    I recently ordered a pair of loafers from NextDirect. The sizing of the shoes are wrong, and is at least two sizes smaller than the size 11 that I ordered. Overall, the quality is substandard, with bad finishes and cheap materials. The stitching is all skew, and the leather finish is uneven. All i all a cheap and tacky product.     I have ordered multiple times from Next direct and in general like the clothes. Unfortunately, the web interface is really poorly maintained as 2-3 times so far the website doesn't provide me with any credit card options, which after having spent time to search for items and collect them in a shopping bag is really disappointing, and I regretfully have to abandon the service. I recommend Next to hire a better quality assurance testers for their website. Service
    I had an order from nextdirect.com in december and recieved a message about custom fees which inform me about they will send me a payment link for the custom expenses. But they devided my order and send me only one payment link and made the payment. I have recieved the first part but even though I wrote them several times, they didn't send me any link for the second part of my shipment. So second part of my order has returned them back and they made my payment back. After that I wanted to order same products but the prices were doubled. When I contact with the customer service, they told me that there is a software problem and it will be solved in few days. I have just waited but the prices only get higher. I contacted them again and they offer me 15% discount after they increased almost 120%. I bought them for my nephew and they were gifts. I feel cheap to my nephew because we cant buy those brand in Turkey. It was not my fault and customer service just wasted my time.     The Egypt website was so unhelpful. I tried to place an order with an international card it did not accept it. Then i tried an Egyptian card, it also did not accept it. I read somewhere in their policies that billing and shipping addresses have to be the same. But even when i tried that it did not take it. I ended up shopping somewhere else. Service Value
    Do not purchase anything from this store. Big scam. Wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. Package "lost" by courier, but if I repurchase it they will give 15% discount. Seriously?!     I ordered 4 items from Next Direct NZ and the first part of the order arrived on the 24 December 2021 and the second part of my order arrived on the 29 December. Considering I made my order and paid for my order on the 6 December 2021, I consider this slow. Of course if I had not contacted Paypal and left it in their capable hands the items may still not have arrived. I chatted 3 times to Next Direct and sent an enquiry to Sky Net and no one could be bothered to come back to me until I put Paypal on the job.     The quality of the items is good. Unfortunately, the quality of the customer service is not. One item from my order was cancelled by Next without any notification. The rest of the order has arrived 2 weeks later after the initial delivery date. There is no refund for the missing item, the customer support team is acting like there is no problem since the package has been delivered.     I WAS a really happy customer and bought a lot here. Couple of weeks ago I ordered many dresses for a wedding. Kept 1, returned the others... And what happens then? I get from Klarna the whole bill for ALL the items! Called en e-mailed a lot with the customer service from Next, but they say they don't have it and don't understand it. I have to wait for days when I get an answer to my complaints, en when I get an answer back, they don't come with a solution. No, they say that the package is still at a parcel point... Looks like a joke but I don't think this is funny. I have to pay €244,- for only 1 dress (88,-) I kept! When you call the customer service, they say you have to e-mail. When you e-mail, they don't understand you and you get robot-answers back. Really sad because I used to loved this webshop but how the fix this problem, or what do I say; they don't fix It!     So made a big purchase in the right sizes according to their measurements and age. But majority of clothes were far too small and short for my kids (dont have that problem with au sizes). Paid $10 delivery fees for three purchases because stock had not arrived yet. Thats $30 for delivery only. Then sent back half back because they didnt fit well and got charged about $18 for returning them. One item sent was faulty and couldnt get hold of the customer service only to realise the number was put down wrong. Chat group is only for basic inquiries and told me I will receive a call (which i did and missed in the middle of the night). Finally managed to get hold of them and was offered a tachy 20% off of the pack which didn't even cover the cost of the missing item. Then refunded me the price of the one missing item. After all that headache and extra costs not sure if I want to order again.
    I am disappointed from their services, they are really not professional at all, I jave a pending case with them since October to refund me an amount of $64.     Ordered a cushion in oct 2020 due for delivery on 16th November. Never arrived received not a single word from next. Found it all most impossible to contact them. Eventually got answer on phone awaiting refund. When I contacted them, they gave me an inactive tracking number, and a few days after that sent me an email saying that they 'got my return'.     An easy over 700kr purchase online could not get more wrong. I just got my parcel within 4 days by DHL since the purchase and to my surprise the dress was visibly after some hard washing, dirty at the bottom and with some hair on it! Not cool!     I ordered shoes from them for like 150 euro. The ones that arrived were the same brand and size but different model. When I wrote about the issue they responded very quickly and I received a full refund in the next couple of days. They asked me to send the shoes back to UK and they will return the money for the shipping when I send them the bill, but when I went to the local post office they wanted around 150 euros for the return so I wrote them back and told them to send me a return label because otherwise the return will cost as much as the shoes and I really didn't want to spend that much money even though I will be refunded after time, anyways, they told me to keep the shoes. My boyfriend doesn't like them (I bought them for him) and I don't know what to do with them but I was really surprised by the customer service after reading the reviews here and that is why I wanted to share my experience with the company.     I tried to make a payment and was said online it did not proceed. The next day I placed another order hoping that I can get it paid and sorted. Just an hour after I placed the second successful order I was notified that the money for the first order has also been deducted from my account. After all of this, I received an email from SkyNet to say I owe them R1365 for customs clearance for the first order that I did not actually placed. Which is more than the actual clothing?! What will the customs be for the second order? Oh my god, this is getting too much! Right, then I got to chat with two customer service people stating that I want a refund ASAP.     Approximately two years ago, I discovered Next Direct. It was a God send because I am living in The Netherlands and rarely find good quality work wear in my size and price range. Since that time, I have purchased dresses, suits, shoes and accessories several times. In general, the packages were delivered within two working days by DHL, though sometimes it took longer. What was always provided without fail was tracking info for the delivery times and dates. That has changed since Next opted to use DPD for deliveries to The Netherlands. DPD does not issue its tracking numbers and does not give next business day delivery. The customer service cannot give straight answers and always blames its blunders on Next Direct. Because I have also had bad experiences with DPD on other deliveries for other companies, I have good reason to think that this deteriorated service is directly linked to DPD. There is no option to use DHL. Next has simply made a business decision and we as customers are stuck with it. From now on, expect delays with no notice. My package languished for over 8 days because I was waiting for tracking information only to learn that DPD was waiting for the street number (which is clearly in my shipping address info). But DPD never let me or Next know they were waiting for it. Instead my package sat in the DOD dépôt all that time.

    I recently ordered 8 items of clothing from Next Direct site and was shocked by the poor quality of the clothing. I am a regular customer of Next and have always found quality and service excellent. I was so disappointed and shocked this time as the quality was unbelievably poor more like Boohoo than Next. The fabric of the knitted items in particular was flimsy almost see through. Two of the items I ordered were over 50 euro were of acceptable quality but the cheaper items were unacceptable. DO NOT PURCHASE THE CHEAPER ITEMS JUST TAKE A TRIP TO PENNEYS INSTEAD. Will return all on my next trip to Next store.
    I liked buying clothes from next direct. The quality of the clothes is great and they have amazing designs.
    At first I wasnt sure about this site but I gave it a go and I wasnt dissappointed... ordered last Friday and I received it yesterday on a Friday, (5 working days) awesome Thanks NextDirect,,, I love my jersey and size 16 leggings! We don't get size 16 leggings in NZ, so this is extra... can't wait to order some more clothing from you again! The goods are top quality! Even better. The jersey colour is not out in NZ yet... yay lol
    I have made numerous purchases on Nextdirect in the last 2 years (18 orders to be exact). Shipping- received my goods in Mpumalanga 4-5working days after payment. Quality- Better and equal to woolies with nicer range (kids clothing). Customer service- approached twice on chat service offered. Able to help fully and was efficient. Note- online purchase should be more than R400 to qualify for free shipping but not more than R500 or it will be held up in customs. I definitely will continue to use this site!
