    I have contacted PetCareRx several times for wanting a particular toy for our dog. Gibbs LOVES the Zippy Paws 6 blaster caterpillar so much that he goes through them rather quickly. It seems that PetCareRx is the only site at this time which has this squeaky toy. I found Peggy to be so helpful in finding this elusive dog toy not once, but twice! She also informed me of the benefit of subscribing to PetCareRx for our pup's medical needs. I did sign up and look forward in receiving Gibb's flea and tick meds etc. The 40% discount is remarkable.     I purchased one item from this company back in 2023 for my dog and I had no plans to order from them again. Out of the blue, and over one later this company has attempted to take/withdraw $54.11 out of my bank account with out my authorization. They attempted this transaction twice and can be proven. Oh was I upset! I called PetcareRX and spoke with a representative. I explained my concerns and then she transferred me to who I presumed was a manager or supervisor. I believe name was Jackie. I asked why is this company making unauthorized transactions on my account. She refused to give me a straight answer as I asked twice why are they making unauthorized transactions on my account! I am upset at this point! She says something about a yearly subscription that I had no ideal of and certainly did not agree to keep my card on file that long and charge it without my authorization. Expressing my disappointment, she eventually said she canceled my subscription. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION? At this point I told her that I would like to make a complaint and can I speak with a higher power. As she fortunately says, there's no one available at this time. I told her that I would be making several complaints.     I'm not sure why people think this place is great. Every order, EVERY SINGLE ORDER, is a ball of knotted yard with these people. A million emails, a million texts, and it takes too long to receive the order. They have driven my vet crazy with their demented customer service. I am an extremely patient person but I just can't stand dealing with these idiots anymore. I do NOT recommend these people and I'll say it one more time: you have to wait forever to receive your order and it is an absolute clown show for them to get it straight. Save yourself.     The company renewed an annual membership for 239.95 (which is over double) the original membership fee, without any emails stating renewal was approaching.I have a few different subscription with other companies and emails are always sent reminding a charge is coming. She said it must have went to spam or junk, no it did not! My bank flagged the charge immediately and because I did not recognize it they flagged it as fraud. Canceled my card and had to issue a new one. I called customer service as soon as they reopened from the holidays. Was told money would be refunded in 3 to 5 days and I would get a confirmation email. That never happened. 4 days later I get a call they can't refund to a new card and check would have to be sent, another 30 day wait! Asked to speak to a supervisor to get check expedited, none were available, so she put me on a call back list. Still waiting. I have major doubts I will ever see any money returned!     Pamela explained why I was receiving texts with a 30% off offer that I could not apply to my purchase. Apparently it's get the 30% off now and then, OR be a Pet Plus member...which I am. It seems like a lot to pay so that I can get the cheaper price on my cat's prescription. However, I have not done the research on the pricing at other places...nor done the math on a yearly savings versus the Pet Plus membership... so I don't know how the comparison stacks up. She DID offer me a 50% off membership that I would not have known about... so that was a GREAT savings. She took care of my situation and was very pleasant and helpful.     PetCareRx has been a lifesaver for my 5 Maltese over these last many years, enabling purchases of high quality prescriptions and other supplies. Three lived long, healthy lives before passing away of old age. My 2 current Maltese are healthy and happy. Just now dealing with age-related supplements. So thankful for PetCareRx.     The items i ordered arrived in 4-5 days, everything looked great. Their prices are in-line with other providers, but they ship right to my door. They have a great selection, and i'm able to kill fleas on all my pets effectively. They sell quality products at reasonable cost. Very satisfied.     My doggie's meds were shipped right away, however, they were never delivered and appear to be "lost in the mail"! It is imperative he takes this every day, so I reached out to Cristina Flores and she immediately placed a replacement order for me with free expedited shipping!     I called at the end of the day to get an order for the last refill of Metronidazole processed and shipped for our dog. Knowing the virus likely has the employees working from home or laid off, I expected a bit of a wait. I think my wait was about 4 mins. But as the saying goes, "Good Things Come to Those Who Wait." And it was good, because I was connected with a very professional, courteous, sincere and friendly service person in Peggie Johnson. She got right down to business checking the system for my account, outstanding scripts and did her due diligence to get me to consider a membership without being too pushy. If I owned a business, I would want this person working for me. SHE is an asset and makes PetCareRx look awesome. I will say my past experience has been fine, but not as pleasant or professional.     Peggy and Tyra helped me in a tough situation. My package got dropped off at the wrong location, and when I called for support, Peggy immediately helped me send in a new order for my pet's medication. HOWEVER, I actually received my misplaced package later that day. When I called back, Tyra was incredibly helpful in cancelling my re-order so I wouldn't get charged twice.     Got a call to let me know my package had shipped, which was great because I didn't know if there would be any difficulty getting the rx info from my vet. Not only was it all handled and on its way, Andrew recognized the meds as indicative of a chronic liver situation and did the math to demonstrate the value of a Pet Plus enrollment for my dog.     Tanya was very helpful over the phone today, I could tell by the way she spoke that she was willing to do whatever it took to have my order concerns addressed... and she did. Very professional and she even took the time to pronounce my last name correctly. If you have multiple pets as we do, 2 dogs and 2 cats, I would highly recommend you becoming a Pet Plus member. It seems like the yearly cost is a bit high, but when I compare how much I spend on products + here, the savings are astounding, even taken into account that the retail price quoted for comparison seems to be the highest retail price ever found for the product, lol. Also, becoming a Pet Plus member, you get access to 24/7 vet care by phone. I have used it on a Sunday night as my older cat was having a reaction to some food. Very comforting to be able to speak with an actual vet during off hours. It always seems that pets get sick on off days or hours. Funny! I am very pleased with PetCareRx!     My first order a can broke open and their customer service agent made me send her other cans that were all dented and cover with food. Never had any of this with chewy.     I always shop my dog's meds. The last place I got the pills wanted too much money and gave me a 10 percent discount code which did not cut it. I found Petcarerx.com was running 25 percent off and then after a search found a promo code for 30 percent off. They will contact you by email or phone to give you the opportunity to get a subscription with them for discounts but I am not loyal to anything but the best price when I need something so I passed on it.     I ordered the RED 8 INCH teaser ball. I was sent the blue 10 or 12 inch ball. I was VERY specific that I needed the 8 inch ball. I wasn't home so the dog sitter gave it to him. He tries to carry it around but it is too big for him. I am NOT a happy camper! Date of experience: October 5, 2023

    This was my 1st experience ordering from PetCareRX, and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. The dog food I needed was not in stock elsewhere, but I received it within just a few days of ordering it. (Thank you ~ I did not want to have to switch my dog's food with his sensitive stomach!)     I recently had occasion to call the call center; I had made an error in my typing of my vet phone number. I was lucky enough to get Miss Peggy on the line. She was so professional, courteous, upbeat and helpful. She fixed my issue immediately and made me feel like a valued customer; that is a rare feeling these days when one must call any call center.     Very poor service, they list many items they don't have in stock, I enthusiastically signed up and only 50% of my orders were shipped. The others were cancelled without a notice. Very poor customer service as well.     Products are fine but customer service is horrible. Frankly, I am under no illusion that what I have to say is going to change anything at this company. However, after having been promised follow-up by "management" several times concerning an issue, it never happened. Clearly erroneous information being passed on doesn't instill confidence.     They advertise low prices, but watch out. They have a hidden membership program which adds considerably to the cost you get quoted. Customer service is questionable at best, lots of empty promises, unsigned emails, and strange phone numbers calling back about problems. Had a shipment that was supposed to be overnight, but UPS delayed, so I asked for a refund of the $25 overnight shipping cost as UPS refunds the shipper any failed service. Keep getting emails of "4 - 10 days" to get the refund. A month later and calls / emails and still no refund. Sent me an email saying my AMEX card was declined, but the link they sent was for another customer, not me. Sloppy way to run a business. Date of experience: January 17, 2019
