Let tell you my story - I order a pair shoe for my mom - 79.99 plus air shipping 40.98 2-3 days it claimed on there site - order it on Dec 26 it now Jan 02 - firstly they claim they don't ship on saturday or sunday no where on there site states anywhere - secondly I contact DHL and DHL claim they never sent it Fullbeauty never shipped - shipping label was created - but nothing was ever sent - I spent over 130.00 - in addition they are claim they won't provide a refund 35 day after I purchase - because they can't figure out if the item was shipped or not. They literally don't know there head from their $#*!. $#*!tiest company deal - don't purchase anything from them - customer useless, management - anyone that works there is useless. With other companies there are willing to send another product if both arrive at the same time - i did the honest thing and return the first one.
Tip for consumers:DON'T EVER SHOP - THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THERE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE - THERE REFUND POLICY DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES AND ITEM NOT EVEN SHIPPED - DHL EVEN CLAIM THEY NEVER RECEIVED - THEY ARE LIARS, NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
Products used:None - so far haven't received - because it was never - they claim I have to wait 35 days in order to see if product will get to my mom house - even though i paid 40.68 for air shipping 2-3 day max shipping - DHL claim they never sent it to begin with.

Date of experience: January 2, 2025Ordered for Christmas. What i bordered was not close to picture and returned via UPS and signed for Jan 6th. Here it is mid February and no response. Clothes are cheap and no where near the picture. This is a scam when you spend 26.00 to return items andcno refund. BUYER BEWARE.
Date of experience: January 6, 2025First, their clothes are cheap garbage which wouldn't be too bad as you know what your getting and they do have decent reduction in prices, HOWEVER, they screw you over with the shipping. The shipping has nothing to do with their actual cost of shipping, but by the amount of money you spend and they don't even have a limit like free shipping with $75 or whatever. So, you end up paying a whole lot more than the cheap garbage is worth. They charge you for returns, exchanges, restocking and reorders. They can never just have a sale like most stores do, like 25% off site wide. No, you need a PhD in economics to figure out how to get a decent price for something. This is an indication that the entire thing is a ripoff and you never really get any sales. Once you order from them, you will get at least 10 to 20 calendars a week. I'm done with this company!.
Date of experience: June 23, 2024I ordered a man's shirt; received a woman's brassiere. Went online, authorized return, including QR code. Credit card charge was disputed by bank and not paid. FullBeautyBrands now extorting me for $18.38 for return shipping claiming I never told them I was returning item. I paid this fee just to get rid of the dunning letters and phone calls. What a scam: I threw good money after bad for their mistake.
WARNING: if same thing happens to you, watch your credit card transactions for fraudulent charges from Full Beauty Brands.
Tip for consumers:I ordered a man's shirt; was sent a woman's brassiere. Returned shirt after authorizing the return on their website, including QR code. Paid by credit card; bank reversed charges. Full Beauty Brands is now charging me for return shipping. I paid it just to stop the dunning notices and phone calls. I'm paying for their mistake...

Date of experience: June 15, 2023I also had a really bad experience. The website states refunds are easy. NOT true. When I contacted them because the sizing was way off, they told me there was no such order number, yet it was the number on my invoice. Then I tried via my email address and was transferred to someone who hung up on me when they learned it was a return. I waited a few days and tried my order number again but still they had "no record". I also tried to initiate a return on their website, with the same result. Sadly it cost me $400. I am beyond upset because I don't have that kind of money to throw away!

Date of experience: November 13, 2023My credit card was fraudulently used to order a swimsuit from this business. The Credit Card company reversed the charge after I disputed it. Full Beauty Brands decided to bill me anyway. I received about 5 billing statements from Full Beauty Brands, (long after the fraud was reported), claiming that I needed to pay for merchandise that I never bought. There was no receipt copy enclosed. I contacted my Credit Card company and they told me, don't worry about it, the purchase has already been reported as fraud.
This company has demonstrated very deceitful, unethical business practices. Beware!

Date of experience: August 2, 2023I will NEVER order from them again. I returned a pair of boots because they ended up being too small. I purchased their label for $10.99 to return them, which I never saw an invoice for. With this label you are given places that will return the order. They don't tell you the size of the box will be an issue. So I had to send it back myself, paying AGAIN. Then I started getting late fees. When I called I was told 1. There was a late fee from 2022 that was never paid. 2. they would not write the fees off, even if I paid the 10.99 that I didn't know about. 3. kept getting told I needed to go into my account to see my balance. IF I had made a purchase I might do that. But why look at my account if I returned my purchase? I was able to speak to a supervisor. Out of desiring to end that call of nearly half an hour I ended up paying 34.97 for shipping and that label. I am totally disgusted with them. Do NOT order from these people! I will be blocking their emails from my address.

Date of experience: February 17, 2024Recently, a package was delivered to the wrong address (FedEx photo showed a different building), and the customer service rep said I needed to make a police report for them to even consider a replacement or a refund. I apologetically called the police to make a report for a $50 jacket, and even THEY were shocked at the shoddy way this company does business. In addition, everything for this missing package report or even a regular return is done on paper via snail mail. If you ask for credit for a future purchase, it takes weeks to get a letter in the mail with the credit voucher. I'm very disappointed with this sham way of handling missing deliveries as well as refunds.

Date of experience: October 3, 2023My package was delivered and left in front of my door. I was home and Fed Ex did not bother to knock on the door, they just left it in front of the door. I did not know the package was there and someone just took it. It was only $47.87 and they would not replace it. They said that I have to file a police report and they will evaluate it. I am so disappointed with them as I have been a customer for quite some time. Now I don't want to deal with them anymore.

I've been a customer for years, ordering for delivery to both Canada and the U.S., and it has always been difficult, but never an outright bait and switch like my last order. The cart showed my location as "Canada", all my items received a 50% off discount. But when the order was completed, the discount disappeared and I was charged full price. I won't be ordering anything more.

Called several times and finally got a weird answer. The restocking fee was the price for one sham. How absurd! I reversed the fee to make them go away. Now they have recharged me the full $18.97 all over again for both shams. When does this nonsense ever end? What an unprofessional company Karma Fernelius

Date of experience: July 12, 2023This bank is ridiculous and one of the most difficult to Full Beauty customer service could provide me with the correct return information needed to return the items. To obtain the correct return shipping information, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I received confirmation that Full Beauty received the items before my next bill was due. When these items were returned, I should have had a $0 balance on my account. Instead, they charged me a late fee of $37.00. From now on, I won't do business with Comenity Bank.
Tip for consumers:I will never order anything from Full Beauty ever again

Date of experience: November 5, 2023This company has no customer service, Order never order but charged to my card, company refuses to refund. Do not deal with these people, they are not a USA company, they are companies in many jurisdiction that have no guaranteed delivery and no refund policies they have to honor, even the credit card company has no way to get them to refund the money as their legalized deliveries do not have to prove they delivered. Only a website updated with Delivered, that is not delivered.
Tip for consumers:If you see a charge on your credit card charge from this company report it to the Police, we need to get this companies credit card privileges removed so they do not fraudulently charge consumers and not deliver.

In September since I live in a warmer climate therefore I did not have any reason to wear the booties at that time. In November a few days after the 60 day window expired I called and was put on hold several times and disconnected trying to speak with a supervisor. After an hour I was told to contact the executive email where I stated my case, they cited there return/exchange policy. I then sent a letter to the president of Full Beauty Brands asking for an accommodation to EXCHANGE the boots for a larger size as of today 1/3/24 I have not received a response. I will not spend one penny with them again

Date of experience: January 3, 2024Well, I have not had problems such as the ones listed in the reviews before mine. Overall, I have been satisfied with what I got. I just wish that they would show you more about a product than they do. It's hard to tell how thick material is, and how comfortable. But so far what I have ordered worked fine. I did have to return a few items that my mother ordered. While they took them back, and she did get credit for them, they do charge a restocking fee. Overall, I have been happy with my experience with them. My last purchase was the photo posted below. It got exactly what I was expecting, and love this dress. I'm sorry that others did not have the same experience.
Date of experience: August 18, 2018The clothes were of all different sizes from the different "stores" and it didn't matter that I scrutinized the size charts as well as the reviews before purchasing, not one single item fit properly. Most were gigantic, even when sized down. That is not what made me write a review. It was the horrid return policy and the fact that I had to pay for the return was bad enough, but some of my order arrived weeks after the rest - and when I had to return that - for the same outrageous fee, I practically had to pay them to take back their ill fitting clothing. Buy it on Amazon and make them pay Amazon's fees if they are too thick to see the benefit to offering free returns.

Tip for consumers:Free shipping on Amazon. There's a chat box, but no one was there to respond and you cant open a new one because that one remains open, yet I can't find how to get back to it.

When I purchased these items I was told there were free exchanges. However, when I started the exchange process I found that since I used my paypal account I could only return the items. Also since they shipped them with separate invoices I would be deducted $9 for each one. That is more than they charged me for the original shipping!
I will never buy from this company again!

Date of experience: March 30, 2020I have been shopping this online store for years, back when it was Lane Bryant. Recently placed a large order and found they have eliminated the FullBeauty Club. This allowed you to pay $19 and you got $2.99 shipping all year. They have also shortened their return window/exchange window from 90 to 60 days and will not give any exceptions even for long time customers. Customer service was nill. I am stuck with poor quality shoes and leggings that are just too large because I was not aware of the return policy changes. Will be very selective in shopping there in the future.

I've returned wrong items sent to me for exchange and they just credit me instead of doing the exchange. Also, sometimes you can find their items on Amazon for better prices!
Date of experience: January 22, 2020Some of the best clothing I've ever ordered was from FullBeauty and its affiliated companies but that was years ago when I could find good quality clothing there. Now most of their stuff is made from polyester and other manmade fabrics, which means I've been giving them a pass for a while. Then I spotted their Classic Fair Isle Coatigan advertised in a Facebook ad and, to my surprise, found the fabric described in the ad as "60% Cotton, 40% Rayon." That's more rayon than I'd like but enough cotton to suit me. So, I ordered it, it arrived about a week later, color and fit exactly as described. However, I knew as soon as I opened it, from the smell and the feel, that it wasn't cotton, or rayon for that matter. The inside label revealed the garment is 100% acrylic (see photo). I went to the website to leave a review and found there is no option to leave a review for this product; which is why I'm posting it here. This will be my last purchase from FullBeauty or any of its affiliated companies.
