No longer. You get 30 days to return or exchange an item, even for store credit. If you buy on line and want to exchange in the store, the item has to be returned and then purchase what you want. So if you got in on sale on line and you need a different size, you lose the sale price. I will never shop here again. They have lost a good customer. Two months ago I placed an order with them. They shipped the wrong items. They required us to ship them back which we did and we even have a confirmation from them that they got it. Go online to their chat and after 45 minutes they'll tell you they will have someone get back to you. But of course they don't. They will just steal your money! "we will get back to you" is what they say but won't give you an email address so you can send your proof. She told me I'd get my money back in ~5 days if I took the package to Staples (that's an office supply company, which makes no sense.) I said I'd stick with taking it to UPS (an actual parcel service company). She told me it will take ~15 days for my refund to process if I use UPS.
