    No response from customer service. Return window small so they don't have to take back items ordered. NEVER order from them again. Shame on Brads Deals for using them.     I brought the hooded Sherpa hoods for Christmas gifts and for 24.99 each you would expect better quality and at least a tag to indicate sizes. This is trash and sizes are way off the 2x is the same size as the large. Will never buy from Tanga again.     Revision, I am very satisfied as I was given a refund from Tanga for this jacket. Thank you. Saw a very cute Lavender teddy bear jacket. It looked so nice and looked like it would at least be somewhat warm. Well, it arrived yesterday. It was jammed into a 10" plastic wrap. It was light as a feather, my first clue. It was Lavender but it was so thin, no type of lining at all and the cuffs and bottom band is so thin and cheap, no elastic. The zipper doesn't look too sturdy either. Pure junk and a waste of $25. I don't have a computer to print a return label and don't want to pay shipping to return it, so I know I'm stuck with it. First and last time ordering. A picture isn't going to help because it won't show any of the above.     I ordered a car seat. 10 days later I receive it. Open the box to find a empty bag,strap and two used kids sleeping bags. Notified paypal and made a claim. Tanga told me they would not do anything for me unless I closed my claim with paypal. I let paypal handle it and received a refund. No Tanga for me..     I have door cams front yard cams yeah it never got delivered to me that's for sure.     I purchased Outdoor solar lights and in less than 60 days they stopped working. They were only $19.99 but when I wrote to Tanga they said they only return up to 30 days and I should have taken out an extended warranty. Just terrible customer service!     I ordered 2 Microsoft Suite 2021 license for life on 02/0724. After I paid I got email giving delivery & tracking #. It never arrived. After 3 was & 6 texts I still haven't received. I was sent digital instructions & they emailed instructions to download. Doesn't work. 1 month later still nothing. Asked for refund. Adrienne said no. It was clearance! Text her back last week and now still waiting for them to respond. NEVER AGAIN will I order something thru Tanga! Not worth the aggravation. Tried toll free #, 3 1/2 on hold. Never answered. After the 3rd week I was told it was digital but when I asked why I was given tracking # and delivery details, Darienne didn't know. I asked for CEO's #, they wouldn't give it.     I purchased two pairs of Gaahuu Womens Sherpa Lined Pull on Slipper Booties from Tanga. When my package arrived there was only one set. I emailed them and they refunded me for one pair and told me to re-order the other pair. I re-ordered and still have not received the second pair. It shows that they were delivered on November 17th, but I never got them. I emailed again on the 29th and am horrified that they asked me to track down my mail carrier and/or go to USPS to try to find the $20 booties. I was disappointed that with the first order I was asked to order another pair of the booties instead of Tanga just sending them. Now after I order them--- they don't come at all? Terrible business. I asked them to refund me my money. They refused because I didn't pay for the insurance, which was way too much to pay and told me to file a grievance with USPS. Unbelievable.     I had the misfortune of ordering some tights for my wife. They arrived a few weeks later, but the fit was terrible, legs would have been great for a pro basketball center. I emailed them, no reply, after waiting too long, I replied again. This time I heard right back, they sent me a return label with the caveat that if they were not defective, I would pay about $11 for the privilege of returning an $11 pair of tights. I wrote back asking if the super long length was considered defective, never heard back. I will never order from them again!     First order went without a hitch. The second time, not so much. When I called into question the authenticity of a '400 Ct 100% Cotton Sheet Set' that felt like synthetic fiber (and had no tags that stated it was), the rep was quick to mention that the item was a final sale.     Be careful when purchasing these items as there are two tests per kit so when Tanga states you will receive 10 tests thats 5 kits at $70.00 each. I purchased these elsewhere before at $35.00 each so its easy to miss that you will only be getting 5 kits and paying double the price. Very sneaky advertising.     Tanga has done a great job of totally insulating itself from any responsibility to the customer... No phone no responses to your inquiry except a form letter response! Try it yourself and see! After weeks i inundated them with please help requests I got ONE reply from a Ms BELL who after I replied took 3 days to respond and said only RETURN LABEL SENT... apparently they want as little interaction as possible and only concentrate on sales... Well sorry customer service comes with being in business... Tanga does not think so... So as long as the products are OK... you are good here... but if anything goes wrong?     The items represented on Tanga's website are accurate, prices are deeply discounted, and shipping is free or reasonable.     Don't try to return an inferior item. They will dock you some of your return cost for no reason at all! There are so many more reputable, kind and good quality items on numerous sites out there. I cannot believe this online sub par shopping site is still in business. I know many who have had a bad experience with Tanga.     Buyer beware! This is one of the worst online retailers that I've ever dealt with. It took 4 attempts and almost 30 days before anyone in customer service responded to my inquiry about a defective product. By the time I got their attention, their stock answer was: " Product only has a 30 day warranty." No apology, or offer to make good on a product that was defective from its very first use! Stay away!     Took my order and then cancelled it. Extremely poor customer service, no response and seems like a shady operation. Hope they shut down their spam marketplace. Products still shows it's available on their website. Shameless people, not sure what they get out of wasting peoples time. The reason for the cancellation was not listed as well, and just get an email 5 days after order placement that it has been cancelled. Amazon is the way to go for everyone.     Please avoid this seller! Although the prices look appealing, you must be very careful to check that the items are not old refurbished ones. Also, the descriptions are extremely deceptive. For instance, " Egyptian Comfort" sheets, not Egyptian cotton. And very flimsy poor quality. I even received some items into which a made up sticker with a brand name had been added... And then you would be stuck with return shipping costs when the item was not the brand that you ordered. Although I received a prompt response when I emailed customer service, the response was essentially. " not our problem ". This site is basically a big scam.     I ordered a makeup bag which was delivered with a shattered mirror and tiny glass particles all inside of the bag( so obviously you cant keep make up in it) it also was very poorly made with threads coming undone right out of the box. I emailed them multiple times with their response being a return label would be sent to me. 2 weeks later I emailed again because I have not received the label and I was then informed they are bankrupt and no returns or refunds are allowed.     Won't buy from Tanga again. Received 2 pairs of sandals that poorly fit my feet due to cheap materials. When i inquired about returning them (their website said EASY returns), they offered a $2 refund due to cost of return shipping.     Hi! I found a great price on a smartphone, and it was delivered a lot faster than they initially quoted. However, I also received another package from them that I did not order.
