I made a purchase from Noracora, based on these reviews. Unfortunately, I found that the items did not match the colors or designs pictured or their website description. Now I face an extraordinary return cost or lost of the overall purchase. Very disappointed. I will not be buying from Noracora again.I didn't have a problem with Zaful until today. I tried to pay for my order at checkout with my debit card, which I made sure five times that it was all the correct info, and it also has way more than enough funds. I kept getting an error message saying the payment method is not accepted. I message customer service (as seen below) and get this responseI ordered 6 bikinis from this website in august. The bikinis were unfortunately sent out in 2 different packages, the first package I received 2 weeks after placing my order. The second package I only got 6 weeks after placing my order, which was very disappointing. 4 of them fit, one of them was too big and the other was wayyyy too small. I ordered the bralette string bikini top in a small, and it was more like a micro bikini, it barely covered my boobs. Though I am really happy with the majority of the bikinis, it was disappointing that those two didn't work out. And that I got the second package so much later, it would have been nice if they at least let me know that they weren't sending all of my bikinis in the same order and when to approximately expect to get it. After receiving the first package I was wondering if they forgot the rest of my order, so their customer service could definitely be improved. But the bikini were good quality and not see through and I will be ordering from zaful in the future!They steal your money and don't deliver. Customer service is terrible and they don't ever get back to you with more than a scriptThe swimsuits from zaful are so cute and cheap. It's an amazing deal and i highly recommend. However, the clothes are sometimes weird fitting so I suggest looking at reviews and pictures before buying them and choosing a size. Shipping takes a little longer than brand name stores, but they have to ship from really far away so that's understandable. Would definitely shop again.I have ordered just once yet. But I totally love this shop. It is not just quite cheap but the products also have a very good and nice quality and I can find clothes which ones aren't in the shops in my country. I first ordered a few pairs of earrings, a choker and a cap. When these things were arrived I fell in love with them (and with Zaful) so I just chose some more things from the website which ones I want to order.Zaful is now my favorite shopping app since the designs and styles are amazing. The quality of the garments was really high and I loved the design so when the customer services sent me a size down that fit great I was very happy! However in a seperate order I bought a jumper (asymmetrical twist front cropped jumper). Well off it looked exactly like it had on the website, including in size! It barely covered my chest. And when I tried it on the entire design didn't work and it was twisted in the wrong ways and wouldn't lie properly. Probably because the garment was so small and tight and the design was supposed to be loose and hang nicely. I can't fault the quality of the material and customer service gave me a refund immediately. Zaful customer service is very good, they have never let me down!When I first heard if Zaful I was a bit weary of online shopping. But I only had positive experiences with them. They have an awesome selection of bikinis, their sizing was accurate and everything I got fit my body in a very flattering way.
