Placed an order before Christmas for 3 items, the package was delivered to the wrong house, and just left on their doorstep, luckily the person bought it round for me, I opened the package and there was only two of the items in there but said there should be all three. Straight away I emailed customer services to let them know there was an item missing, i received an email saying they had investigated and the delivery was non-compliant and would I like the item refunded or re delivered straight away, I replied that I would like it re delivered as it was a Christmas present for my son and it was already the 21st December. After a few days had still not received so I asked for a refund instead as I needed to buy from elsewhere on Christmas Eve, they replied and denied all knowledge of ever agreeing to re-send/refund and said they would have to investigate… this has been ongoing ever since, they are now refusing to refund, saying it was a compliant delivery! I don't know how delivering a package to the wrong house, leaving it on a doorstep without a signature is a compliant delivery. I also sent them a picture of the package showing it was far too small to even fit the missing item in in the first place. My son had to go without the tech fleece that he really wanted for Christmas as I could not afford to buy another one as these are quite expensive.
