    When I bought the shoes the I used for my vacation I never meant to return it, but the botton of the right shoe came off. When I went to the store Aldo in Victoria Garden, this guy told me: if you don't have the receipt, nothing I can do. I said "I don't want my money back" I want another exact shoes.     I purchased this pair of shoes directly from ALDO at their store in Colombia. After a brief period of normal use, the shoes developed numerous defects, rendering them unwearable as they now look terrible. Despite attempting to contact their customer service for support, I found that they simply don't care. They have low quality products and poor customer service. I advise you to save your money.     The sales Man, Rabih, in le mall Dbayeh - Lebanon, refused to exchange a small item at 41 USD, that was a gift from secret santa.     My wife and I purchased three pairs of shoes at the ALDO store inside the Tyler Mall in Riverside, California on 11/17/2023. At checkout the the store manager (Sabrina) only put two pairs of shoes in the bag. We realize this when we got home. The mall closes at 8:00PM so we were not able to go back the same day. We returned the next day and told the cashier of the issue, the store manager was standing next to the cashier and she remembered my wife and I. She said " I remember you" Told us to hold on and went to the back room. When she came back her attitude was very rude and told us that she had giving us two pairs in the bag and one without a bag. I than told her that was not the case and asked her to check the store cameras. She told me she couldn't check the cameras and there was nothing else she would do and we had to leave the store. I than told her " do you really think we would be coming back if we had the shoes?" I asked her a second time to check the cameras, she said she could not and she was going to call security. She went to the backroom my wife and I waited. She came back and I asked her to give me the contact information to corporate and her supervisor, she told us "get it your self". I asked a second time and she fully ignore the request. I told her "are you going to ignore me?" and she just went on with no response. Security never came. We're out a pair of shoes, the condescending attitude and lack of effort to resolve a customer's concern from a store manager (Sabrina) is a reflection of the lack of service training from ALDO to their store leaders.     I walked into Aldo Polo Park in winnipeg and the older man (about 50 yrs old) did not greet me whatsoever. He was on his phone for 5 whole minutes and when I interrupted his scrolling to ask for a size, he was extremely rude and made it feel like it was a hassle to get the size i wanted only for him to come back and tell me he doesn't have my size and went back to scrolling on his phone.     Placed an order online at aldoshoes.com. At the time the website indicated that shoes are in stock. But after more than two weeks, received an email that order has been cancelled because it was out of stock. This reflects very poorly on the company. Initially it was indicated that the item will delivered within a week but then after two weeks informed that the item has been out of stock. Very poor experience.     So I went in this Aldo's and met a lovely Asian manager named Kelly who treated me better than the salespeople at Gucci. So much so that i brought my family back just on the strength of Kelly and they bought a few shoes and purses. Great service, Awesome merchandise and hospitality. Love her!     I ordered a pair of shoes and the bag to match for my daughter's graduation only to receive two bags. I am leaving in three days and was asked to drive 40 minutes to do the exchange. They do not offer overnight shipment so it looks as though I may not receive the shoes in time. I requested to speak with a manager only to be told, I'll get a call back tomorrow.     I bought one pair of boots for my daughter from Aldo store, but she complained pain to both feet after only wearing one day. I tried to return to the store at Scarborough Town Center, but was denied, both the cashier and the manager are super rude and unfriendly! Then, I started calling customer service. For two weeks, I called everyday, no body answered the phone. I finally got talking to their staff, but they requested multiple pictures of the boots and receipt, I sent all to them. 3 days later, the staff said they didn't receive the receipt and requested me to send again. The fact is I sent the pictures and receipt in one email, why they didn't receive the receipt? Anyway, I sent the receipt again, Another 3 days later, they emailed me back and told me to wait while they assess the qualification of returning. After almost 1 month of emailing back and forth, finally I got the refund. It's so exhausted and I wonder whether the money is worthy of my energy and time! Now, I find the reviews on this site, really should check the review before buying! Don't buy Aldo's products unless you want yourself angry and frustrated everyday!

    Ordered shoes and have been waiting over a month. Reached out and asked them to cancel order. They told me they're out of stock and they'll send me the shows when they're in stock.
