    I Was not happy with the return policy. Attempted to do an exchange for a smaller size and was not able to due to the payment method. I shot with Ralph Lauren quite often and for me not to be able to do an exchange was very disappointing. The representative stated to me that I would have to do a return and then make the purchase all over again. I asked, would I still be able to get the same discount And the representative stated that I would not be able to get the same discount that I got originally. So make sure you know your right size because Ralph Lauren will not make it easy for you to do an exchange.
    I love clothes from this brand. Initially thought to be an attire for golf players, ralph lauren has expanded its influence so much, nowadays many people around the globe wear their polos. Sincerely speaking, not only polos are of high quality, but sweatshirts and hoodies as well. Plus the price doesn't bite much, actually. There is clothes both from the mid-segment and luxurious one.
    I bought Ralph Lauren sweat pants thinking i would get good quality sweat pants for $125.00. The issue is the pants have a horrible design not thoroughly designed, causing everything to fall out of your pocket 100% of the time you sit down. The pockets open to the side and do not hold anything in them. Had simulator issues with $200 sunglasses which are cheap, flimsy, scratch easily, and both hinges had both screws come loose. For the price its although im paying full price for 1/10 of product. It makes no sense to design products so thoughtlessly. They have indifferent attitudes and their return policy is not fair for Paypal users.     I purchased 3 custom Ralph Lauren collard polo Shirts paid for rush shipping and they still did not arrive for on time. Received shirts the material is so thin that I had to double check to make sure the site I have ordered from at least 3 other times was legit.     Ralph Lauren is top of the line quality. I can't afford it as much with a family and kids but its all i wore as a kid. The products are all excellently made with high end fabrics and they last a long time. It's a high end brand that I definitely recommend. Ralph Lauren Service Value Quality

    Ralph Lauren is the ONLY retailer I've returned an item to, who hasn't refunded my money within 2 days of receipt of a $600 pair of jeans. It's going on 9 days and I still haven't received a refund. They can take my full payment at purchase, but they're in no hurry to let go of the money. For this reason, I don't intend to purchase from them again. I must say though, their customer service representative "Brittany" was very nice. Since the COVID crisis began, shopping online is a popular option and unfortunately, you cannot try on clothes in advance for proper fit so they have to be returned.
    I bought a pair of men's shoes in my size, and they are too small. Also, the instep has huge wrinkle inside. Customer service gave me a return slip and after waiting a month they returned the exact same shoes without explanation. So much for the 30-day return policy.     I bought a winter hat from Ralph Lauren in October 2021 through Next but did not wear it until this winter. I wore it 3 times before the bobble on the hat fell apart.     My husband purchased at the natick mall Massachusetts several sets of your socks. The first set of 6 didn't fit well and would bunch uncomfortably. He still has them but doesn't wear them. Of The second set of 6 technical support socks that fit nicely, 3! Pairs developed holes in the hill. We threw away the first pair. We have pictures of the 2 second pair w holes in one of the socks.     DO NOT BUY THEIR BED SHEETS or anything else for that matter! Not only are their bed linens scratchy and irritating on the skin, their customer service is terrible. Sent multiple emails asking questions, took weeks to get responses, only to have them tell me sorry that they did not honor or stand behind their products.     I tried placing an order on their website and tried several cards and all got declined. After spending hours on the phone with customer service, they claimed that the issue was with their third-party processing system, which they have no access to, and told us we will not be able to order anything from their website. This is beyond inconvenient and frankly, they lost me and all my family members as customers. If they do not know how to access their incompetent third-party system, then they are doing a lousy job of managing their own website.

    Purchased two pair of jeans and shoes from RalphLauren.com on December 28,2021. Paid for overnight shipping. Received on 12/29. When I received packaged, both pair of jeans were the wrong size. I called and told them I received the wrong items and needed my correct items ASAP as I was traveling for the holidays and flying out the next day. They assured the items would ship me be received the next day. The items didn't ship until the following day. I never received the package until 1/7/2022. Once I opened the box, guess what? Still the wrong size. I called and told them they still sent the wrong jeans. After six days, three disconnected calls, there supervisors and endless hold times, I was advised that both jeans were out of stock. It took two phone calls to initiate a return. I shipped everything back and I received an email from Ralph Lauren confirming they received the package. After four days had gone by and no refund, I called in. I was advised that if my refund wasn't processed by the next day, give a call back in and they would manually issue the refund. The next day comes, of course, no refund. I called, explained the issue, and of course they hang up. I called back and some picks up the line, all you hear was yelling in the background and they disconnect the call again. I called once more and got the original rep and she stated "oh, I clicked the wrong button". I requested for a supervisor. I receive someone by the name of Chris and he advises that he would not manually issue the refund and was advised I was advised they my refund would not be processed for another three weeks. When I say my entire wardrobe is Ralph Lauren; everything from my shirts to socks and shoes. The entire customer service there has gone completely down and it's pathetic.     You be the judge, this is what their website says regarding exchanges: - Buy Online, Pickup In Store and Ship to Store orders are not eligible for exchanges, but can be returned in-store or by mail via our online returns process. ​​- PayPal, Afterpay, or Amazon Pay orders are not eligible for exchanges, and can only be returned by mail via our online returns process. - Orders placed using Klarna cannot be returned to Ralph Lauren, Polo Ralph Lauren, or Double RL stores. Klarna orders must be returned by mail via our online returns process. If an exchanged item is not received, a new Klarna order will be created and a charge will apply. After reading that, basically if you use any method other than just providing your credit card on their website, you cannot exchange. So if you use paypal for convenience, you cannot exchange something. That's silly considering Paypal is one of the most common forms of payment when purchasing items online. At that point, why even say you offer exchanges. I bought a sweater on Black Friday, got sale price plus 40% off and free shipping. The sweater arrived, and it's a bit too small already for a Medium, and I'm definitely worried it will shrink once I wash it once. Therefore, I was going to exchange it for a Large, but apparently I am unable. I haven't tried reaching out to their support to try and resolve, but this was upsetting. I should be able to exchange an item at the same price, especially if it's in stock at the store. That said, I can't be too mad considering they will allow me to return everything, even if it's on a time crunch. Disappointed though, I liked the sweater and deal I got. I'll be reaching out to their support to see if there is any other way to resolve this, but for now, not too satisfied considering the price of their clothing.
    Purchased 100 percent cotton sheets. The worst. After 3 washings they are hard and so wrinkled. Would never buy again
