I bought a 3.1 Phillip Lim bag from Reebonz but it's scratched at the handle after a week@_@ which made me so sad. I emailed Phillip Lim customer care but they said they could not do anything about it because Reebonz was not their aithorized retailer so they could not check if its authentic or not. I also emailed reebonz and they offered me 8% discount of the bag or refund. After this I concern about their product's quality... I read reebonz review from other's website and someone complain about the goods that they bought they said it's fake in prada and coach... So i want to know if anyone has the same experience like me.
