ads but their website makes great pains to say they will NOT assume any old debts from Choxi

Date of experience: November 9, 2016Choxi has wonderful deals, but the fulfillment process can be sort of draining. Sometimes your stuff will come quick, other times it'll take forever to come, and just pray that you don't end up in boat like mine where the item doesn't come at all. I keep giving them a shot though. I may be asking for it, but so far they haven't been a TOTAL blow.

Supplier took 2 weeks+ to decide whether Bell & Howell pest control devices were being shipped or available. Choxi Zen desk intervened to fulfill order?

Date of experience: September 16, 2015All of my Choxi purchases have been good quality and reasonably priced. Shipping can be very slow on some orders, fast on others. My one return attempt was a messed up confusing affair but maybe by now they have improved upon returns.

The products are well priced. Sometimes not quite what I expected, but always as stated on their site.
