    So I purchased something from DressLily a few weeks back and wanted to relay my story of their scam maneuver so people are informed. They have a 30-day money back policy. I ordered a dress that came in a completely different measurement than was on their site and didn't fit. When I contacted them about the sizing issue, they offered me 2 choices. An exchange in which they would send a correct size, or a refund. I chose the exchange. They then contacted me to say they were out of stock even though their store was "in stock." They offered me a refund but of only a fraction of the price. I paid almost $60 and they said they'd refund $13. I declined and escalated to Pay Pal. They asked me to remove my claim from Pay Pal or they would not resolve it with me. I said i would remove it after a resolution. They refused to chat in the Pay Pal dispute chat. I didn't trust them because once you take down a dispute in Pay Pal it's permanently closed and cannot be reopened. At this point they told Pay Pal they would offer me a $5 refund. Less than what they first offered. Of course I declined. They lied to Pay Pal saying I got exactly what I ordered and Pay Pal didn't even contact me to ask questions even though I gave ample proof. Do NOT deal with this seller. They have cute stuff, yes, but they are terrible as a vendor.     I ordered 2 dresses and got one completely wrong dress, and one defective dress. They won't send label to return items because it's "too expensive" for them so they will only offer me a partial refund.     I spent almost 70$ on clothes, that was a while ago, the app says my package has been delivered asking me to verify on the app... obviously I didn't, I reached out to customer service, no reply.     I never received my order and customer service was awful. I even selected to purchase insurance during checkout. What is the point of that if not to make sure I can get a refund when the package didn't arrive. I have tried several times to unsubscribe from their newsletter and am still receiving emails from them. I clicked the unsubscribe button multiple times. When that didn't make the emails stop, I contacted their customer service online who assured me I would now be removed from their email list.     I ordered one pair of stretchy pants for $25 dollars and $10 dollars for shipping and after three weeks I never received the item and they are giving me the "runaround" on a refund. This is seriously crazy. They told me to call my local post office and also ask all the neighbors if they got my package?! I didn't get my pants give me a refund, it's not that difficult.     1 star because 0 isn't an option. Order was placed in Oct for receipt by Christmas. Afterultiple attempts to make contact through a terrible, automated system, the second week of December I was told to pay via a different method if I still want my order, all the time referencing an order placed over a year ago and the order in question. In all fairness, I have purchased before with no issues. After this, I will never buy from Dresslily again.     I ordered a bunch of stuff for the first time and it says it's in Vernon CA. I am in Dan Diego. That's a far ways and it says to be picked up. They tracking number and carrier that dresslily has provided me I can't seem to find anywhere online besides in China.     I ordered a dress for my college graduation and was told a delivery date that would work. After trying to get an answer on the delay they just kept giving me the run around.     Again, inconsistent sizing by huge leaps and bounds. Sometimes belly is big enough but arms are way too tight or something. Flimsy horrible material that wrinkles very badly. Also, after reading several comments back and forth about DressLily, Rosegal, and others like flycurvy... they have such similar "style" in reviews and responses that one starts to believe they might be the same scammers with multiple names to fool more people more than once.     I've been fighting with them for a while now trying to get several items refunded that are unwearable. They continue to either make a counter offer or say I didn't pay what I did and won't refund the full amount (even though I have the original order email from them proving what I paid. Next step will be dispute with the CC and BBB complaint. Don't buy from them, not worth it. Tip for consumers:Most items seriously lacking quality. Wafer thin material.     Prices are great. But don't expect too much in timeliness and quality. I ordered December 6th. January 10th they send me an email saying they don't have some of the items I ordered. Then a few weeks later I received the clothing I ordered that they did have. They at least refunded me for the clothing they didn't have. Products used:I used the dress and a shirt I bought.     Horrible company with bad products and customer service. If you buy on this site be prepared to have the seller fight you for a refund. I bought a woman's med coat, looks nothing like picture and description. Arms would fit an Asian child! No where on site do they have info about Chinese sizes! Big scam!     The website advertises a 10-18 day shipping time, but doesn't include "processing" time, during which the order will sit in their warehouse with a "packed" status for weeks. If you contact their customer support to find out when your package might arrive, they will basically tell you it will get there when they feel like shipping it out. This business is extremely sketchy and should be avoided at all costs. Tip for consumers:Don't. Just don't.     I ordered 7 dresses, hoping 1 or 2 might work; every single one of them was constructed wrong. Uneven necklines, bunched material where it was supposed to be smooth, 2 dresses with zippers too short (so even fully open they won't go over the bust or hip measurement for that size, leaving no way to get it on), anatomically impossible measurements (38" bust with only 12" shoulder to shoulder), dresses with busts not even close to the stated measurements for the size. (see pictures) I only asked that they pay the return shipping because the problems were completely their fault. They refused and then agreed and then refused again. I ended up having to pay to ship them back. Their quote, "Customer satisfaction is always our top priority: we are always extremely happy to provide the very best support to customers" is completely false.     The quality, materials and colors were not even close to what you posted on line. The "sweater" was no more than a t-shirt. The shirt with fringe edges looked like a tablecloth with a cheap upholstery fringe sewn onto it. The lace sleeves were poorly done and the only one that resembled the online picture was frayed by the collar. I would like to return them and get my money back but their site keeps rejecting my request. This site is a total scam! Tip for consumers:Shop elsewhere!     Wow what a crappy company! I have never been more disappointed in a product that I bought online. We got a cute coat that turned out to be utter garbage. The material is terrible, the workmanship sucks, the buttons fell off and the button holes were too small. The dress we ordered looked like it was made by a 1st grader. The material is scratchy and totally see through. The company has been emailing with me to try and resolve the issues, but I am still upset that packages were late and the stuff is garbage.     We ordered a top (blouse) from dresslily.com on 1/13/2015. We received the item 3/23/2015 from China. The item is poorly made, and at their request (through their website's support ticket system) we sent them pictures to show the flaws. After 9 responses to their offers, I have been offered anywhere from 10% to 40% of the purchase price as a refund. The item is not wearable, and I am requesting a full refund, just as I would expect from any reputable merchant. They do not seem to be willing to cooperate.     After months of dealing with this problem now I cannot even access the complaint. This item I received for my daughter that was supposed to be a Christmas gift it turned out huge and does not button. It is cheaply made and if I had seen it in the store instead of your sight I would never have given it a second glance. Supposedly they were going to fix the problem; however, they took so long that now I cannot even choose to send this as a complaint because it has been so long taking care of this problem. I cannot send a new complaint because the site will not let me; this was a complete waste of time and money.
