I bought two pairs of shoes over 20 days ago something that should have taken 5 days (according to their website) to send. Took multiple chases for information as to where my order was with the tracker not updating at all. I phoned them up after receiving multiple emails saying that they are having issues with their packages going out.
I then phoned up customer service and then had an email confirming that they have LOST my package.
They then confirmed that I will be given a refund (at this point I'm not even hopeful) they didn't offer any compensation after messing me around for nearly a full month.
For such a well known company this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Won't ever be shopping there again especially with the terrible customer service.

Date of experience: September 20, 2023Bought some trainers advertised on Reebok's own site as waterproof. The trainers (Floatride 4) are not at all waterproof, so I am very annoyed.
I have sent multiple emails to their customer-service team and barely had any response, and now seem stuck with the trainers. Will never buy from Reebok again

Date of experience: August 21, 2023I had trouble with my shoes (the inside « back heal » was tearing apart super fast (inside 3 months of use)) but the rest is still perfect. I wrote an email late night about it wondering if their warranty would cover this. In the morning, I already had an answer and before noon everything was set.
AMAZING client service. I think I never had such a quick answer in the past. I've only heard good things from my friends about their shoes quality (good leather) and now I'm really impressed with their client service.

Very bad seller, till now I haven't got back my money. I don't suggest to buy there!
As you can see they put in his web that delivery is delivered and in the letter that no, even here they cheat.

Date of experience: February 21, 2024Long story short: Sole start to separate from actual shoe after 3 months of bought. I won't give you 2 starts because of refund, no way. After 13 calls to customer service (at 1 month period) I got that stupid 50€ they owed me.I was never so tired of trying to get my money back. My case was getting further only when I make a call and remind myself and why I'm calling. At first the suggested me freaking 20% off the next purchase. I felt somebody just spit to my face. After more aggresive response they suggested me 25% of the price when I keep them or 100% refund when I return them. NEVER REEBOK AGAIN!

And they cost only $90 which is a bargain for the sneakers made from high quality suede.
I really believe that Reebok shoes should be as popular as Nike or Adidas. They are very underrated.

Date of experience: September 19, 2023I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. All shoes were readily available on their website and were supposed to be shipped within a few days.
It took more than 1 month for my order to be delivered. The package I received contained only one pair of shoes.
I contacted them by email but they need weeks to reply every time. They are probably too busy dealing with complaints from other people they have scammed.
I also contacted them on the phone and after doing "investigations" for another month, they refused to give me a refund for the shoes that were not delivered.
After checking reviews about them, it turns out I'm not the only one they scammed.
If I knew I would get scammed out of my money, I would rather give it to some Nigerian prince instead.
Stay away from reebok. You have been warned!

Customer service refused to investigate the courier, refused to refund me because we had disposed of the box, claiming they "couldn't prove what had happened to the pants". Ridiculous. Never buying from them again.

Not even the same style and $#*!ing pink. I called and there's nothing they can do to give me the shoes I ordered. Im a first timer with Reebok and $#*! this place I am never ordering $#*! from here again.

I re-glued the first, left shoe, separation, thinking "It must be a fluke!" WRONG~!

Date of experience: May 20, 2021Reebok sells the most comfortable shoes to wear, specifically the Club C vintage shoes! The shoe feels very light weight because of the soft leather and padded cushion on the inside, it's also very stylish and it goes with any outfit. My feet never hurt whenever I wear them, which is amazing because I go to college and have to walk like A LOT, so I literally wear them every single day. The price might look like a lot but the good thing is that Reebok always has promo codes and sales going on so your bound to get them for at least $20 off. Shipping was also really fast as well.

Date of experience: November 21, 2021We are at day 16 now and my order still has not been shipped. They took my money fast enough. I have called on several occasions and each time I have been given a different excuse as to why it has not shipped. Customer service has very much to be desired, sounds more like they are doing you a favor in answering your questions. No one took ownership in saying let me look into that and I will see if I can get it shipped. No mentioned of a refund and when I ask, was they now have 30 days before then consider a refund. A complete joke. A lesson learnt and I will not be coming back again.
Tip for consumers:Very poor customer service, if you are lucky enough to get a hold of someone.

Its been over 1 month and my refund is still being "processed". I contacted customer service and there is an "internal error" delaying all refund process apparently.
Still waiting to get my money back... who knows when that will be. They have no update on their end as they are still trying to fix the issue...

I placed an order for club c 85 vintages shoes the delivery took 2 weeks, when they arrived they had sent me the wrong shoes. When I called customer service and informed them they refused to send me the correct shoes and refused to issue me a refund unless I returned them incorrect shoes. I have no problem returning them, except that the nearest drop off point is an hour from my house. When I explained that to them they told me nothing could be done and I had to return them in order to get a refund. So basically they refused to correct THEIR mistake and send me the correct order, and now they except me to travel for more than 2 hours in order to get my money back for once again their mistake. The cherry on top is that the shoes are now sold out entirely on their website and I can't even reorder them if I get my refund. The customer service is horrendous, I was put on hold countless times. They clearly don't care about their customers. They are putting me through a massive inconvenience for a mistake they made. I never write reviews but this is the most frustrating experience of my life and I could not advise you more - never order from reebok.

Shipping was next day as I ordered on a Monday which was a holiday and received 30% off, my sneakers shipped Tuesday and were delivered Thursday. I have no complaints. They also shipped with UPS whom I always get great service from.

Until I receive my package, my shoes didn't come in a proper box but the one thing that made it disappointing was that my shoes had a security tag on them. I did contact reebok telling them about the "Security" tag. They refund me some of my money back. The thing that made it more disappointing was that any of the stores where I live couldn't remove the security tag and there no reebok store here. I went to go buy metal cutters just to cut some part of the metal hook the security tag had. That was my experience from ordering from reebok.com. I want to order the pride edition on reebok but now I'm having second thoughts.

Date of experience: July 3, 2023I'm not a fan or staying up til midnight for a release and having sneaker bots buy all the Iverson sneakers within one minute of release. Happened with the Bubba Chuck fisherman and pink toe questions. Got the Hardens luckily and took 3 days for confirmation email that they shipped. FedEx says it will arrive 8-8 by 8pm. They dont arrive now FedEx reads pending arrival date. Not to mention promo codes NEVER work for Iverson sneakers. I only buy Allen Iverson sneakers, other than his kicks, Reebok completely sucks! I even had issues with so called Reebok officials on Ebay with insanely long shipping times. Reebok get your $#*! together!
