    Ice maker stopped working... sent out 2 techs, neither could fix... turns out Samsung stopped making the part... 1st they offered a $1040.11 refund and I accepted. Then reneged and offered only $850. When I pushed back, they REFUSED to honor the agreement we had, then REFUSED to honor the $850 offer. Multiple agents cut me off multiple times and 1 told me another agent lied to me... complete incompetence and rude behavior. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    I have bought many Samsung appliances. I recently purchased a microwave and it died. Customer service took 2 1/2 weeks to respond by sending a repair tech 150 miles to my home to fix it. A week later, on Christmas morning it died. I made multiple calls and sent emails. As of today, January 25,2024, it is not remedied. I am awaiting ANOTHER repair as they'd rather spend hundreds to repair than to replace. Most importantly, they could care less that a customer is without a microwave for several weeks. Never again.     Ordered a FHD monitor. Received a terrible one. Far Far from being HD. Support service was nothing else than a big jocke. Spent 2 times 30 minutes with them and they haven't asked me one single pertinent question. They were just asking for more time to ''enter the case'' but they had nothing to enter since they had not asked anything about my product or my problem! Have already called twice to return the product and I,m still waiting for my ticket. I will Never buy a Samsung product again!
    I own several Samsung products and I'm pleased with their quality and performance. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful when needed
    I am on my fourth Samsung phone, we have Samsung appliances in our kitchen and have never had problems with them. My earbuds did give me some trouble, they lost their Bluetooth capability. I contacted their Customer Service department via chat and they got me set up with a free repair or replacement. It was extremely easy to send in my product and they fixed it, kept in contact with me via email, and sent back new working earbuds. I'm disheartened to see so many negative reviews, but I guess people rarely talk about when things work, just complain when they don't.
    I bought two phones with the "pre order discount " after I noticed my credit card was charged more than it was listed for. I called up the samsung customer service number to speak to someone in India, which they said no problem call back when you get the phone and we'll refund you. I did that today and now they said they can't honor the price, 3 hours on the phone for them to make up reasons to not refund you. What a waste of time,please people buy an iPhone better, that company actually respects people! I'm returning the 3 phones I purchased and throwing out anything samsung I have at my house!     I ordered 4 appliances on 2/15/24. Samsung promised all installation Delivered on 2/26. Installation date is 2/27/24 Unfortunately they never contacted me.     If you are looking for a washer and dryer, PLEASE read this review. Samsung has some of the best looking appliances on the market. Looks are definitely deceiving. Their appliances are trash. Cheaply made and don't last. Horrible washer and the dryer isn't much better. I've had the appliances for 2 years and need a major repair that is going to cost a few hundred.     I brought a new S23Ultra with $350 being offered as trade in for my old S21Ultra. This S21 was working fine, but was Deemed to be NGWO. Samsung didn't contact me to discuss this and it took me months of chasing up to find out that it was Deemed NGWO, when I asked for my device back.     While awaiting for my promo code and over 30 hours later, multiple chats and phone calls my product became unavailable. And then promo code came. After the fact 3 hang ups on chat and phone. I don't know how they hire their customer reps but I am disgusted with their negative attitude. I don't care about Samsung anymore. This is a direct representation of the company's head.     I have a S23 Ultra that stopped working after 6 months. After sending it in for service the warranty was voided to to damage to the motherboard. There was no damage on the exterior but they claim that internal components of the phone are not covered under the warranty. If they don't cover internal or external components what is the point of the warranty. Will never buy a Samsung product again due to them not standing behind the quality of their product.     I bought a Samsung Note 20 Ultra about 3 years ago and had a great experience. However this year I bought the Galaxy 24 Ultra and traded in my device. I noticed Feb 4th that I accidentally clicked the wrong phone to trade in (Z-Fold) but both credits were the same $400. I called customer service that same day and they said this was okay that they would still give me the credit if the device was eligible. On Mar 17 they said they could not accept my order. At first they said the device didn't qualify, and then they said it wouldn't boot. I sent them proof of both being false. Now I am having to return the phone so I can re-order it and go through the whole process again to get a credit for the trade in which will take more than a week. Very poor customer service.     I was a loyal iphone user for years but made the decision to try samsung during my last phone replacement. Never so disappointed in a product and service. Warranty was non existent! Only way to get my phone fixed within the first year was to pay for repair. Phone needed to be sent for service within the first 3 month of owning it, then advised to try a new SIM card as a solution for dropping calls due to no network available.     Samsung as a company has disappointed me greatly. On June of 2023 while shopping at Brandsmart I was promised a cash back rebate of $350 from Samsung if I bought 4 or more home appliances all by Samsung. So, I purchased ALL my appliances by Samsung including combination microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, range hood, surface stove, washer, and dryer. It is now January 2024 and after filling out the rebate information twice with Samsung with model and serial numbers and after complaining to their customer service department 3 times over the phone, I received NOTHING. Talk about FALSE advertising!
    I accepted the Samsung patch & the phone stopped working. The supervisor said it must be hardware but it worked fine until patch. Not under warranty so they refuse to admit the problem or fix.     I had an issue where the Center speaker on my q800c started to go bad, rang Samsung and they told me to book it in with a local authorised repair centre. Few days go by and I hear from them that the soundbar is ready for pickup and that the centre speaker was replaced. I get home to plug it in and the way it was reassembled was terrible the soundbar doesn't sit flush anymore it has a wobble. Long story short I rang Samsung to express frustration and they said to take it back to them. Who's got time to $#*! around dropping off picking up 1000's of times to fix a clearly terrible product at the expense of my time and fuel. If y'all want a good soundbar go with Sonos or JBL.     My tv won't turn on. I have tried all the trouble shooting guide on Samsung part and my tv plays sound but no picture. I've had this for 9 months. I have the black screen and when I put a flashlight on the screen I see the icons. Don't buy a Samsung.
    Always good company! What I expected: GSM and tablet. Clean design and adequate storage. But error in the description there is no way to put a micro-sd in addition. Otherwise, it is perfect. Thank you.
