    I can't tell you how disappointing it is to make an order for a Birthday/Valentines gift on January 20,2025 and after not receiving the purse for 3 weeks I reached out to them and was told my order was cancelled the purse was now out of stock! Had I not reached out to them I never would have have known. I responded to the email with my disappointment and was offered a 15% discount! I was left with no time to order a new bag but I learned a lesson - don't order from a facebook post! I got taken 3 times during the holidays and now disappointed by a brand that I have a closet full of. I will now move on to a new brand and hopefully more considerate customer service. By the way the customer service department was as cold as ice to my dismay!     Absolutely ridiculous company. This is my first issue with them and will not be ordering from here ever again! I placed an order on 12/6, it shipped on 12/10 and still have not received any updates on shipping through UPS as of 12/19/2024. How is it that orders from China are getting here quicker?     I have a couple of items from this brand that I absolutely love. I ordered a present for a family member for Christmas on black Friday. Delivery was supposed to be 12/9, it is now 12/14. Every day the delivery date keeps changing to the next day and then never arriving. I have tried emailing and calling with no response or answer. I am currently on hold for the second time because after an hour on hold they hang up on you. Currently been on hold for 1.5hours.     Purse leather wearing out and straps falling apart but since it is past the one year warrenty no help from customer service at all! Purchased for mother in law (75 years old) for her first designer purse and embarressed how this purse wore out worse then a cheap handbag. For the prices they should at least back thier product.     I do not recommend this brand. Please see the attached photos for reference. I purchased this purse during Black Friday on November 24,2023. I used It for only four months during the Summer, after which it was stored in Its dust bag in my closet. When I went to use it again on November 29, 2024, I noticed unusual markings on The leather. It seems like the pebbled Texture has lost its grain, showing Strange "tunnels or swiggly lines. When I contacted customer service, I Was told the warranty had expired on November 24, just six days earlier They explained that the warranty only Covers defects in materials or Workmanship under normal use, and Does not include issues like wear and tear, scratches, or discoloration, However, the damage on my purse is Clearly a defect in workmanship, not Normal wear and tear. Their solution was for me to pay for the repair Myself or take purse to the store For advice on how to care for it. This Response shows a lack of Accountability and disregard for loyal customers. As a result, I will never shop with Them again.     Bought an item off their outlet only receive it from another Canadian city and then find out as they do not state on the site the fees. In small print they state afterwards no returns/exchanges/refunds. Basically saying ha ha sucker we have your money. Save your money and go to the local Walmart as all there crap comes from China.     Bought the Breeze Sandals in Sea Star color for my daughter as a Christmas present. Online ordering is not the way to go. They were on sale and I did not notice it was a nonreturnable item. Sandals are cute, but very cloggy and do not stay on the feet when walking. Extremely uncomfortable. Guess were stuck with a an $80, size 11 shoe that we'll designate as the "run the garbage out shoes." Be wary of sale items and triple check they are returnable.     Ordered the Reagan Bucket Bag and the Chelsea Laptop sleeve from Kate Spade. A very small box was delivered today with a weight of 1.1 pounds containing only the free nylon tote that came with theorder. No bucket bag or laptop sleeve. If they had been included that would certainly have been more than 1.1 pounds per Post Office Delivery Confirmation. I took the box in as soon as the postman left it at my door, so no porch pirates. Spent time on chat with customer service and was told I would be contacted by email. So far no response. Very disappointing. Afraid to order from them again.     Order no zup*******, bought this 68.00 necklace for my granddaughter for Christmas and the 2 nd time she put it on it broke. She went to catch it and it fell apart in pieces.     I love their stuff but the clasps on almost everything suck. I was gifted a bracelet where you twisted the spade logo. Fell off, bought a new one to not upset them. Fell off. On of my purses has a clasp undone often constantly one falls off. My reason for the review is because I lost my card,money and license because a crappy clasp on a coin purse. I will say one of my favorite totes has lasted 4 years. But I won't be back.     I am no longer loyal to Kate Spade brand. My second purse purchased broke in less than 40 days. Amazing since I'd hardly used it in that time. The strap hardware just snapped. When I took the purse to a local Kate Spade retail shop they refused to help me with repair or replacement options because it was purchased at Nordstrom. When something you make breaks right after purchase and you don't try to fix it, it's a sign that this isn't an irregular issue. I don't have confidence in this brand anymore.     I recently purchased a piece of clothing during their Mother's Day sale (use a code for 25% off). We're all used to these types of sales now. Well the item came, was huge and I tried to return it. They said anything purchased with a code, mind you not clearance items or items marked final sale, automatically is final sale if purchased during a discount weekend.     I ordered black Spade cut out gloves as a sentimental wedding gift. KS shipped them but they never arrived due to negligence and errors on their part. Then they lied to me multiple times. They blamed the post office even though it was their choice to mail it that way (the agent also told me this frequently happens with their orders so I know its not just me, do not expect to get your order). Kate Spade was extremely cruel and unprofessional. They lied to me several times, each agent made different unfulfilled promises and I never received the gloves that are now out of stock.     Kate spade has awesome products. You should never buy KS at full price. There's always a sale going on or there will be one soon. Also almost all the items end up at KS outlet.
