    The worst customer service at Sephora Coconut Creek at Kohl's, the saleswomen do not pay attention to the customer's needs and treat customers like fools, they laugh among themselves to say that they do not have the product and do not give you options for something similar, I buy a lot at Sephora online, but sometimes I stop at the store, which I will never do again with such terrible customer service. They should train those workers so they know how to treat customers properly.     Worst customer experience, First they send my package to my local Post mail service which forced me to walk in a snow storm to grab my package. Only to find out that they send me an empty box.     While Sephora does have some of the best and newest beauty products and are great with samples, their customer service is horrendous! They have "beauty advisors" handle complaints many of them (online) are just customers with access to their computer systems. I can honestly say I have never had a good experience with cs!     This was my first time shopping with Sephora, and I was so excited to receive the FORVR candles that I purchased as a Christmas gift to my wife"she loves scented candles" when the packets arrived I was ecstatic, but when I open the package I was mortified and so disappointed to say the least my dreams of a perfect Christmas went down the chimney. The candles were shattered and glass fell all in my carpet I pray I was able to get it all up.     Hello I would like to put my view on my day from this Saturday May 27th. Ok so my sister and I both have appointments for full face 1 hour make done. My sister goes first her appointment is at 3 15.they take her at 3 10.they tell me to wait. So 3 30 comes along and no one comes to get me 3 45 still nothing. Now I have a wedding and have to be at the reception hall for 5 30.4 o'clock comes and goes and still nothing. By this point I'm angry 4 15 still nothing now I'm mad but I'm keeping it all in because I don't want to cause a scene. At 4 25 the girl comes to see me telling me she is sorry. I was furious but didn't say anything as well. Now the girl tells me that the one before me had the 90 minute appointment...if her appointment was 90 minutes then she would of gone there at 2 and finished for 3 30 right.why was she taken at 3 and finished at 4 30 to go into my time. Like why take appointments if you can't follow through to serve your customers. If I wanted an appointment at 4 30 I would of made it then. Not only did the girl rush to put my makeup on and I didn't take the whole 1 hour which was really unfair because I paid for it she took 35 minutes and that is truly not fair at all. The store closed while we were in it and we had to go all around the mall to get to the car. And the worst is I got to the reception hall at 6. She did a nice job on my makeup but it sucks that she could of done a better job with my whole hour and not rush. I was really disappointed with the whole wait time. Maybe in the future when you book your appointments you should honor them. I don't know yet if I would come back even though the girl tried her best. If I or anyone books a time then respect it and if someone is late then to bad and that is what you should be doing and then maybe I can decide to come back. Because having 1 hour session and paying for it and getting 30 minutes that is not fair!
    Literally the worst experience I have ever had with Sephora.ordered on the 30 December and was supposed to be delivered 2nd January so I was home all day.no parcel and time had passed then I get an email saying it's been delivered and signed for! Checked the tracking and it was the front door so went outside to see if it was there as I didn't hear a knock or any more left.nothing at all,asked neighbour's and nothing there.says it's signed for them at bottom of page it stated not accepting signatures cos of covid etc.they don't even have a phone line can't talk to any normal person and messages are like from a robot.messaged them on Facebook and instagram and emailed them.also emailed the courier company evri and Clearpay as I payed with them as it was a large order.get message back they are looking into it and after few days back and forth they email saying gps states it was at right address so they are satisfied it's been delivered.what! Where though I said tell me cos I can't see it.I've got no note or anything.then evri email saying they are very sorry and parcel was at right place but left on doorstep arghhh.they apologised and said I need to forward this email to merchant for a refund replacement.nope Sephora not budging a robot like message stated they are satisfied it's been delivered.how can you say that.oh and they lost another one of our parcels week before as evri seem to chuck them in the bin when it's raining and I have no idea it's been delivered cos they run back to car so no note.but many times it's been left at side of house near bin or inside.they need to change couriers but they refuse to acknowledge any fault even when the couriers have said it's their fault.Sephora then say to do chargeback program with bank for a refund so messaged and rang them for few days non stop.just so happens they can't refund me cos I paid by Clearpay so that's a third party and they don't refund if paid by them.so went to Clearpay back and forth begging them to help and they took me back to merchant saying it's their problem.no parcel no money and no apology from Sephora.the worst company ever.not even a phone line to ring them.I'm stuck now done everything I can!     Tried to order through the Sephora app… The order goes through but then gets cancelled 2 minutes later for "Unsuccessful Authorization". Apparently they needed to verify my information. Fair enough. I really wanted to order from this company because my girlfriend loves Sephora. Spoke with 2 different Sephora reps via chat and 2 other reps via phone… Verified my info every single time, and no matter what happens, my order gets cancelled. It has now been over a week, and I've spent over 3 hours of my time wasted just trying to place an order! Opened a service ticket through email… The Sephora customer support rep tells me to call their toll free number. I've already done that TWICE! After informing the rep that I've already called twice, they unapologetically tell me to call the toll free number, basically ignoring the fact that I've called twice already. No effort whatsoever from anyone at Sephora to help me, other than just repeating "call the toll free number". Awful, AWFUL experience. I will never ever buy from this company ever again.     On December 30th 2023 I received an email that my package was delivered from sephora., upon checking for my package it was missing, I called Sephora customer service to let them know I didn't receive the package and that I lived in an apartment complex and they need to ring my doorbell which they didn't, the representative was so rude, she told me it's my duty to check with the shipping company to know when when my package is gonna arrive and that she's gonna give me the benefit of the doubt by replacing the item, that was so disrespectful and inappropriate Service Value Shipping

They reeled me in to make a purchase of products with an offer of a reward and then due to application of a membership code the total came 7 PENNIES under and they didn't send the reward.     KAJA beauty is one of those brands that should definitely have more hype. As far as I know it's one of those Korean brands that's only sold at Sephora. I've only personally tried their don't settle concealer, and I can honestly say that it quickly became my all time favorite concealer. It's creamy, doesn't dry weird, brightens up, and lasts the entire day. I can see such a difference after putting it on. I can only imagine how well their other products must work.     Ordered an expensive conditioner, which arrived damaged. Tried to contact customer service through 3 different routes and heard nothing back despite the repeated attempts to contact. It's almost like Sephora don't care once they have your money. But that's OK, I can hold a grudge for a very long time, so will be getting at least £22 of enjoyment out of leaving honest, bad reviews.     I have been a member of Sephora's Rouge program for many years. I have been buying from them quite regurly during this stime. But today I am cutting ties with them. Their customer service has taken a turn for the worse. They consistently use 1 star shippers like Fed Ex (and using boxes labeled with Sephora on it is a giant target for thieves), despite repeated complaints about their service. I had a package with a large order marked as delivered by Fed Ex in November, which was never actually delivered (or delivered to the wrong address). I contacted them about this and they sent me replacements. I was not told at the time that, should I have future delivery issues, there is a cap on how much they will assist you in terms of refunds or replacements for shipping issues. Now I have had a second shipment that was not delivered correctly, this time by a different carrier (USPS). After speaking to the carrier, the advice was to contact the shipper. I have done so and been told that, because I have reached a limit on the amount of assistance they can provide, that they will not refund or replace my lost products. I was told to file a claim with the carrier. Carriers do not process claims from recipients, only from shippers. So, despite the volume of orders I have placed with them this year, and in years previous, despite my long Rouge member status, they refuse to assist me. Sorry for your loss. It should be noted that you cannot order things from their website and have them sent to the store for pickup. If you what you want from them is not in stock at a local store, they will only ship it to you. But if you have poor carriers in your area you are rolling the dice with your money ordering from them. This is totally unacceptable. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this store and will no longer be shopping there.     Went to return and item my daughter bought because she was out of it and after just one use it broke and could not be used anymore. Managers at the store are not empowered to make returns without receipt. Daughter had been at mall with friends and paid cash from Christmas money. $50 bottle of sunless tanner! Spoke to corporate and waiting to hear back. Sephora has lost a customer because of how difficult this experience has been. I spent lots of money there, have proof of buying item in the past, more than once and was told by store mgr a big fat NO and that hands are tied. My past purchase of this item was more than 60 days (of course it was this product lasts a while and that's why she purchased last month!) if you shake the bottle you can tell it's still full.     I purchased a lip liner pencil in April and it was defective. I was unable to return/exchange the pencil until today due to surgery and not feeling well. Because it's been over 3 months, they would not exchange the defective pencil. I asked to talk to management who would not rectify the problem even after explaining the mitigating circumstances. I called the corporate office, and after speaking to two managers and explaining my situation, they too told me they could do nothing because it was after the 60 days. I was sent the wrong order and the guy on the phone seemed not to believe me & said that they will be doing an investigation only after saying it wasn't possible (wrong order). Since they messed up so many times, I went from a Rouge to not buying at all. A company which does not appreciate the customers does not need business.

    I placed an order using a gift card. One of the items I ordered never shipped. Instead of correcting the issue they increased the price of one of the items I bought on sale back to full price and called it good. Arguing with customer service is a waste of time. She refused to acknowledge the item still showing on my order on their own site and did math to prove she was right. Of course everything adds up when you remove sales from the order. Never again.
