    This IS NOT Sears, some company in India operates it now and they are HORRIBLE! They canceled a part I ordered for my washing machine twice and didn't let me know via email, phone or text. In a week they still did not have tracking number claiming that Samsung parts are being shipped overseas. Nobody told me that when I bought a part over the phone. I ended up canceling the part and reordered via Samsung directly. I received my part next day from Samsung. Huge delays with Sears, DO NOT ORDER FROM SEARS it will take months to arrive.     I ordered parts for my Kenmore gas range. I used chat box because the phone numbers on the web site do not lead anywhere but cycle round and round. The web site is useless. I received incorrect parts from my order. I called and got no where so I called the order parts number and got a very nice woman who spoke American English. She proceeded to order me the correct parts once again, blaming the shipping department for sending the incorrect parts, and affirming that I had provided the correct information to receive the correct parts. I ordered burner caps but not the sizes that arrived, although I did provide the correct model # of my range. A few days later the same incorrect parts arrived. I am now unable to get into my account and the site will not send me a link to change my password. Pages come up that indicate that the web site has problems or that I erred in entering my information. I requested a retun label 3 days consecutively and each time I was informed that I would get one in 24 hours. The last time I called was 2 days ago. I have not received any email communication from this company. Beware this site. I also received no invoice or receipt with one my first order. It appears to be a SCAM!     We ordered a replacement upper dishwasher rack that cost $237 which included shipping and tax. It arrived in perfect condition EXCEPT it was missing ONE of the 10 snap on wheels. Tried to get Sears PartsDirect to mail me ONE wheel. They would but said I would have to pay $42.49 for the part. Seriously?!? The other solution was to ship the entire rack back and reorder the part. Gee, that's an environmentally friendly solution. I do NOT recommend Sears PartsDirect.     Ordered some gaskets for a refrigerator. They did not fit, after paying a service call for an appliance repair company, I was told they were not genuine parts, and that is why there was an issue with fitment. Out over $300 total now! Lord how I wish I would have done more research on this company with a "reputable" name. Everyone is out to take advantage of customers these days. You cant even trust your own internet searches!     I ordered this part on Oct 7.it is now Feb 2. It was showing in stock when ordered and as the attached photo shows, they are still showing in stock. The order still shows in process. I was sent an email stating eta of Jan 24.There policy says you have just 24 hours to cancel because the order is sent to a third party. I have looked and can't find who the third party seller is to contact. You have 60 days to return anything. I am well past the return date and l don't need the part anymore. They are the representive of the seller and aren't offering any help. Starting to feel ripped off. If you look the price has gone down from $188.99 to $160.18

    Ordered an electric range heater with a promise to be delivered within 3-5 days. Immediately received an email notification "you order has been processed". After 5 days and no updates, called an 800 number. The call center is somewhere in India, the person was polite but not helpful because he cannot provide any updates. In 3 days called again. The next person said something about difficulty with shipping and promised to call back with updates. Next day received a phone call stating that the part has been shipped. It turns out, he just lied. In another 3 days after not getting any shipping reference number called again. The next person on the line confessed that he has no information at all. After another 5 days and another heated conversation, the person on the line confirmed that the part has not been shipped yet. Asked to cancel the order and getting a refund, received a promise that I will receive a full refund. In another five days checked online the order status. It still showed "in progress". Called again, asked about the progress. Received apologies because… the part has not been shipped yet. And, it was no information that the order has been cancelled. Requested an email with reference regarding the order cancellation. After another week received an email that my credit card will be refunded but not in full. Because the shipping cost is not refundable. How about the fact, that the part has never been shipped? I gave this company one star but it should be zero.     The web site said the part for my washing machine was in stock and would ship within 3 business days. It shipped on day 60. Their return policy says that you can return a part if returned within 60 days of original order date. They would not take back the part. What a whole bunch of malarky.     I wish I would have read these reviews before doing business with this horribly unprofessional business. I ordered a refrigerator part on Jun 21,23 -- when it did not show up after 4 different promises, I finally called again last week -- Nov 16, and was told they had cancelled my order, and I would have to buy the part again. Now they're telling me the part will not be here until some time in December. We'll see. Meanwhile, if I ever need another part for my Frigidaire, Sears Parts Direct will be the last place in the world I will consider buying from.
    I made the mistake of ordering a part for my GE range from Sears. I specifically gave the salesperson the code number of the part. But he insisted you do not worry; I will find a part which he said has five lighters. However, when asked to send me a picture, he did not want to send me a picture. Anyway, I felt he works for Sears, so he would not lie. That was a big mistake. Sears is no longer a good company as I had known it 20 years ago. It is a scam. However, I got a part that was not even close to what I had asked for. So I returned it right away, which they received four days later. I waited for my refund, which never came. So I called ten days later. After going through all the buttons the computer asked for, I finally reached a person (by the way, there is no option for a refund) who transferred me to the person in charge of the refund. She admitted it had been 11 days since the refund had not been issued and promised to email me within an hour to confirm that it had been issued. It is now two days later, with no refund or email. I tried to contact Sears again, but the computer only tells me to go online but there is no option for a refund. It is the worst company I have dealt with, and I will never contact or do business with Sears again. I always check reviews of a company before I do business with it. But I trusted the old Sears, so I did not bother. However, when it did this to me, I checked its reviews and discovered that Sears gets the lowest review, 1 out of five.     I ordered a Defrost Coil for my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator on 11/19/2019. After I paid for the item online I was sent an order confirmation with a scheduled delivery date of 11/22/2023. It is now 11/29/2023 and I still have not received the coil. I called Sears and spoke with a Customer service Rep who called herself Julie on 11/27/2023 to see when I might receive the item, since I received no interim communications from Sears explaining why I didn't receive the coil as of yet. Julie told me she could not tell me when my item might be delivered. At this point I decided to cancel the order. After canceling the order she asked me for my email address, which I gave her and she said I would receive a confirmation email stating my cancellation was complete. I never received any email. The next day I called them again and I was told by this CSR that I needed to wait for approval of my cancellation. I was flabbergasted because I read their return policy that states as long as the product has not been placed in delivery status, the order could be cancelled. At this time she became confused and started laughing under her breath at me. I called her out for her lack of professionalism and demanded to speak to her supervisor. She refused at first and finally connected me with a Supervisor. This supervisor told me that in fact, my order was cancellable and his CSR was incorrect and that the I would get notiice of my cancellation via email within 3 days of my cancellation request and my refund 3-5 business days later. Today I received an email from Sears stating that my order was unable to be cancelled since the order was in process and that I would have to wait for the item to be delivered even though they can't tell me when it will be delivered. Absolutely horrible customer service and absolute thievery! I decided to dispute this charge with my credit card company instead of waiting for these imbecilic crooks to refund my money.     I ordered a shop vac filter and nut for my craftsman shop vac December 16 2023. It has not arrived yet Ive called about 10 times either getting put on hold till it disconnects and or being told they cannot access the system because they are doing maintenance to it. Once time the girl asked for the phone number for the order. I said I have the order number she said she needed the phone number. I gave her the only phone number i have and she said thats not the one. I said I am giving you the order number and she said she couldnt look it up by that method as the order numbers on on a different computer I said that's the dumbest thing I have ever heard she she She was very sorry and called me by my name. I said you just said my name so how cant you find my order I never gave you my name Just did a chat with them and they informed me their system is down for maintenance.     I ordered a Kenmore Microwave front door replacement panel on February 6,2024 for $275.20. It is now March 15,2024 and I still have not received it. When I type in my order number it indicates that it is non existent, and when trying to find out the status of my order I was transferred over to another foreign person.She asked me all the questions including my debit card number and my date of birth. She then said to find out the status of my order I had to listen to these advertisements (3) of them but don't say anything and she would come back on line each time, She said not to say anything becasue I was not obligated to buy anything so I didn't. At the end she came back on line and I asked her now what is my order status and she said something so fast in her foreign brogue and then hung up. This happened on searspartsdirect number. I immediately thought I had been hacked. I then pulled up my debit card account and sure enough someone had used my card illegally. I called the number attached to the amount taken out of my account and cancelled the charge. I waited a few more minutes and went back into my bank account and 6 more illegal transactions were taken out of my account. Of course I called my bank and reported these illegal transactions and cancelled my card. Still trying to get my money refunded ($275.20) and that hasn't happened yet nor will searsparts direct send me an email acknowledging anything. This has been a nightmare!     I am HVAC contractor. I tried to call to costumer service number and also related numbers and order part. Sears has horrible information system. Finale system switch me to representative in Philippines I order part (inducer blower motor) for the furnace. I sent to them all model numbers and info. I was in contact with three persons in this time. All connections were with persons in Philippine and was not possible talk with person in U.S. Finlay I got order but this order was different. I tried to cancel the order but nobody cancel this order. I had to do stop payment on my credit card. Yesterday this wrong part comes to me. Now I have to send this part back.I did a lot off calls. It is not possible to talk with manager or person in U.S. I lost two days for nothing. Finlay I bought this part in Johnston Supply in half hour.     An empty box arrived and when I called the helpline, they said they would enter a refund and then forwarded me to another "department" to enter the credit card information again. Why wouldn't they ship the parts based on the original payment? It sounds like an attempt to steal credit card information. If I look at the shipping status online, it shows all 3 parts (a tiny washer, a cotter key and a sway bar) were all shipped separately yet only one (empty) box ever arrived They're crooks Products used:Nothing.     Tried to get a fridge shelf from them. First one arrived damaged. Second was wrong part. Third never arrived. Took a long time to get refunds, still waiting.     I ordered a part on 1/24 that was supposed to be "in stock", after no updates I called 2 days after the supposed delivery date, only to be told that the order was canceled, even though checking from my order confirmation, it still said "ordered". Thanks for letting me know. Then, when the second order failed to show up, they offered to order the part a third time...for $100 more and NONE of the previous discounts or free shipping "for my inconvenience."
