I ordered some coats online and I had an email that I could collect within 5 days. I checked my schedule and checked their website. I realised that the only day I can pick it up was 1st of JAN in the morning. **Official site opening hour: 3AM - 4PM (1 JAN) I went to the shop at 7:30 am. but no one was there. I had to spend about 2 hours and got nothing as well as asking big favour to my friend collecting it. I would little more understand if I found the information from google or something. I was so upset and contacted to customer service. After many days and messages... What they finally gave me was 20% discount code which I can use in future and will expire within a month. (worthless for me really) I asked them something that I can possibly use. There is no answer from them after that. Very funny! I don't like REISS anymore.
