    Placed an order on 9-11-2019. Paid over $369. Never received my order has been pending since that date. No response from customer service. Stealing hard earned money from individuals with chronic pain seeking relief. I guess they can get away being false and misrepresenting themselves as a reputable website@
    Skymall sells everything you did not know you need to have! I bought two items from the skymall after I saw their products on a recent flight. They arrived on time and as described. Also, if you google coupon, you nearly always can get a discount.
    Didn't get the item. After 3 weeks, trying to resolve issue myself, it appeared the items was lost in transition. Got the refund eventually, but no moral compensation. Bad service, worst seller. Will never shop with them again! Do not recommend!
    I have a $100 skymall gift card that I have been trying to use for months. Each time I try to check out, I get an invalid card number message. I spoke with customer service at least 6 times and constantly received excuses and future dates that the "gift card" aspect of the site would be working soon. Finally, I was able to get in touch with a "gift expert" in their so called customer service dept and was told that skymall declared bankruptcy last year and my card will not be honored. Buyers BEWARE!
    2 months later and I still have not gotten my camera and they send me the same message with different dates saying there out on vacation and will get back to me worst service ever how do they not have other staff to handle these problems I'm not happy
    I bought the Sun Shade automobile windshield shade and after about eight months the adhesive holding the "hook tab" gave way. I tried other adhesive strips but no go! I called Sky Mall and they won't replace the hook with the adhesive ANS forced me to buy an entire new Sun Shade! THEY SUCK AND I WILL NEVER FO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN
    Conducted an order with one of their representatives. Confirmed the amount (10) name to be placed on the framed item. Received item and the representative placed "Name9" instead of the name supplied. They won't honor their mistake and insist that I have a child named "Name9"! Won't talk or return emails or calls and won't honor their promise to return money within 60 days. Horrible if any customer service! Do not buy anything from them. They couldn't care less about their customers. Skymall sucks!
    Skymall, once one of my favorite catalogs with unique products has fallen from grace. They have Product Status to assure you their products are In-Stock. However, this field never changes when an item goes into Back-Ordered. I received a back-order notice the following ordering, and its status still remains In Stock, four days later. Product Status is meaningless. SkyMall's 800 ordering number is no longer answered, instead, you receive a recorded message, asking you to order on line. SkyMall's Customer Service 'doesn't'. Both the website and the 800# refer you to send any requests, issues, cancellations, or questions to *******@skimall.com, and they promise a response within two business days. They fail that promise.
    Ordered 2 new new items (11/19/13) that were listed as in stock. Received a notice (11/21/13) that items were back ordered for 5 months. I cancelled the order as I needed xmas gifts. One wrong item was sent to me 12/15/13. I was charged for the wrong item plus a large handling and shipping charge. No response from customer service. Phone holds are > 45 minutes. WTF. The next time I see this garbage on an airplane I will announce to the crowd to be aware!
    Can you give less than a one-star review? What a terrible experience to deal with SkyMall. Save yourself all the trouble, time, regret, frustration, etc. of dealing with SkyMall, Now that I see all their very poor reviews on multiple review sites, I wonder how they can stay in business. The unsuspecting consumer I guess. I've still not received my order for which they charged a small fortune to ship and "guaranteed." I'll likely never receive it. And it's a Christmas present - very, very sad. What's worse is that when you are able to get through to "Customer Service" after holding for a very long time, they will not be able to tell you anything and they will not care. Multiple emails received a response that they would respond in two business days which turned out to be four business days with no substantive and helpful response which said they would check with the vendor and respond in another 2 - 3 business days which will be after Christmas. Can this seriously be happening? Where are the consumer protection agencies? SkyMall has no right to deceive consumers like this and should not be allowed to continue to do so.
    Every time I fly I read SkyMall to see what neat stuff they're selling this month. But ever since I had children I haven't flown as much and I'm embarrassed to admit, I miss reading SkyMall. So here it is; I can get it all online.
    My Wife bought two outdoor "Tiki Tables" for me for Christmas last year. I live in Minnesota and we had the longest, coldest winter in Decades. When I put the tables outside in April, the finish started to come off after about two weeks. When I called SkyMall, they told me to go to the store and buy some sealer to seal the tables. When I said it was too late, they told me that I missed the 60 day return window, and there was nothing they would do. I am pretty certain that I was emailing a computer, and not a person. They kept responding with the same lame excuse "The manufacturer has a 60 day warranty." The tables cost $277, and they were junk within 14 days. SkyMall sells junk and they hide behind the Vendors crappy policy. If they were a brick and mortar store, I would have had the conversation in the middle of their sales floor. I'd bet they would have made it right then. Anyone who does business with them is throwing their money away.
    I was going to order $149.99 high price for a money clip. When I got checkout they wanted over $17.00 shipping charges for a item that only weighs 1 oz. Are you f**king kidding me? I will never order anything from this rip-off company
    My initial conversation with their rep was excellent. She was friendly and helpful. We confirmed everything in my order and it looked like everything was fine. When it came down to shipping it came to almost $300 because I am in Canada but no problem we arranged to have it delivered to a border shipping outlet. That's when the problem occured. I received no confirming email but checked with them by telephone and was advised that the order was scheduled to be delivered to the border shipping outlet that next day. When I arrived at the border (a one hour drive) the item was not there so I went down two days later and there it was. Or so I thought until I opened the item and found it was only partially there. A phone call to Skymall resulted in finding out that the second part of the order was shipped separately and that it was scheduled to arrive a couple of days later. I asked for a copy of the confirmation email and at that time found that the second part of the order was wrong. Instead of a bottom and top Pyjmas they were sending two bottoms. By then the item had already been shipped and so I waited to see if they had made a mistake on the email. This time I phoned the border shipping outlet and found my item had arrived so I made a third trip to the border to pick up my item. This is where Skymall was not at fault. When I arrived to pick up my parcel the electricity had been shut down in the entire county and the border shipping outlet couldn't find my package (no lights in a windowless warehouse). Fourth trip resulted in my receiveing two bottoms and no top for my gift to my wife. I then went on the site and put in a complaint to Skymall with the details. I did this on December 26 realizing that they might be busy but prepared to wait. The confirming email said I should receive a reply from their customer service department within two business days. So far no reply. So sensing that I was unlikely to get a reply I phoned and ordered the top as my wife likes the pyjamas. The order was placed on Dec 29. According to their website it was shipped via UPS on Dec 30. The tracking number given was input to the UPS website but they had no record. I also tried USPS but no luck and then in a phone call today I found out from Skymall that it had been shipped Fedex. The agent said it was probably a computer error. If this ever arrives I will be very happy to never go there again. Service Value Shipping Quality
    Just like other reviews! I just got off with customer service, and wanted to tell you that I'm so upset by your (Skymall) ordering and cancellation process that I spent the time to come to your Facebook page and tell you IT HORRIBLE. I hope nobody else orders from you and has to deal with your order processing. 21 business days to deliver an item, are you freaking NUTS! And 3 days to confirm a cancellation... which you then recanted... again are you crazy! Thanks for totally ruining my Christmas present for my Dad.
    I ordered something a week before Thanksgiving, so even with their ridiculous 21 day turnaround it was supposed to be here by mid December. Here it is Dec. 20 and still nothing. 2 calls to people overseas handing their phone lines and still no help at all, no tracking number, nothing. If my item was ACTUALLY shipped out on Nov. 30 like you say it was it would have been here in a week via ground shipping, unless of course it was either coming from somewhere like China, or never actually shipped, which is what I suspect. I called my cc and reported this as a fraudulent charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
    I ordered 3 items; anything that could go wrong, has! Still only got 1 item, others have been "ON THE WAY" for over a month. They have messed up everything in this order that it is possible to mess up - wrong shipping addresses, no discount as promised, no response to customer emails, etc. etc. While the individual reps whom I've spoken to (at least 6X) are very nice & try to help, whatever is promised never seems to happen. Spoke to a lovely Supervisor there just last nite, was promised a return label via email TODAY for the items that I am still waiting for (!), and guess what, DIDN'T RECEIVE IT once again. I have never had so many problems shopping online, and I do almost all my shopping that way.
    Buyer beware, Skymall commits credit card fraud. They will charge your credit card without your permission. I called to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. I was told by the representative that the order has not been charged to my credit card yet and that there would be no problem cancelling it. I was also told that orders aren't charged until they are shipped. Three days later I receive an email that my order has shipped. I immediately called and left a message and also emailed them regarding the error. I received a VM message back that my request to cancel my order was merely that, a request and was not going to be honored. I called and spoke to live person who indicated she has no record of my canceling the order. I have never received a response to my email. The item arrived today. I am reporting this to my credit company as Skymall refuses to help. I will never, never shop with them again. Horrible company!
    This company is NOT associated with Delta Sky magazine or Amex rewards program. They have cleverly used the correct terms to trigger a sense of instant trust in their name. I placed an order for a necklace and with 2-4 day shipping, the price came to $72. Once I paid it with Paypal, the price suddenly jumped to $88. I called their 800# and they promised once the product is shipped they will apply the %25 Cinco de Mayo discount which is what prompted me to order this to start with! I didn't wait for the product to ship to pay them so why should I wait to be re-reimbursed? No answer is what I got. I hope they honor their word but I feel like I was suckered. Just wanted to update this review and let you know that I did receive my refund after receiving my product.
