I bought an airline ticket on My Flight Search. WestJet cancelled my flight and notified me that they had rejected the confirmation as fraudulent as a stolen credit card had been used to pay them. When I phoned My Flight Search they just played stupid. They said they credited me back the ticket price to my credit card. I have seen nothing on my card. Reading their reviews, this seems to be a common practice. They should be shut down. I only rated them one star as there is nothing lower.Booked my flight a month in advance for them to cancel my flight 4 days before my trip. Then tried to up charge me $300+ more than the original ticket I paid. Also lied about how a supervisor would call me me back. They offer decent fares and their employees are kind and helpful. Never had any issue with them. Oh and though my round trip flights is all in Canada, the price turned out to be in US funds. My Flight Search customer service promised a full refund. Six months later and still no refund after many empty promises and missed deadlines. I am thoroughly disgusted with this unethical behaviour. My Flight Search should be shut down.My flight search charged my bank account 1300 dollars for a 190 dollar ticket. Had to file a complaint with the fraud department at my bank. Waited 5 days without a confirmation of an eticket. Do not use my flight search they are frauds that won't even answer their phone line.
