Your jewelry will never ship to you on the date they tell you. Per their shipping policy, US orders are supposed to ship within 2-3 business days. I placed an order on 01/14/2025 and until today 01/25/2025 my order has never been shipped out. I placed so many calls out to them, spoke with Karen, she has no clue about customer service or telling customers the truth about manufacturing or shipping the products they sell. Also, chat with Sean neither have a clue on when order will be shipped out. I agree with the last review that It's an outside company that produces all of their products. They always tell the customer they will contact production and will update you, don't get fooled by that you will never receive an update.
