This was my first time buying from company and will be my last time buying from them. 11 days already that package has been in progress. Tracking never updates, so can't get accurate tracking details. It's supposedly coming from Illinois, so why it would take that long to get to Texas is just ridiculous. There's no customer support to get in touch with, although I did find a form to fill out, so no clue how long it will take to get back to me. Not sure how to even get a refund since there's no actual customer service. Do not recommend this site.

Date of experience: July 21, 2023I ordered a brass shelf from this website, however, it did not provide the full dimensions and the depth of the shelf ended up being way deeper than the pictures made it appear. On the day I received the product, I requested a return as I knew it would not fit the space I needed. Instead of providing me with the steps to return, they stated that because it is categorized as a "bathroom accessory" it is not eligible for a refund/return. They referenced their return policy, which is poorly written and very confusing, and not something that was referenced during the point of purchase. There was never a notice stating this was a final sale item or that it could not be returned. So now I'm stuck with a $80 shelf that I cannot use and a bad taste in my mouth from this pathetic company.
Tip for consumers:Don’t shop here.

Date of experience: January 22, 2023I took a chance an ordered a few shirts. The sizing is not even remotely close within several inches for the garment being to small. The website claims to accept returns but does not work. The website does not perform any function of Customer Service and does not allow contacting the company. Actually, the website is dysfunctional for everything except taking your money. There is no phone number and the company does not seem to operate in the US. Save your money and buy from a better retailer.

Their return policy said i could only return them to China for a full refund after 2-3 months and shipping was over $40 to do that. Or i could get 15% of my purchase price back, but not the shipping i paid in the first place, so 15% was about $14...so basically i lost $36 on the deal.

It's paid already,but always said waits for blah blah days and Christmas finished, New Year finished, Valentine's day finished now soon to March but nothing just likes gone in the wind. Date of experience: March 21, 2023I ordered an item and I accidentally forgot to put in a coupon code, I cancelled the order soon after before it was shipped. I went through the cancellation process, at the end they had said "customer service will reply within 1 working day." I cancelled it on the 5th, it is now the 8th with no reply. I'd like to know the status of the refund, since the cancellation was made soon after I assume I should get a full refund as of your policy.

Date of experience: January 8, 2023Size was absolutely HUUUUUGE! I ordered a small and it must have been a size 16 at least! The material is terrible, really cheap and tacky. The Yoga pants description said butt sculpting, there is absolutely no elastic in these yoga pants at all, its more like t-shirt material. Honestly just an enormous disappointment. Delivery time was 2 weeks, yoga pants look absolutely nothing like the picture, there is no sculpting without elastic, the material is shiny (which all yogis know is a no no for yoga as its too slippery) and the sizes must be American! The entire website works accept for the "returns". It will only work if you agree to keep the product and they'll send you a little gift as compensation! Which clearly shows they're fully aware of the tat they're sending out. See photos. SCAM company!

They then said that I will need to pay for delivery charge again if I wanted the product to be sent out to me again. Stay away from buying anything from them.

You can't actually track ordered items is there is no information. What customer can understand from "At a pick up point, USA" or any other country? Customer service gives you same answer for all the issues - We try to resolve an issue. Please avoid and don't waste you time.

You can only communicate with their customer service if you log into your account. When I try to log into their account I get an error message that says "Whoa We noticed you've been clicking on the same link a LOT and our other pages are getting a little lonely! To get back on track, please click the input box and type the code you see in the image." When you enter the code it just says invalid code. So there is no way to file a claim for damaged merchandise! Scammers!

Money. BUT, they won't return your requests for return, even if their return directions are followed. Items sent were NOT what was ordered. It took more than 9 weeks to receive the order.
Worst company ever. DON'T waste your time or money. FYI - the picture attached was what I ordered, BUT NOT what I received!

In their site delivery details are 4-7 business days to process. It is now March 2,2020 and still no product. I paid extra to them for insurance and shipping and cant get a tracking order. A month ago after I emailed after the expected delivery date they said sorry theres chinese new year that affects their deliveries. Bull$#*!. They should not put misleading wrongful information on their site. It's called lying to the consumer and in our country is an offence. They should be pulled from advertising on amazon etc. and should have warnings out there for others who will believe their lies. Not a reputable company and probably lead by teenagers who have other careers in online scams as well.

Date of experience: July 7, 2020I get that delivery from China will be slow. But when they say they'll send it with tracking, they don't tell you that it's not INTERNATIONAL tracking. So, you can track your package right to the Chinese distribution center, then once it leaves the country? Her I am, 2 months later... A review of my order also indicates that they've changed the shipping method from "Postal-tracking (11-14 days)" to "Postal-tracking (3-4 days)"... This is 54 days after the order, mind you. Most credit-card companies require a transaction dispute to be filed within 30 days of it appearing on an credit card statement. So, I think there's a strategy in place to make potential customers wait more than 60 days for their item. After that point, there's nothing you can do about it. I doubt I'll ever see the item.

Took out an insurance to cover customs charges, Light in Box told me on 21 April they were going to refund the costs after asking me for proof of payment. 11 May still no money has been returned to my PayPal account. Impossible to get to their customer service, no email or phone number. They close all the cases you open without resolving them. They only respond to complaints raised through PayPal. Will never order from them again!
A dispute was raised with PayPal for non-delivery (the delivery was a lot later than indicated), that case was closed on 9 May and does not mean the customs charges should not be paid.
Date of experience: May 10, 2016Not a trustworthy site! I placed an order on November 18 for items I'd planned to give as Christmas gifts. Supposedly the order shipped December 8 (20 days later!) and was sent via 3-5 day expedited shipping. I've still not received it as of January 3. Not only must it be crossing the ocean by boat, but the package (if it ever even existed) must be crossing on a one-person row boat. Like other shoppers, I have tried to contact customer service, but every link the site provides goes back to the same dead end. I've also started the process of contacting them through PayPal (which, fortunately, I used), but the site is giving me the runaround there, too. I'd give them less than one star for service and shipping if doing so were possible.

And sometime within the last month my card info got stolen and was being used in another state across the country, has that happened to anyone else since ordering from there?!?! Approximately one month later and my order not even shipped, I wrote a customer service inquiry and quickly received some vague excuse about high demand. Shortly after, my order shipped. Now it is October, and despite their 6-8 day shipping estimate, I still have not received my order. It has taken so long that I've moved since placing the order. Even so, if it had been delivered to our previous address, I would know because we are familiar with the current resident. I've asked for a replacement or compensation for what seems to be a lost order, if they can't find it and tell me why it's taken so long. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from here again.
