    Shoptique is a wonderful one stop shop for all your fashion needs. The items you find there are unique and very stylish. It's nice that you don't have to get on a plane to shop for basic fashion items. The customer service team are super helpful and very friendly, especially when I had a few mix ups with my orders.     When I emailed CS about tracking info, a specific person (Caroline) not only emailed me back within 8 minutes (!) with full tracking info, but she included the aprox date of delivery in her email and asked if she can help with anything else. I mean, a response in less than 10 minutes! Every company could learn from Shoptiques CS!

    I'd ordered a very expensive coat from the brand Nobis Shelby parka 6 days ago and it is still not shipped nor do I get a tracking number. They say it's with their long time partner SCHWARTZ FINE FASHIONS, a Canadian store. After numerous emails I decided to call them and after some attempts I was promised they would contact SFF to see why it's not being shipped yet. And they would thereupon sent me the tracking number via email and which I used to contact them with numerous times. I am still waiting for that email with tracking number. I still have a little bit of hope but it's not a smooth online shopping experience and I shop a lot everywhere.     I have sent multiple emails to return items that don't fit. No response to to request to return or exchange and they don no answer their phone. I am stuck with items that don not fit and no refund. I will be trying to get a refund through PayPal. I was a customer for 6 years and I will no longer be a customer.     I'm a frequent online shopper and this first experience with Shoptiques is insulting. The item, advertised as a new Tory Burch bag, is a showroom sample at the best and a 2nd hand mediumly-used item on average. It has clear discoloration on the body and wears on all four bottom corners. Interestingly, on the price tag inside the item, the price I paid in full was crossed out with a bright sharpie for "40%-off". Tried to call the customer service line for two days, it always "has extremely high call volume" and the call was cut off at 7 minutes 15 seconds. One associate did call back, bless her heart, and tried to find a solution with the "boutique" after reviewing the photo evidence- she disappeared ever since too. My favorite part of shopping with them is that I get to find clothes that none of my friends have. It is so common today for everyone to buy the same clothes from the same few major stores.     I have purchased multiple times from Shoptiques and found it to be a great experience. You can get the unique products anywhere else, and there are usually some amazing things for not that much money. Shipping is fast and convenient, no issues. Would definitely recommend.
    Can't believe I have to give 1 star. I ordered some items back in June, finally got it Sept 30, I tried clothes on and contacted them to be returned. Clothes are shoddily made, not anything like what I ordered and the sizes are way off, my wife and I both went up 1 size when we ordered and probably should have gone up 2 sizes and they probably still wouldn't have fit. Haven't been able to get an address to return these too yet, they offer me a 5 dollar gift card and refuse to give me the address to return the crap to because they say the shipping will be too high. The return policy was contact them within 15 days for a full refund, pay the shipping back and they will credit that back to you. Well here it is 3 weeks later and I still can't get the address and they upped the offer today to 6 dollars... lets see the clothes cost 138... don't think I will accept 6 dollars.

    I have been working with Shoptiques for the last 5 years and will continue to work with them for the foreseeable future. They always improve there offerings over time which is great! They make it really easy to sell online, they worry about the marketing and shipping. We just need to list products and we get orders.
    I encountered a problem with an incorrect shipping address. I called the contact provided and spoke with a Katelyn. She took my info and told me not to worry. She would try and make contact with the Suppliers in hopes that the items were not shipped as yet. She phoned me back with the good news that she was able to reach out to all the Suppliers. She was extremely helpful.
    I recently joined Shoptiques a couple months ago and it's pretty good. We have been receiving a consistent amount of sales weekly and have not had any issues in terms of shipping or customer service. Their team has been helpful and has pretty good email support. Usually receive an answer within a few hours with a details response. Photo uploads are sometimes tricky, but I think they recently switch their guidelines, so it's been a bit better.     Took 10 days (FedEx) to get my shirt. Could not get tracking info. Website says "$6 Flat rate shipping", but charged me $8. I emailed customer service, which was overseas, and got no answer. They just told me it was on it way but never told me why the website has one price, but they charged me another. They also charge a $1.50 convenience fee. So basically $9.50 for shipping two states away. Shirt came rolled up in a ball. Wrinkles galore. I should have called around local boutiques to find this brand (and supported local) or done more research because Amazon sells this brand! I don't usually shop from sites I have never heard of but found a shirt in a small shop and when they didn't have my size, I took a screen shot of it and found it through Shoptiques. Should have googled a little more. Lesson learned. I am just now learning how they operate. I would have ordered directly from the boutique where it was shipped from if I would have found them earlier.
    Site is awful. Middle man between a small business and consumer. Better going straight to the local business. No way to discuss issues or concerns. Verbally dismissive to shop owners and customers. If shops decide for any reason not to ship your items you're out of luck and dinged on your account and it's a large effort to get your money back if you get it back which I did not. It ends up being theft. I feel bad for the small businesses. Paying for items you don't receive. Stay away from the hassle and go shop locally without the middle man. In a world of online shopping as the main way to shop these days- you're better off shopping directly on the boutiques website and NOT through this app. Tip for consumers:Just don’t expect to receive your items just because you paid for them.     We have been on Shoptiques since May 2016 and it has been a great experience for us. It's a nice way to access customers outside of your own city and website (no marketing costs). Helps us to gain additional revenue and move inventory more quickly. We love the no packaging or shipping costs, and the fact that they take care of the customer service side. We simply have to add products and package them. The only thing they could improve is to find an easier, faster way to add/sync products, without it being all manual. I do want to mention that it does require some work (just like anything else) so don't expect to pay the joining fee and see orders roll in. They do have photo specifications you will have to meet, but also offer to take photos for you if you send in your products. I feel that this is understandable since they care about customer experience and having less returns. All in all, the investment was well worth it for us and we highly recommend it for boutiques that need additional sales outlets, have at least an hour or two a week to devote to managing the site, and either have photos or can take high resolution photos of their items.

    I was having a hard time finding a dress for my summer work party. I found shoptiques.com browsed a little before finding a ton of options. They have a lot of products on the site and stuff I haven't seen anywhere else. It was awesome because I didn't want to buy a dress from a big retailer and risk wearing the same thing as someone else. I ordered 4 different options, just in case, and ended up keeping 3 of them because they were so cute. I ordered on a Monday and the items were at my apartment by Wednesday. Super fast. When I returned the 4th item, it was super easy. They printed my shipping label so all I had to do was drop it off. Once I did that, they kept me updated with emails letting me know when my card had been refunded and offered me a discount code to shop with them again. I will definitely be using that!
