    I didn't even know that treating customers as poorly as SkinStore does could be possible in this day and age. They make customers jump through hoops to return faulty, expired, defective products that they seem to repeatedly send out. These are high end products; everyone should do themselves a favor and purchase from reputable retailers who protect their customers if things go wrong.     I keep giving them ANOTHER TRY because I get AA miles to shop there - but there is an issue each and every time I place an order - usually with delivery. This last order I took a screenshot of the order where it says free delivery within 3-5 days... 2 weeks later I reach out and ask and they reply "it usually takes 5-10 business days.     I bought the serum from this website for $116 and used it for a few weeks, my skin got irritated and broke out so bad.     I recently purchased the 111Skin cream from Skinstoe, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The product itself caused a rash on my face, and to make matters worse, the color of the bottle started peeling and contaminating the cream. When I reached out to their customer service, the lack of follow-up and resolution was astonishing. Despite daily efforts on my part, they dismissed the pictures I sent, claiming not to have received them, and closed the case without addressing the issue.     I rarely write reviews but I thought it was important to do so for Skin Store. This company is very dishonest. When you order a product, their system directly records a subscription request. As a result, a month later, you receive the same products and of course, your credit card (which they took care to register without your permission) is charged! I of course contacted customer service, returned the products but was never refunded! I had to file a complaint with my bank to finally win my case. My bank credited me the amount but it took a lot of work to put together the complaint file, send the evidence documents and it was only 3 months later that I was reimbursed And we're talking about 170 dollars!...which is quite significant!     I placed an order from the black Friday sale and it took off.01 cents instead of the 20% discount advertised. The wrong item was sent. To return it took numerous phone calls, emails and chats, downloading paperwork and having to go to post off during busiest time to return the incorrect item.     Good luck with receiving your items. In short, I never received my package, and it has been nearly 3 weeks of going back and forth with SkinStore customer service and I still don't have my items or a refund. I placed an order with SkinStore which was shipped with the courier Pandion. The order was tracked as out for delivery in a city hundreds of miles from the delivery address. The package was marked as delivered and I never received it. It's been 3 weeks of following up with SkinStore customer service and there has been no resolution. My recommendation is just shop at Sephora who has much better customer service.
    I order some products from Skinstore. Email sent to me my package would be delivered 6/2/23-6/5/23. When I click the tracking number, it said my package was delivered 5/30/23. I Have Not received my package and cannot get a hold of them. The customer service says they are open between 8am-8pm, I'm calling at 4pm PST, if its EST it would be 7pm. Still no live person to provide any info. Their live chat dont know crap and tells me to contact them back because their system is down. SCAM! Stay away.     SKINSTORE never resolve the problem of sending old inventory skincare that is over 2 years old. THEY shipped GWP "Gift with purchase" And sold it at a discounted price. They don't want to resolve, told me they will respond within 2-3business days. It has been 5 days, no response, no solution. I am planning to return all the stuff I purchased that is over $200 each order, I placed 2 of the same orders. Never want to do business with this company ever again! It is not right in the mind of selling gift with purchase that was supposed to be free with a "purchase" Murad if you're seeing this your dealer: Skinstore is selling your GWP2021 at discounted price on their sales section.     I think that this store is only good if you know that you like the product. I was run in circles to the point that I am writing my first review ever out of pure frustration. I ordered a silk hair wrap from them which was one size only. It did not fit my head and actually gave me migraines due to a design feature. The return policy is that only unopened boxes would be refunded, which is on me for not reading. I tried to open up a conversation about if I could get a refund for my item as it caused a medical problem through the live messages and I was told that they would make a ticket for the "Quality Assurance Team" and to expect to hear back with, I think, 5 to 10 business days. I reached back out when that timeframe had elapsed and was told basically the same thing. They said they were "awaiting feedback" and would "raise this matter again because it was urgent". I heard nothing back and honestly forgot about it until yesterday. It has been months with no email, and I reached back out with a respectful message about my frustration and was simply told it was out of the timeframe to return the email but would raise the issue with the "Internal Team". Basically, I got no response even though I would have been okay with a no because officially I was in the wrong for not reading the return policy for a new product I wanted to try. Service Returns
    I ordered the large size. They sent me the small size. I contacted "customer service". They said, this is what you get for what you paid. Apparently, I was to look at the pic of the item and ignore the written description of what i ordered. So...i requested a refund. The return authorization i was sent even listed the LARGE size as the item to be returned. I returned the item (with delivery confirmation).     At first I was skeptical after I ordered because it took a while to be assigned a tracking label and be shipped. The customer service number didn't work & the chat worked only once. They were very responsive via email. I got it within about 5-7 days. It was a $400 purchase but I got exactly what I ordered in perfect condition.     ZERO STARS ACROSS THE BOARD - I purchased the supposed, PCA SKIN Hydrating Toner. Prior to the expiration of the refund window, I contact SkinStore to return the product as it SEVERELY dried my skin, day one. They said they would review the clinical trial... WHAT? I knew this would be a horrible experience. I received the response today 11/13/23 that said "Thank you for your patience in regard to the investigation related to the reaction experienced while using the "Christophe Robin New Shade Variation Care - Ash Brown 250ml". We are sorry to hear that you've suffered a reaction from this product." WHAT? This is NOT the product that I purchased, their email details are false. The product I purchased has false advertising, it is NOT hydrating as their product advertisement states. They then provided this same lie to Afterpay to prevent a refund. I later found out that they tell their customers to continue paying AfterPay and other payment sources, while they investigate, in hopes that they will run out the clock on the 14 day return policy.     This company is scam! I ordered a full size shampoo and they sent me a sample! When I brought it to their attention, they wanted to offer me $10 for my inconvenience. I paid $24 for a shampoo that they failed to ship to me and they want to refund me $10 for the product I never even received? This incompetent lot somehow came to their senses and shipped me a replacement product. Guess what? It is still the same sample size shampoo. So I am still out $24 and stuck with two samples.     I would rate it minus 5 stars if I could! Customer service team is useless. Feels like they have a robot, writing replies. My parcel was shipped back for some reason and even after admitting there was a mistake made from their side by one agent, other agents answered to the same mail thread claiming that the order is on the way.     I ordered two items for Christmas in late November and received a shipment about a week later. Although I usually buy straight from Perricone or a department store (e.g., Macys, Neiman Marcus), I was sucked into an after-Christmas sale at Skin Store to stock up on skin care basics.     My order was lost in the mail and I contacted customer service more than 10 times. Everyone I chatted with promised that it would be resolved in 48 hours. After 3 weeks, I have not heard a response from anyone. They don't have a phone number to call and you're forced to chat with their online customer service. They said will refund you or ship a replacement to you. After that I have not received my refund or replacement, then they said they are investigating with FEDEX and make me keep waiting.     I ordered 2 slip silk pillowcase. They picture the slip pillowcase with the zipper, but send the envelope style instead. I reached out and said the item was not as pictured. An RMA was approved, and I returned both, but I had to pay for return shipping (which they said they would refund). Upon receipt they only refund one item, stating the other was damaged. It was (obviously) opened because I did not expect to receive an item different than what was pictured. 5 messages back and forth with customer service and I still don't have my full refund. They are a terrible company to deal with. Service
