    I have never had so may issues with my makeup brushes as I have with these. They are overpriced for the quality. They shed, fall apart, chip, break, I have brushes from all different brands and I would rather just head over to target and buy some cheapo brand that has better quality. And before this trash company responds with a canned response about their "warranty policy" it is also trash, the CS team either doesn't respond, doesn't help, makes you jump thru a million hoops to prove that yes, the brush is broken. I want the brush made right the first time, especially considering how much they charge. Won't buy again, I'd rather use cotton buds. Tip for consumers:Don't waste your money.     I've ordered from sigma on multiple occasions through the last few years, never experienced any problems. Their brushes and make up are truly top of the line and worth every penny.     10 days and still no order... absolutely the worst cust svc. They ship via ups and then ups sends it to usps. But, there are a lot of companies that do that. It's the way sigma has it set up.     I open the box: no paper, no gift as they promised. Just 4 lonely brushes in the box instead of 5. I took them in my hands and noticed that 3 of them were with stickers that were taken out and put on again, I clearly saw the scratches that these boxes were opened more than one time, one brush was definitely used, maybe all of these 3 were.     Ordered brushes with the free international shipping. I have emailed them twice as the FedEx tracking number keeps coming up as invalid. They have not responded, no customer service.     I ordered one brush from them. All the coupons give you 10% off. They gave me a tracking number but UPS can't find it. So where is my order? I tried to do a live chat with someone and they can't find it either. They are so unprofessional. If I don't get my order I better get a refund. She told me, "Typically, we do not offer refunds for lost packages and would offer to resend the product." That's what you say, but will you do that? I'm just gonna stick to Morphe or buying brushes in store. Morphe is an AMAZING company and you can track your package without being stressed out. I only got this one to go with a highlighter.     I placed two orders during their semi-annual sale. I was expecting a delay in the shipping since there were obviously going to be a ton of orders placed. My second order was shipped out promptly, but the tracking stopped working after a few days. I gave Sigma a call and they were so nice and made sure to help me out. My first order didn't ship out as quick as my second one, so they sent it out with priority mail. Overall, amazing custome service.     Be honest about shipping and don't say 5-7 days to ship. It's been 17 days. I really was wondering if I had been scammed. I thought it would be better ordering directly from the company. So far it's been a disappointment. I'd rather you tell me it will take a month for my item to arrive then there is wondering or checking emails to see if something has been processed or shipped.     Put in an order for the Ultimate Blending Brush Set and the F80 brush on February 1 during some absolutely insane sales. Sigma sets usually cost $100+ AUD so this was an absolute steal. Read some awful reviews about their shipping from many websites. From here, Reddit, other review websites etc. Saw some posters have waited up to 3+ months. I wasn't really in a rush so didn't expect much in terms of shipping speed. Thought I could wait until end of March. Imagine my surprise and delight to see it arrived today!     They indicated nowhere that their prices were in US dollars, which I maybe should have expected but nonetheless it's pretty easy to indicate simply when someone is placing an order from outside the US the cost will be different due to currency exchange. Even the receipt they sent me was in US dollars, indicating nowhere on it anything about currency exchange. I think typically people like to know what they're paying for a product before they're charged. My credit card bill came in almost $25 higher than the final cost on my receipt. When I contacted Sigma about this, they replied blaming it on shipping costs that have nothing to do with the company when I had clearly stated that I was upset they couldn't simply indicate that they're prices are in US dollars.     Its a complete scam if you are doing an international shipping. I ordered products worth $200 which I have still not received; they keep telling me to wait. WTF? Its a shame that such a big company is actually such a thief and scam. Once you have placed the order, they refuse to cancel it.     Sigma 4th of July Sale: I placed an order 5 days ago. After I entered the finalize transaction click, I got a message come up on the screen saying "order in review". Not sure what that means. So far, I have received no emails confirming my order is in process, much less ready for shipment. No idea what the status of my order is.It seems like my funds have not been withdrawn yet.     This has literally been the worst experience of my life ever! I spent close to $300 on brushes and received a box with halp of my order missing. I emailed sigma beauty and someone named "Jazmine" lol emailed me back being extremely snobby telling me there's nothing she can do she can't send out a replacement order or refund the missing items and that if i want to I can make a dispute with my bank. I was shocked to say the least so then I call in and ask to speak to a manager/supervisor and then I get the absolute most unprofessional woman on the phone. She basically tells me the same thing to file a claim with my bank. So I call my bank and they say it can take up to 30 days so then I call back to sigma speak to the same supervisor who sounds like she just got hired yesterday I mean honestly she was super unprofessional and was making very contradicting statements. Then finally she agreed she wouldn't refund me but she would re send the brushes. Well a few days go by now jazmine is emailing me again telling me one of the brushes is out of stock and to pick another one of same value. Whatever it was a major run around and hassle the ending of the story is that both jazmine and the supervisor are very unhelpful, rude, snobby and disrespectful unprofessional ppl I don't see how they work for a company as big as sigma beauty. If you have any issues at all they absolutely will not fix it. And btw there known for leaving things out of ppls orders so it's a pretty common complaint. Stay away trust me it will save you a headache!     These brushes really are great, I have not been disappointed by any of the brushes I have purchased from this website. The only thing is that they are expensive, to me they were worth it due to the fact that I had the mindset of getting brushes that really work and will last me. I have had the brushes for about 3 years and they still work wonders. You have to keep them clean and don't forget to wash them and take good care of them. If you are serious about makeup and can afford it, I highly suggest getting these as opposed to other high end makeup brushes like MAC. They work the same, I like sigmas makeup brushes even more.     Brush cup holder they sent me was broken, so they said they would send me another one. Each response to my email took about 2 days, and eventually when they said they would send me another, I waited a month before emailing them again, and having to wait at least another 3-5 working days for a response this time. When they finally responded, they had no idea what I was talking about and I had to recount the whole history again of what had happened, and why they were going to send me a new one and ask why it hadn't already been sent.     I ordered $75 nzd worth of makeup to be ordered at the end of November 2016 it is now January 2017 and I still have not received my makeup. I have contacted both my local post service and sigma. And my local post say they cannot find it and sigma told me to wait and that it may take over 31 days to arrive. I waited that long and emailed again and they then said it could take 8 weeks to process at the facility to ship. I am appalled at their service as it is now just becoming a joke and I believe now that it may never arrive and that I may have just wasted money that I can't afford to lose as I am a student who doesn't earn much and I am not able to even afford to pay for my sisters hens party which is a real shame.     I will write as many reviews as is necessary to help Sigma's rating go up because people are being unrealistic and unreasonable with their negative reviews about the customer service. Did you know there are only TWO customer service representatives at Sigma?! The biggest complaints I've seen in reviews is customer service and shipping. Let's go through these: As I just said, there are just two people who are in customer service. Should their be more? Perhaps. But they are very prompt in responding to emails as well. I believe, and I may be wrong, but I believe that many of their employees (including CS) are college students. I think that is important and impressive. I'm from Minnesota and the U of M (university of Minnesota) is HUGE and quite prominent. If you've been to college full or part time, you know how incredibly demanding it is. Add a job to your schedule. A job where people are constantly calling. Not to say thank you but to complain, many times about things Sigma has no control over such as delivery issues. It doesn't matter who they use, FedEx, UPS, USPS, whatever- those are separate entities. Once it hits whatever area packages go to be picked up, it's out of their hands. It wouldn't matter if they had 200 customer service reps, people would still complain because they expect the world to revolve around them. My thoughts? Slow your roll! It's not JUST you who's a customer. Be patient. Be kind. Be understanding. As a former Midwesterner, mail is SLOW from there. Mail is slow everywhere these days. In terms of quality, there is NO way anyone could give less than 4-5 stars! Their brushes are backed by a 2 year warranty! Does It cosmetics offer a warranty? What about Morphe? Elf? Luxie? And I challenge anyone who is using these brushes for what they're intended for- makeup - to show me any brush that has become useless, broken, or destroyed due to everyday makeup use. And IF it happened within that warranty period, show me Sigma not replacing it and I will edit my reviews. In my experience, Sigma should have no less than 4 stars tops, across the board. Everything I have read has come from someone who was impatient and flat out expected them to drop everything and focus on them only. That is not realistic. Tip for consumers:Please be patient with shipping and customer service. If you have an issue, there is a phone number listed on Google for direct communication with CS or you can email, response time was w/I 72 hrs. Remember it's not just you they're serving..
