    Absolutely terrible customer service. It is literally impossible to get the people on the online chat to take care of an issue. They leave you hanging and take several minutes for each response, asking you again and again to repeat the same information. Then, after all that, they don't even do what you're asking! Unreal. I will NEVER shop with this company again, especially considering there are far better (and more natural) products out there that don't screw up your skin! Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    This isn't the first time; every time I try to do something with Origins customer service they cannot do it. I don't know who they use/hire, if they don't train properly, but the have THE WORST online customer support. Since my store is now closed I be starting to use a new product, because I cannot continue to order online and have to use their customer service- no more!     I bought this item try it broke my skin out badly when I wash my face in the A.m. after putting it on in the p.m. it drew out all the hydration out of my skin an left it very dry. This product is supposed to be for dry skin so I don't understand. Hydra boost gel is supposed to be for hydration all in all it left me with checks full of acne an dry out skin an no I didn't have any acne on my face before I used it an I'm 45 yrs old. The mushroom serum also dry my face out which I don't think it's supposed to do either since it has squalane in it. I'm confused about this.

    I don't write reviews, coz i am a busy person working night shift in the hospital, but the experienced i had today is very UNACCEPTABLE! I called origins customer svc to ff up my order and abt the delivery that are incomplete! OMG! I talked to 2 persons that they dont even tried to solve the inquiry! One person hang up after i told my name, the second person is very Rude, so we shouted to each other no etiquette in communicating with their Customer as if this person Owned the Company or He is The CEO, the way HE talked!     The customer service may be fine once you reach an intelligent human (preferably in the US), but you need a tranquilizer to get through the process of getting to the right person. If you are transferred, the chances are 50/50 that you will get disconnected. I was on the online chat and told that it might take up two days to get an email to me to change my password. It wasn't worth asking why. Tip for consumers:If you want to purchase Origins products you would be better served buying them in person or on line from a retail store. Or browse on line and call another source to order. In all the years I have purchased product I was only once able to use my points.     I bought a new origin 8 computer for my bike. Arrived with no instructions as to how it worked. Worked on occasions only. Wanted to charge me $3.99 to get an online instruction manual.     Tried to place an order 5 times and the website kept clearing my cart. So I called their customer service # and they could not figure it out. I tried the chat line, and they could not complete my order or give me the promotion discount that they Emailed me. Very disappointing, I could not buy my gifts...
    This is not a review of the products because I think they are great products, but there are no areas to review the customer care, service, delivery standards or refunding practices. I wanted to place this under every area where I can review a product, but they do not allow for that despite having a link to review the products. In early Nov, I ordered these skin care products, after two weeks I realized that my order had not arrived. I called origins and they had me on hold for too long and decided to use the online chat service. At that time, I was told that it was sent back to the company warehouse because my address was undeliverable. Strange because I had ordered in March of this same year without issue. I asked for that order to be reordered and the service agent first told me that was not possible, and then after me asking why I needed to ask for a refund only to have to reorder, it order was reordered by the agent. Some time passes and I have the same issue – only this time I wait for half an hour to speak to someone directly. This person tells me that I need to reorder and assures me that the refund has already been issued despite me telling them that it had not been issued. This agent tells me that there is a policy that they cannot assist with orders, despite that being an option when you call. So, I resign to reorder my products. Then it happens again. I ask for online assistance and call at the same time, both wait times were far too long. Days pass and I still have not received a refund for the first order, despite being assured by the agent that it had been done. So I check the status of my order that once again has been sent back to the warehouse. I reorder the order. I use the online chat service to discuss why I have not been issued a refund for the first two orders that never made it to me, and this agent tells me that I returned them and can have a credit with the store. I protest that this was not my fault and magically I receive notice that I will be refunded (but do believe that this would not have been done if I did not tell the company that they owed me my money back, as promised by two agents, so people check your credit statements to be sure that you are getting your money back when they say you will be refunded!) In my final reorder, because again I really love the products, it has sat in the warehouse for days, without being shipped. I have been told by the newest online agent that nothing can be done about this and that it will sit in the warehouse for as long as it will and I need to be patient. I have been patient. I ask for a link to review the company and she tells me to call them (jokes) she gives me a link to the website (more jokes because there is no place on the website to talk about the faults of the company only to review the products) I explain that this is not what my needs are. She offers to transfer me to a supervisor, and then chat ends and I am left with nothing. NO supervisor and no answers as to when or IF I will receive anything. Its been almost a month since my first order. The whole service side of this company is a total JOKE and honestly not worth the headache. Find another company who values their customers before you commit to the products and routine of their skin care products, there are several with natural cruelty free options that will treat their customer base (who has told friends and family about their products for YEARS). I am supremely disappointed and the fact that they don't have a place for a customer to review them should be the first red flag. I don't do reviews that are negative in this economy which is why its taken this long for me to resort to this.     I have been using the orgins Retexturizing mask with Rose Clay it helps pores and tecture of ur skin. I love the smell it isnt ober powering and it makes my skin feel soft and smooth

When I've needed to call with questions, their customer service people are friendly and helpful. They ship the products quickly and it's great to get the free samples of additional products to try.     I love convenience - I eat conveniently accessible foods, I read conveniently easy books, I date convenient men. I wasn't sure what to make of that comment but I'm glad he noticed because I wouldn't have walked out with Vitazing then - Vitazing is an SPF15 moisturizer that doubles for me as a foundation. The mangosteen ingredient adapts to my skin color and provides a light coverage that I can't feel. It doesn't cover up all the spots, but who really cares about that.
