    I ordered wallets from the official Minecraft store run by Jinx on May 7. It's June 30 and still nowhere to be found. Jinx's partner Newgistics' tracking is fake, every time I open the tab it's a different date for updates. Support says there's nothing they can do and it's cause of the virus. There's no excuse for this broken website, Chinese sellers online ship faster than this. No one should support these kind of awful and deceptive selling practices.
    Great! This site is legit and totally not a scam! I bought a Minecraft Creeper scarf and they told you when it will arrive. It did! A+
    This website is a scam. Had to blow up their email to get a refund. Phone number doesn't work because it's not real. Was given a "return label" and told to send back the stuff when I got it. Guess what still hasn't arrived after 3 months? Because it never shipped. Please be aware especially if your kids send you a link to this website. Which is the only reason I became a victim of this website because my child sent me the link to buy birthday gifts. Tip for consumers:Just don't. Products used:None because I never received them.     Nice, quality products. The prices are a bit strong but acceptable if you consider the merchandise unique and of good quality. The shipping, however, is easily the slowest I've ever experienced. I had orders from China that arrived faster than this. I don't know if the tracking is trustworthy, as it states that my package arrived at *destination facility* over 10 days ago and I am yet to receive anything. Still, the products are very nice therefore I will repurchase but I do hope they will find a solution for their snail-slow delivery.
    I ordered two items on sale and paid the same price for delivery. I did have no tracking number, I saw the letter type in the order details. And after one month I didn't get my order. Support told me that they could reship or refund, but they couldn't reship all items. I have received much more large packages from the USA for less price and with a tracking number. And I could not search for my package with my local post service, cause it's a letter!
    Ordered item and was advised of shipment with a tracking number on 9/10. Since that time there has been no information regarding the order. I have contacted Jinx quite a few time requesting a status update on the order. They continue to reply with "sorry, it is now on it way". As of today they are no longer even replying to my emails.
    I placed an order for PUBG merch back on 5th August 2019 and I paid for international shipping. I still haven't received anything nor am I able to track my order. Don't trust these guys and don't waste your money! I'm currently trying to get a refund..
    Fit finder is probably the most useless sizing tool I've ever encountered, and because of that... I haven't been able to order anything accurately on Jinx. Where is a normal measurements chart? I typically wear a men's XS - using the fit finder, they suggest a M or L. I normally wear a women's L or XL (because your shirts tend to run on the small side), but your site just says, "Sorry, we were unable to find a good match for you for this product" and suggest S or M with a percentage of accuracy (15%/24%) It's a dang t-shirt. Are the sizes different now, or are they the same? Just give me the measurements and I can figure it out for myself.
    I ordered a sweater from this website at the end of march 2015 and It is may 9 right now and I have not recieved my package. I have contacted them 3weeks ago and they said its been sent out already and I just have to wait. With jinx.com having overpriced shipping that takes over a month to maybe recieve a package is simply insane. Shipping from China or japan takes less time than that and its free shipping. You guys are rip offs and I will be sure to notify everyone I know about your service.
    I have made a lot of purchases from Jinx and I love their products! But the last item was very faulty! Neither did the tee fit well nor did it have the right colors on the print! But that is okay! Things are sometimes defective and I understand! But what I don't get it why I have to pay for shipping the defective item to me and then back to them as well. Neither of the shipping costs were refunded to me! So I basically just spent around $10 dollars on a defective item along with the time spent in having to ship it back! The dollar amount here isn't the problem but the very fact that they don't really take care of their customers is! Wish it wasn't such a big disappointment! Really love your products! Update: I spoke about the order twice to your customer service stating the defect... And i don't think you would know the tee i am talking about. It was not ordered on my name but a gift for me. I have tees of the same size from you and none of them were so tight on the neck. And the text on the tee was much darker than the pictures. I can provide you the order number on personal message.
    Shirt left their shipping warehouse 2 days after placing order. I chose the most economical shipping method and took about 2 weeks to arrive (I live about 6 hours away from the shipping location, by the way). It made stops all over California before it made it to my house. I didn't mind though as I wasn't in a hurry to get it, but just wanted to mention all of that for those who want it quicker than 2 weeks. However, they sent the wrong shirt but a 5 minute phone call fixed the problem. The young lady who answered my call was very nice (being nice to customer service goes a long way, too). They shipped out the correct shirt and I received it in just 3 business days. They also included a prepaid shipping label to ship back the incorrect shirt. If there's a mistake with your order, I recommend that you CALL THEM (do not email). Calling is quick and the problem is taken care of right there and then.
    I ordered a Cyberpunk 2077 Samurai snapback hat from J! NX exactly three weeks ago, and my order was delivered today. I'm always a tad anxious ordering from American sellers, as they often charge heavy shipping fees for international orders, but I was pleasantly surprised that the shipping was only $5.14 (around £4). I had been waiting for this particular item to come back into stock for weeks, keeping the tab open in my browser and frequently checking it in the hope that they'd restock, so I went ahead and ordered the item despite seeing some negative reviews from fellow international customers. In my opinion, three weeks is a very reasonable amount of time to wait for the order to be processed and shipped from America to England, especially with the current postal delays due to COVID19. The hat arrived undamaged and is good quality. I am very, very satisfied with my order, and would happily order gaming merch from J! NX in the future. Service Value Shipping Quality
    Why does shipping cost so much all of a sudden!? I wanted to order one Commander Jacket during your J! Nx-o-ween sale and almost had a heart attack when I saw the shipping cost! Over 27 euros for the slowest and cheapest option and it's shipped from London. The prices weren't that high last time I ordered. Sort it out J! Nx!
    Placed an order waited forever for it to arrive no tags on shirt and wrong t-shirt. Emailed with no response. Strongly advise not to deal here.
    Their sizing chart is way off and sometimes makes no sense. They have removed the ability to leave a review of each product which was helpful in sizing decisions. Their website is trying to be slick and cool and is now cumbersome with lots of graphics having to load between clicks. Between not knowing what size to order, higher shipping costs and no reviews to help with purchasing I'm done with their site. There are too many gaming sites out there to buy from.
    I recently ordered some gamer shirts off this site and im totally unhappy with the shipping. I got a email saying it shipped on Dec 14th and no joke it took 2 days to get to the carrier and I still dont have my shirts and its Dec 24th. I totally get that its the christmas season and things are bogged down but this is ridiculous! I paid roughly 7 dollars for shipping and when I have paid 7 dollars for shipping on other sites it has NEVER taken this long.
    Ordered quite a bit of stuff from here, said it would arrive before 02/01 it is still not here. Gone to log in and there is no recognition of my account but yet I've paid for the items! I have emailed them & also wrote on Facebook & had no reply from either! Stay away!
    Due to a glitch in their online purchasing system, I was charged twice and received two items but only received confirmation for one order so I had idea there was two items coming. I called customer service and was asked to send item back at MY charge, my request for a nice gesture (return paid by them) was not approved. So now I paid 2 shipping charges for their mistake. Thank you Jinx. That was the first and last time I am ordering from this website.
    This site has very little help for customers. Their shipping is on average 11-14 days, but you'll pay at least $6.00 for it, it's not even free for having to wait that long! That's also not including the 3-7 days they spend getting it ready to ship. They take forever to answer questions, if they even answer at all. I thought their selection was good, but won't ever be buying from them again.
    I am so annoyed of jinx.com. I had ordered two shirts for my fiance for Valentine's Day on the 12th and I had paid extra to get it delivered to my house on Valentine's Day. Turns out I never got a shipping confirmation email and it was never delivered on time. I called customer service on the 14th to ask about my order status and they said that my items were still at the warehouse. I told them to not worry about it since it was already Valentine's Day and that I wanted my extra shipping fee to be refunded back to me. Then a few days later, I check my order status and it says one or more of the items I want is out of stock. What the $#*!, why do you now tell me that the item that I picked out a week ago is now out of stock? So then I call customer service again and they wanted me to pick something else out. I then told them to just take that item out of my order and just send me the other shirt. Another week has passed and I've been charged for that shirt and it has still not made it to my house. I will NEVER shop at Jinx ever again. Horrible company.
    I have made 3 purchases on this site but only received 2. How messed up is that? They will not return any of my emails, calls, or posts to their facebook. I don't understand how a company can take your money and not have to answer to it.
    Would love it if you would put measurement on your site please. See my husband bought me a XL woman tee from there it was a wow shirt. I come and it looked like a small no one in my house fits that, so ended up giving to my 12 yr old niece
    I asked for an exchange, and got the wrong size back. I called them and explained and they said no problem. We will send you the correct size and shipping label so you can send back the shirt that is the wrong size. I was pleased that it was so easy to get it sorted out.
    I ordered a shirt for my son's friend for his birthday. Said it would take 8-12 days to receive order. I thought no way will it take this long as I have done my fair share of ordering from reliable buisnesses and it never takes longer than a week. First of all it took 3 days for the order to ship from the company (I'm assuming California.) Then took another 2 days to arrive in Nevada. Then no other tracking for another couple day. Still has not arrived. I'm sure I will not be receiving this order in 10 days which is when the party is. Think of how many more sales this company could have if they got their act together. Should not take this long. I've even ordered children's clothes from the UK and I get my order in 10 days. Getting orders out as quickly as possible should be a priority of any business. Will not be ordering again from JINX.
    While they are a legitimate seller of t-shirts and products (had bought several products in the past with no problems, They have shady business practices. One of their features on the website is a "submit an idea, and we'll pay you $100" sounds great! So I came up with the idea for a "Killer Pacman" shirt. I send it in and I never hear back from them, yet when I checked the new products, they had a new shirt with a "Killer Pacman" design on it. I emailed them to complain and they 'assured me' that everyone who comes up with original ideas that they use get payed- but refused to pay me. I'm not falling for the "someone else happened to came up with the exact same idea as me in such a short period." that they tried to give me- but after this I deleted my account and will never shop there again. Greed has been the downfall of so many good ideas and good companies, and it has taken another victim.
