Kelly explained that both shipping costs would be refunded as well. The "initiated refund" never happened and Kelly from UK Soccer Shop stop answering my emails. Scam. I understand it's coming from oversees and then it seems like they print on the shirt once it gets to UK? It's a very long process but the shirt is good.
