The site is a scam from the start as the jersey I bought was printed with the wrong number in the first place (now fixed, since I returned my order and told them why) but they never refunded me, even after confirming receival of my return and 'initiating' my refund. £89.99 is not worth just dropping the case either. I asked Kelly, the sales rep for UK soccer Shop for a refund, but they would not replace the shirt without me returning it, which I did. They claimed to initiate a return for the cost of the jersey, but not the two shipping costs, which were more than the cost of the jersey. Kelly explained that both shipping costs would be refunded as well. The "initiated refund" never happened and Kelly from UK Soccer Shop stop answering my emails. Scam. I thought the prices were either as good or slightly better than other websites. I ordered several items and although they did not arrive as quickly as I initially expected, I was kept fully informed of shipping when the full order was ready, including tracking which was great. One of the tops had to be sourced in which caused a very slight delay. I had one small issue with one of the tops where the printing had not adhered fully on one of the letters. It appeared to me that it was just too high for the printing machine, after debating whether to return or not I fixed this myself ( very carefully, I knew how as I used to do this printing.
