However, the agent didn't inform me that I would pay $640+ to select a seat! This is business class! You would think that you can get assigned seating once you reserve. Even that as it may, the agent didn't inform me that I would need to pay extra. I would have taken that extra cost in consideration when choosing the airline to fly in. Also, most agencies have reserved seating for their customers, but not ASAP. In other words, even though I paid for a higher business class, I still need to pay extra to get assigned seats. Upfront information would have been useful. The agent has now been avoiding me and refusing to take my calls. Our last agreement was we are going to try this month. But he has disappeared.
