    When returning a defective item, they expect you to jump through hoops. After purchasing an item that sporadically turned off, I was expected to sit and wait while recording the item to prove the item was defective. So, sit for potentially hours for nothing to happen, or for something to happen? Your business isn't appreciated here. Thankfully banks offer chargebacks. Good riddance to this scam of a store.     TREMENDOUS VALUE. I had an excellent experience with Jerry's. I ordered some unfinished wood frames, which are way nicer than what I expected. Beautifully built, beautifully packaged and protected. Pre-sanded. Came with hanging hardware. I just stained and applied poly to match my trim. I also bought some Mat backing boards and crystal clear acrylic glazing. Everything got to me at a tremendous price and within about three days of ordering it.     This has happened more than one time. 2 days ago I ordered 85 items for $200. When I went to check out, they added one item for everything I ordered, which made my $200 order $300. Don't buy from them. They are a bunch of thieves. I gave them a chance to answer or solve this problem and I got no answer and now they are blocking my emails. Jerry prices are good but they make it up by stealing from you at checkout. They never did this before so the only thing I can think of is that they need money or go out of business. So, someone in the company decided to steal from you is the answer. Don't buy from them!

    I accidentally ordered the wrong item Sunday night and then ordered the right one. I filled out a cancelation form but because it can take them 24 hours or longer to view the form, I called first thing Monday morning after they opened to speak to someone. Lady assured me she would get.y cancelation straight to the warehouse. 3 1/2 hours later I get an email from Emily at Jerry's stating the ticket had been printed and it was too late to cancel! BS! I have now been on the phone on hold for 48 minutes and counting to speak to someone again! Because, as you know for home delivery the delivery person will leave it at your door and not get a signature. Jerry's knows this. That's why they tell you to refuse the package. That'd be great of you got that option but you don't. So now I am going to return Both items and close my account with them. I don't recommend them. I've ordered from them before and just do not see the quality in the products but I definitely don't like the Hassel you go through to cancel or return something.     They must not need money or care about having a job because the incompetence is overwhelming. Who needs 9 business days to process a marker for shipment? They must be like a drop shipper. They don't actually have anything in stock. When you place an order, then they order it for you. So just skip the middle man and find what you're looking for online, and I'm sur it will be be a better price.     After shipping me an empty box that UPS discarded I received multiple vague responses on when my replacement would ship, and told me it was the fault of UPS. I waited until Monday to call back only to find out my money was refunded and a replacement not sent. Again the girl on the phone offered no explanation and simply abruptly ended the call.     I wish there are negative fave stars I can rate to their customer service. Whatever you say and you do, all you get is NOTHING. No e-mail answers and phone calls don't go through. The only chat that you can get hold of the person will tell you "wait" no matter how many times you contact. I've been waiting for a bad shipment replacement in the past month and got NOTHING.     Jerry's sent me a defective Mabef M22 easel. I contacted the company multiple times including filing a damaged item report, sent photos, and follow-up emails as I was being completely ignored by customer service. I also called and spoke with an agent twice. The first time, I was blown off. I was finally given permission to return the damaged item yet was only given a partial refund for an improperly manufactured item. Apparently, Jerry's Artarama does not stand by the products they sell, ignores their customers when there is a problem, and short-changes them if they think they can get away with it. Better Business Bureau complaint filed. I should have been given a full refund for this item - including the tax I paid them, which they have also kept. Bye, Jerry's! There are SO many other choices out there for Artists. Tip for consumers:Jerry’s will not stand by the products they sell and will ignore their customers when there is a problem. They will also try to issue a partial refund for damaged items they send, rather than a full-refund, if they think the customer will not push back.     I bought some large canvas stretchers from them looking to save some money. I have been stretching canvases for overt 50 years and am an expert. These cheap chinese made stretchers broke, warped and bent. They refused to refund me, let me ship them bqck or even give me credit because ''you took too long to tell us''. As if you stretch big canvases the second you get them. You better know what you are getting before you buy from the, This was the first and LAST time for me. You guys suck Jerry's Artarama! And who would call themselves that silly name in the forst place. Sounds like a clown house.
    This is the second review I've written on Life's Abundance dog food, my girl is now 1 year old and she is and continues to thrive! I've used this dog food 99% of the time and there was a BIG DIFFERENCE when she had another brand (her and her business smelled way worse). I couldn't be happier with the quality and dependability of this product, even the packaging is awesome (pretty sure I said that before as well). From the time of order it takes about 3-4 days to be at my front door and I can honestly say I never regret spending the $$ on this food, it makes my life just that much easier. Stars 100% of the time!

    The pictures of the product online were extremely different then what showed up and when I e-mailed pictures they claimed it was my computer monitor... they were screen shots from my iPhone.     I received an order today for oversized canvases which I was charged an additional $242.00. For. The box and 3 canvases were all damaged. Upon placing my call immediately to CS at Jerry's Artarama I was told someone would get back to me quickly as soon as they received an email from me with images depicting the damage. Following sending my email with images within minutes, I received an email approximately 5 hours later. The email was not clear or specific as to when a replacement order would be shipped if I opted for a replacement order. I followed up with a phone call to CS and ultimately had to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor was not helpful, rude and continued to talk over my questions. In addition when I requested a refund, she told me she would not credit my account or refund me the additional fright charge of $242.00 and could not commit to a ship date if I were to continue with a replacement order. As a professional artist and painting instructor I will no longer be doing business with Jerry's Artarama and will make it a point to share with my students and other professional artists about my negative experience.     Original order was April 12. I have had several communications with them since. Last week they emailed me saying they have sent another order. When I requested a tracking number they sent me the same tracking number as the first order that is "lost''. I think Jerry's is struggling and therefore messing up while trying to stay afloat.     I placed an order 13 days ago. I was sent an email telling me that they would send me a tracking number when the order shipped. I contacted them 10 days later and requested a tracking number and they. Sent me one. UPS says the shipping label was made but the item had not been received by. On day 11, I contacted Jerry's letting them know that UPS does not have the package. Day 12 they responded saying it now showed up at the facility. Day 13, UPS tracking says that they don't have the package. I'm not giving up yet. I will give them another day or two before requesting a refund. Sometimes things do get missed in the scab]Ning process but i think 14-15 days is ample time to go ground through a few states. I don't think Jerry would be happy about all of the bad reviews his store is getting and so far, I am very disappointed. Then, GOOD LUCK! I received a box of stretchers with a split stretcher and I am on my second phone call, this time on hold for over 1.5 hour, the first call I gave up after that length of time. I also emailed customer service over a week ago and no response there either. I just don't understand why a company with direct competition like $#*! Blick would allow such poor customer service?
    If you buy Ecoline Watercolor from Jerry's Artarama online beware. This is how mine arrived. Broken, leaking, shards of glass everywhere. I waited on hold for over an hour with customer service only for them to say they need me to send it back— broken, leaking and all— before they consider a refund or replacement. Why would I send back shards of glass!?!?! The postal service had to put it in one of their large parcel boxes to leave it on my step. The box it came in had no stickers on it to indicate it was glass or fragile. I did send multiple pictures of it to them. Today is day 2: no response to at all.     Don't order from Jerry's Artarama. My brush has wires that are popping out which continue to pop out even with using pliers. I have not duct-taped it. What a shame for such an expensive brush! The customer service wouldn't refund or offer any kind of compensation - just told me to "order another one". Why would I do that? I've decided not to shop with them anymore.
    Buyers be aware- they used to be trust worthy in the past, but not anymore. They forced me to pay for T Force Freight shipment which was over $300, and then proceeded to use UPS to send the valuable package. Once UPS lost the package and did not deliver correctly, and didn't take any responsibility, I contacted Jerry's- The worst customer service ever. DO NOT TRUST this site. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It is a scam. They take your money and do not take any responsibility.
