    I ordered a dress for my college graduation and was told a delivery date that would work. After trying to get an answer on the delay they just kept giving me the run around. I asked to cancel and get my money back and they ignored me. Still have not seen the dress or my money back. They just send emails that mean nothing! Bad company! Products used:Didn't use it.     I ordered a dress which was not what was shown in the picture. But the good thing is that the bad news stop here, because I got a full refund and got to keep the dress (which I gave for charity). Customer support was great, and even if I don't have the dress I was dreaming about, my problems got solved fast and in a very helpful manner. Nice job, I will recommend it to anyone.
    I just received a dress I bought from dresslily, totally disapointed. Colors are not as they seem in the picture and the material is very cheap and bad quality.     I never received my order and customer service was awful. I even selected to purchase insurance during checkout. What is the point of that if not to make sure I can get a refund when the package didn't arrive. I have tried several times to unsubscribe from their newsletter and am still receiving emails from them. I clicked the unsubscribe button multiple times. When that didn't make the emails stop, I contacted their customer service online who assured me I would now be removed from their email list. Now I am getting emails that don't even have an unsubscribe button at the bottom. This is harassment. Service Shipping Returns
    Prices are great. But don't expect too much in timeliness and quality. I ordered December 6th. January 10th they send me an email saying they don't have some of the items I ordered. Then a few weeks later I received the clothing I ordered that they did have. They at least refunded me for the clothing they didn't have. Products used:I used the dress and a shirt I bought.     I absolutely love Dresslily! Their prices are amazing and for the quality of the products, so worth it! Unfortunately the sizing on a sweatshirt that I got wasn't quite right (or maybe I just measured it wrong) but it does still fit, it's just a tiny bit smaller than I wanted it to be. It came in good time though, and it looks exactly as it was advertised, so I am very pleased!
    Good site if you REALLY pay attention to the size measurements. Dont go by what you normally wear in US sizing, most things run on the small side. Look at the reviews as well of each garment about fit and fabric. I had an issue with a swimsuit being sewn incorrectly and after submitting some photos, customer service was great in helping me out. I would recommend Dresslily, just use it carefully!
    Hi i bought a dress for a wedding. It was a waterfall dress with flower embriodary detail in red and white flowers.it really suited the day.Its very on trend.
    Ordered on November16th of 23 and have contacted them three times and have still not received my order. I would not refer this company to anybody. Today is dec. 6 of 23. I have printed off everything from the order to the texts to their and from their customer service centers, who are of no help what so ever.. Service
    Amazing experience so far since i came across them on Facebook. Unique designs, affordable prices and great customer care. I am not changing Dresslily anytime soon.
    So after paying and this company confirming my order was shipped they now say my order is canceled but I have not received a refund! ZERO stars for this company!
    I ordered an auburn/reddish brown colored, shoulder length wig from Dresslily and to my surprise it actually took less than two weeks to arrive. The wig looks just like the picture of the model on the website except it's a little bit longer which I really like. Dressliy also gave me a free wig cap which is really handy because I've never bought a wig before and didn't have one. The wig came in neat packaging and the delivery time was excellent for free delivery. Tip for consumers:If you have any doubts about the photo or description of a product, you should ask just to be sure. It might also be good to ask about shipping or delivery time if you wonder how long it'll take to arrive. Service Value Shipping Quality
    I've been fighting with them for a while now trying to get several items refunded that are unwearable. They continue to either make a counter offer or say I didn't pay what I did and won't refund the full amount (even though I have the original order email from them proving what I paid. Next step will be dispute with the CC and BBB complaint. Don't buy from them, not worth it. Tip for consumers:Most items seriously lacking quality. Wafer thin material. The 2 I kept were actually decent. I had forgotten I'd ordered from them before and the quality was lacking.     It seems that a lot of people are having problems not receiving their orders. This also happened to me. I don't know if they really do not send them or they just get lost/stuck somewhere on the way. After exchanging some emails with the Dresslily staff (they where very polite) i got back all of my money. I will think of placing another order soon, maybe it was just bad luck :)
    I bought a 40 dollar swim suit, measured by their guidelines, when the item came it was extremely to big. I inquired with the customer support with no response for a few days. I inquired again after I had sent the item back. The response was They could give me a partial refund and points if I kept the item or returned it back to their address in the USA. The item I returned required me to pay an additional 9 dollars. The item was returned to Chino California. After I gave the customer support the return address, and tracking number, and the usps service had delivered the package, I again contacted the customer support with this information. Their response was since I hadnt returned it to an address in the USA, I could not get a refund, because they didnt physically have the package and it would cost to much to have it sent where they wanted it. California is in the USA! They have now kept the over 50 dollars I have spent on this item, and will do nothing more. This, is theft! Answering customers, when getting a message, and sending return information in the package sent out, is productive customer service. This was a theft, I'm sure I am not the only person they have stolen from! Beware! If the option was no stars that would have been my rating!
    Returns are a full headache. No phone number to call. Just emails with bad links. I will not buy from here again. Didn't even know my name with ticket order.
    Again, inconsistent sizing by huge leaps and bounds. Sometimes belly is big enough but arms are way too tight or something. Flimsy horrible material that wrinkles very badly. Also, after reading several comments back and forth about DressLily, Rosegal, and others like flycurvy... they have such similar "style" in reviews and responses that one starts to believe they might be the same scammers with multiple names to fool more people more than once.     I ordered one pair of stretchy pants for $25 dollars and $10 dollars for shipping and after three weeks I never received the item and they are giving me the "runaround" on a refund. This is seriously crazy. They told me to call my local post office and also ask all the neighbors if they got my package?! I didn't get my pants give me a refund, it's not that difficult.     I originally gave a bad review because I did not receive my product. I came back to edit because I had a great customer service agent who worked hard at helping me. Psyche read my entire email chain between myself and other agents and was able to understand everything and do research and resolve my issue. I'm so happy I had someone who cared enough to make sure I was a satisfied patron. Thank you for putting in the effort. I know you did not have to, so the fact you went the extra mile made me come back and change my review.
    I ordered 2 dresses and got one completely wrong dress, and one defective dress. They won't send label to return items because it's "too expensive" for them so they will only offer me a partial refund. Total scam, bad customer service, and cheap, poorly made products - do NOT shop here!
    What started off as a bad experience has been turned into a good one. Seller had strong communication throughout the resolution and I must say I'm impressed. The team there should be proud. Thank you

When I contacted them, I was told that it will be another 7-15 business days before they can depatch my item. The suggested options were 'Wait' or 'Exchange'.
