    Very bad costumer service, I have ordered sneakers and they provide me every week a breakfast that soon we will bring you goods and only after one month they tell that they will return the money. Very bad seller, till now I haven't got back my money. I don't suggest to buy there! As you can see they put in his web that delivery is delivered and in the letter that no, even here they cheat.     I am 81 years old, so how 'hard' could I possibly be on a $100+ pair of ATHLETIC SHOES. I re-glued the first, left shoe, separation, thinking "It must be a fluke!" WRONG~! Who, in their right mind, would pay this much for a pair of sneakers that literally FALL APART! Tip for consumers:Reebok is well aware of the poor quality of their sneakers.     Lied? Cheated? It's only simpletons that say this about big corporates? Right? Well, call me a simpleton then. In Decemeber I ordered 3 Reebok shoes via Reebok on Ebay. Order arrives 2 days later with an item missing, one item the wrong colour and one item correct. 1. The missing slides. Reebok disputes my claims that it didn't arrive and Ebay steps in and determines that it must have been stolen in transit and refunds me. Strange, as there was zero evidence of tamper, but atleast Ebay made it right. 2. The incorrect colour shoes. Reebok advise me to cancel my request for return on ebay and contact Ebay about an exchange rather than a return. Well, in doing so, the matter is now closed and I can peform no further actions. This is when months of backwards and forwards communication with Reebok starts eventually resulting in an apology, a " refund " and a 20% off voucher. The 3 days passes and no money in my account. They give me a gibberish code and tell me to contact my bank. This goes on for weeks and eventually someone else tells me they can't refund me. Others made the same complaint too as per the feedback and this feels like they deliberately tried to get rid of stock in a colour no one wants and advertising it in a much more attractive colour( im speculating here)What happened to Reebok? I've bought many items from them over the years in various countries with this being my 1st in the United states. I couldn't get passed a customer service team on both Facebook and eBay that appears to be in India and my emails to every corporate email address I could find went unanswered. Does Reebok even have any staff in the US? I honestly wonder if they will be around in the next 10 years as from what it looks like to me is that Reebok is a sinking ship and they're rolling around the monopoly board hoping not to land on those 2 dark blue properties with Hotels on. They lied about the refund and i now believe they purposely sent out the wrong colour shoes hoping people would just accept them as there are so many complaints on ebay about this and sent me on such a runaround. I expected better from a company like Reebok.
    I ordered two pairs of shoes. Received one correct pair I ordered and one pair completely different than the ones I ordered. Talked to customer service, they offered to exchange them for the right size "and pay for shipping this one time." Umm obviously since it was your mess up not mine. Didn't hear anything for a week so I get on and see they had been returned back to their factory. Wait a little while longer with no updates or shipping info for the new shoes. Reached out to customer service 3 weeks after they had received the exchanged shoes and I was informed that they hadn't even scanned them yet or processed any of the return. The service agent begged me to "be patient and they would expedite the process" I refused and said I wanted a refund instead. They continued to tell me to wait and it would be taken care of. Finally able to get them to refund my money. If you get the correct shoes, I'm sure you're just fine with the product but if you have to deal with customer service at all it will be miserable.     Great online store with fast deliveries. But the most important thing is the product itself. The quality and design of Reebok shoes are fantastic! My favorite brand now.
    Ordered a pair of shoes and sweatpants from their website. When we got the package it had already been opened and the pants were missing. Customer service refused to investigate the courier, refused to refund me because we had disposed of the box, claiming they "couldn't prove what had happened to the pants". Ridiculous.     I bought two pairs of shoes over 20 days ago something that should have taken 5 days (according to their website) to send. Took multiple chases for information as to where my order was with the tracker not updating at all. I phoned them up after receiving multiple emails saying that they are having issues with their packages going out. I then phoned up customer service and then had an email confirming that they have LOST my package. They then confirmed that I will be given a refund (at this point I'm not even hopeful) they didn't offer any compensation after messing me around for nearly a full month. For such a well known company this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Won't ever be shopping there again especially with the terrible customer service.     I had trouble with my shoes (the inside « back heal » was tearing apart super fast (inside 3 months of use)) but the rest is still perfect. I wrote an email late night about it wondering if their warranty would cover this. In the morning, I already had an answer and before noon everything was set. AMAZING client service. I think I never had such a quick answer in the past. I've only heard good things from my friends about their shoes quality (good leather) and now I'm really impressed with their client service.
    Long story short: Sole start to separate from actual shoe after 3 months of bought. I won't give you 2 starts because of refund, no way. After 13 calls to customer service (at 1 month period) I got that stupid 50€ they owed me.I was never so tired of trying to get my money back. My case was getting further only when I make a call and remind myself and why I'm calling. At first the suggested me freaking 20% off the next purchase. I felt somebody just spit to my face. After more aggresive response they suggested me 25% of the price when I keep them or 100% refund when I return them. NEVER REEBOK AGAIN!
    Reebok's inability to provide a basic level of customer service and stock management is amazing. I don't often rip into companies. But, I always wanted a pair of pumps as a kid/teenage. Our family could never afford such an item. I noticed these on sale and with my birthday coming up, and them being from the period I would of wanted them, I thought yeah I can afford them myself, why not treat myself. A few days go by and today I get a package, a jumper which was part of the order, a little weird, but hey sometimes they send things in separated deliveries. I check my email a little later and find this; "We have just come across an issue whereby we have completely sold out of the Shaq Attaq Shoes Black/Bold Purple/Collegiate G, M 11 / W 12.5. We are terribly sorry for the lack of communication surrounding your order and can completely understand your disappointment. It appears an issue occurred when we tried to pick and pack your order at our warehouse! Our team is currently investigating to ensure this does not occur in the future." Although, their website says they are still in stock (not with the additional discount, but in my size). Not sure how that will stop the issue happening again. Very poor effort.     Ordered 2 pairs of work out shorts on December 6 they were not shipped out for a week and don't expect them for at least another week, I wouldn't mind if it was free shipping but they charged me another $8 to ship them, will never order again from Reebok

    I contacted Reebok regarding the right shoe the soul coming off. I sent them pictures the product tag the shoes the bottom of the shoes The only thing I did not have with proof of purchase, who keeps your proof of purchase of running shoes after six months they said they could not do anything for just 15% off our next pair of shoes. I find this unacceptable when the pictures I sent showed the shoes were defective.
    I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. All shoes were readily available on their website and were supposed to be shipped within a few days. It took more than 1 month for my order to be delivered. The package I received contained only one pair of shoes. I contacted them by email but they need weeks to reply every time. They are probably too busy dealing with complaints from other people they have scammed. I also contacted them on the phone and after doing "investigations" for another month, they refused to give me a refund for the shoes that were not delivered. After checking reviews about them, it turns out I'm not the only one they scammed. If I knew I would get scammed out of my money, I would rather give it to some Nigerian prince instead.     First pair of shoes I've been excited about in a little while. The material and quality of the shoe feels like buying a shoe in the 90s early 2000s. Everything feels like it's quality material and put together very well. A little heavier than I expected but light enough to be comfortable and the heaviness is probably the quality materials because that's what comes with it Usually.     Bought some trainers advertised on Reebok's own site as waterproof. The trainers (Floatride 4) are not at all waterproof, so I am very annoyed.     Reebok Club C Bulc shoes from the new collection in the court brown color are fire. And they cost only $90 which is a bargain for the sneakers made from high quality suede. I really believe that Reebok shoes should be as popular as Nike or Adidas. They are very underrated. Quality
    Reebok sells the most comfortable shoes to wear, specifically the Club C vintage shoes! The shoe feels very light weight because of the soft leather and padded cushion on the inside, it's also very stylish and it goes with any outfit. My feet never hurt whenever I wear them, which is amazing because I go to college and have to walk like A LOT, so I literally wear them every single day. The price might look like a lot but the good thing is that Reebok always has promo codes and sales going on so your bound to get them for at least $20 off. Shipping was also really fast as well.     Absolutely terrible company. On 16th September I ordered 3 pairs of trainers. On the 27th September I finally received a parcel from Reebok. It contained 2 pairs of trainers (One missing). The outer packaging is pretty much exactly the correct size to contain the 2 pairs of trainer received. So I contacted Reebok and assumed that this would be a simple problem to resolve. I provided a photograph of the packaging with the two pairs of trainers on top. Absolutely no physical way that I could have received my full order of 3 pairs. This is not good enough for Reebok, they want more photos. No problem, I've supplied more photos and yet this is still not resolved today (5th October). Anyone with eyes in their head as well as a brain can see that it is physically impossible for me to have received my 3 pairs of trainers and yet it seems employees of Reebok can't see this. Instead, I feel like I'm being accused of something and that I can't be telling the truth (despite the facts). When in fact it is Reebok who have taken my money and not supplied goods. I will be contacting my card provider in due course to charge back the amount of one pair of trainers and reporting Reebok to trading standards. My advice, do not buy from this company, ever!     I ordered uk 8 size of Reebok Lite 3.0 men's running shoes vide order no ******* and was promptly delivered to me through Ecom express. Since the shoes did not fit me perfectly and as i could feel uncomfortable on trial, I requested for return, within one hour of receipt of shoes. The shoes were picked up by Bluedart courtier some right days back and customer care just acknowledged receiving the goods back but no request was made for bank details or of refunding the amount. I contacted their customer care unfriendly number several times from my mobile *******148 but definate reply in regard to refund was given by the staff. I paid rs 2759/ and i myself sent them bank details. It is more than 8 days and no refund was made till date. Very poor service and the customer's amounts are gulped or not refunded at all. Please don't buy from this company directly... Better purchase from Amazone who are the best customer friendly and give prompt service including timely refund within one hour after returns are picked up..
