    Never, ever use this company. Tried to search for flights to get to a friends funeral in NZ. Quoted £837. Went all the way through the process to book only to be told that it was no longer available at that price, it was now £2,800. Sky scanner site sent me to Trip.com. Clearly they are utter b……s.     I recently discover Skyscanner when I wanted to search for the best and cheapest flights. So I looked through after I searched my flight from New York City to Ireland. I found a really great price and got my flights. I like their website and without a problem I would like to use them again.
    I tried to book tickets through them. My web page said it was going to be $209 for two people. I put in all my information and when I didnt recieve confirmation they said the flight was $700.00 The man I spoke with was very rude, when I asked him to speak with a supervisor he said his supervisor was too busy to speak to me. Extremely dissatisfied!
    I bought a cheap ticket through this website couple days later they send me an email changing my flight schedule and destination. And told me if I don't agree I can cancel and get a refund. Obviously, after I ask for cancellation I have been informed by the same "scam" sky scammer that I am not eligible for refund! And they put the blame on the airline., I wasted time and money.     I recently booked my ticket with via.com after Skyscanner recommended them on their website. Little did I know I was entering 2 nightmares - dealing with via.com and dealing with Neil and Anastasja from Skyscanner's customer support who before even reading my email decided to side with their "travel agent". Here's the story. Via.com auto-filled my passport issuer with the country I was booking the tickets from. This has been confirmed by Skyscanners support Anastasja when she tried to prove I am wrong here. Somehow she still managed to victim blame me for this mistake. As a digital nomad of 10 years, I booked hundreds of flights, and never ever did I make any mistake, up until now as the field was auto-filled and easy to overlook. Just before I hit pay, I noticed a price change at the last minute, also not very obvious to people. But after trying to book with airlines whose website kept freezing I decided to pay the extra charge just to get this sorted. Via.com didn't send a transactional email but a personal email with my ticket. All this started to be super suspicious and this is when I decided to cancel the ticket and get a refund so I could book with a trustworthy provider. I booked these tickets with a company card that I haven't used in months and only used twice before. Within an hour of booking with Via.com I started to receive emails to authorize the payments that I hadn't made. Clearly, these phishing attempts were coming from Via.com. I brought this up with Skyscanner too. Skyscanner didn't listen at all, I spent a week talking to Neil who ignored all my concerns and ignored my wish to cancel the flights. Neil decided I was in the wrong and only believed Via.com. He thought Via.com tried to fix my wrong nationality on the ticket and that's my only problem here. Completely disregarding the rest. I asked to speak to his supervisor and here is where entitled Anatasja comes in. Not a supervisor by her email signature so clearly just a try to get rid of me by another basic worker. No further communication from them, possibly because I was 7 days before the travel, had to buy another ticket as the first one still had wrong details on it, spent a whole week dealing with this and ultimately, lost my temper on the incompetency and lack of empathy from Skyscanner. Beware of who you choose to book with. I 100% trusted Skyscanner wouldn't work with scammers but here they are, not caring at all for the people losing their money because their greed.     Sky scanner days good days are over! They will direct you to sites like "mytrip" with cheaper fares who will take your money but not fulfil their conditions of the fare! A complete bait and switch scam! Avoid Sky Scanner and My Trip. Book directly with the airlines for guaranteed booking and fulfilling the terms and conditions of the flight!     Unfortunately, Skyscanner allow anyone to be offer tickets, including scammers and thugs, I would bet that 50% of all their associates using illegal scam tactics to milk their customers, like edreams, wiki, and many others. It is unfortunate that customers go directly to airline websites to buy tickets they are quoted exoberant figures that they have left no optios other than using Skyscanner and it is associated scammers. Avoid Kiwi, forced to pay for luggage insurance, despite I selected no insurance, they have bundled the total cost into a single number so it is very hard to see the breakdown of what I am paying for. Not happy and will not be using KIWI again, I will stop travelling in the near future, because the whole process is dealing scam artists and disrespect at borders.     I am finding my tickets through skyscanner regularly. Usually, everything go well. I also have an experience of being redirected to 3rd party website, which tried to rip me off big time. In that case, skyscanner helped me get my money back. More details on it: I was redirected to a website alrehlat.com. My flight was cancelled, thus I needed a refund. However, website alrehlat.com started acting like a scam. They were acting against their terms and conditions, denying information from their call center, refusing to clarify refund process, doing miscalculated refund offers, not replying to my mails. At that point, I didn't expect to get any money back. I reported this to skyscanner. To my surprise, skyscanner pressured alrehlat to respond to my mails and eventually they secured me the full refund. Service
    Skyscanner should change their name to Skyscammers and will fit them 100%. The agents they have are all scammers. They don't have actual access to the booking. All they do they are gambling with your money. They charge you less and go try, and most likely, they will not get the price and cancel your reservation. I had a passport appointment in GA and used 2 of their agents. Edreams and Ovago was the worst experience I had in my life. I am serious about this.     Without my permission and by its own will, Skyscanner changed my flight schedule and itinerary causing my business financial losses and headaches. They don't accept phone calls and did not have the decency to email me with the new schedule and itinerary.     Four times paid to book a business class ticket to USA, four times cheap tickets cancelled booking. Skycanner directed to this site. Frustrating experience. Booking was from Geneva to Seattle. One can understand once, four times same excuse after getting the payment. Is it joke or scam? Cheap Tickets has not taken any responsibility for their mistake. It appears no responsibility for such blatant cancellations.     I have used skyscanner for a million times to purchase tickets, but my problem with it is that it still directs people to kiwi.com which is a complete scam. I searched for my tickets on skyscanner and it directed me to kiwi. After I purchased my tickets, kiwi.com canceled my flights, forced me to pay another $400 to change those flights, and when I rejected they said I can get a $50 kiwi credit or no refund at all! They connected me to India to talk to customer reps that repeated the same scripts no matter how many solutions I offered them. I am now going through a transaction dispute process through my bank.     Booked a flight via them with flightcatchers. The picture shows that the flight was flexible and no charges would be made particularly because of COVID so i booked in good faith. I wanted to change the date by just 1 day and flightcatchers wanted £87 for tax and admin charges. Why does skyscanner allow them to falsely advertise like this.     I have been using SkyScanner since January 2014. SkyScanner works with booking all different types of airlines. I've notice that SkyScanner can be used in a good way or a bad way. Depending on where you are located, and the time of year, you can find cheap flights on SkyScanner going to different places all over Europe. Some flights may have long layovers, and other flights may be direct. When I flew from Naples to Luxembourg it took me about 5 hours. Even though, I had a layover it wasn't that long. As long as you plan well and do not fly with a lot of layovers, this is a good site to use. ELG
    I have bad experience with this company. I did reservation they transfer me to travelgenio they show the price and when i paid they cut more without otp. I tried to call them in Spain they put me in hold and no one awnser. Don't trust them

Hemos cancelado tu solicitud de reserva SKYES-******* y reembolsado tu pago de €312,93. Debido al tiempo de procesamiento exigido por los bancos o entidades emisoras de las tarjetas de crédito, puede que tardes hasta 5 - 10 días laborables en ver este pago efectivo en tu cuenta. Por desgracia, no podemos acelerar este proceso debido a las condiciones impuestas por las demás partes. Sentimos las molestias que esto haya podido causarte."... Y yo les pregunto, 1. ¿Acaso yo les pagué con 5 o 10 días hábiles de retraso?, 2. ¿a mí que me importa que el banco retenga el dinero?, yo les pagué a ustedes no al banco, estoy seguro que ustedes tienen ese dinero de sobra para devolvérmelo de inmediato. 3. ¿Por qué ofrecen precios que no pueden mantener?     This business is a scam, they deducted your money immediately, then canceled your flights after 4 days, and asked you wait 10 weeks for refund but pay nothing after 12 weeks. Avoid booking via this page at all cost, you can check the price and book directly with airlines

    NEVER use these 'travel agent' sites which offer the promise of cheap flights but when you xannot take your flight due to CV cancellations they promise to refund but still no funds in my account after almost FOUR MONTHS. Rather pay extra and book direct with airlines. Skyscanner should be called SKYSCAMMER
    Bought tickets to Peru through Skyscanner because it was cheaper than buying from the airlines. When things go well, it works smoothly. But when there are delays (like an 8 hour delay), and you miss your next connecting flight, its a nightmare. Do not buy through skyscanner if there are connecting flights because there is a chance that you will miss your connection and they won't help you. The airlines offer no protection for putting you on the connecting flight because you purchased through a 3rd party and not directly through airline. If its a direct flight then yes, you can risk purchasing your flights through skyscanner. Tip for consumers:Its legit. You can buy tickets through Skyscanner. Just buy direct flights.
