    I ordered a dress for New Year's and I ordered it on December 28 pay the extra next day air shipping. They shipped it the next day and now it's saying you will arrive on January 2. I called and spoke to an individual and he said you will receive it by Saturday the 30th called back and asked to speak to a manager and the manager was rude and did not care. Do not purchase anything from BB. They are the worst and they have the worst customer service. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    Please always calculate at checkout I do not trust them. I had several bad experiences with them, the last one was yesterday. I bought couple of dresses but one of them was one of the expensive ones, was at a v good price. Okay I understood that they have moved locations. I received a refund email for the expensive one yesterday although it is still available on the website but at full price they told me there is something wrong with our website. Till now it shows available. I called customer care which they do not care. Then to a supervisor which totally you are the last of her concerns, she made me feel like a beggar. Lastly I asked her to grant me the discount that got on that dress so i can reorder it or any of the same price dresses she said i will give you a discount but on specific dresses. Of course some of these that are sitting in the ware house and no one is buying them.Shame on them. One more thing quality and styles are not worthy anymore. In their case Customer care should be who cares.

The process of rectifying this mistake has added further frustration to my experience. After checking for the return policy I was shocked,the return policy also so difficult. Moreover, the replacement process has been an inconvenience. I had to pack and return the incorrect item, bearing all the expenses and inconveniences involved in returning a package. This added unnecessary hassle to an already frustrating situation. Overall, this experience has left me questioning the procurement and fulfillment processes in place. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service have eroded my trust in the company. It is disheartening to see such a disregard for order accuracy and customer satisfaction. I genuinely hope that the company takes my feedback seriously and uses it to improve their internal mechanisms to prevent such discrepancies in the future. I would advise potential customers to be cautious when ordering from this company and to double-check their received items for accuracy. In conclusion, my experience with this order has been highly unsatisfactory due to the incorrect product I received and the subsequent difficulties in resolving the issue.     I used to be a regular at Bebe, Reps called me for the new arrivals. But since the switch of ownership, it's gone down the drain. I don't feel like purchasing from them due to inefficiency, unprofessionalism, horrible policies and basically not caring about customers. Their sizes are not true to size so we have to not only pay for the shipping fees twice but also a higher price than the original purchase price. I feel like NOT shopping at all. I have useless items in my closet with tags attached because they don't take it back. Well sizes are not true. My loss but most importantly their loss.     I bought a pair of shoes from Macy's and they have torn apart just by being walked in. I don't do anything crazy in these besides walking down streets for everyday tasks (e.g. Walking to buy groceries). Shoes should not be worn down this easily just by walking in them. I tried to get a refund or replacement and was told I could not be given one since they weren't purchased online. Waste of $40, they otherwise could've been very cute.     Some people say Bebe is too tacky but I think it's super-sexy. I love their mini-skirts and tops. Their website has even more stuff than their stores and sometimes there are deals you can't find anywhere else. No matter how old I get, I'll always be a Bebe fan!
    Bebe hides behind policy and does not work with customers. They have a tag on dresses that, it removed, they will not allow you to return the item. Unfortunately the tag is on the side of the dress and is very easy to pull off when pulling a snug dress up. All other tags are on and they will not refund me for the dress. Yvonne, supervisor was extremely unhelpful and hid behind policy vs trying to make customer happy. Now I have a store credit with a store I will never do business with again.     I tried buying some tops. None of the promo codes on their website worked, even the one written under the item. I signed up with my email for a discount. They didn't send me anything back. The size chart is not very helpful. It seems very expensive to me for a clothing company that has no store and you can't try anything on and if it's the wrong fit I have to pay to return. Some items look really nice. But their website says if anything on sale you can't return it. Service Returns
    Putting aside that all of their products are cheep and over priced, I called for help with my item and the women on the phone had such an attitude I didn't even bother proceeding with my purchase.     How about this one? I bought a pair of shoes/sneakers... Bebe brand... from Marshall's about a month ago. The heel on one of the shoes has collapsed on the inside. There is no way I can wear them! I've contacted Bebe many times now and they tell me "sorry" there is nothing they can do about it because I bought them at a store and not t online. Well Marshall's will not take them back either. So now I am stuck with a 40.00 pair o f sneakers I can't wear! So... i'm Assuming Bebe is dealing seconds to the department stores now!

    The won't let me redeem my $90 gift card! I tried several times, spoke with several people that said I can use it and when I try to pay won't allow me.     12 September - Ordered two items 28 September – Bebe shipped two items 28 September – Two items delivered 6 October - Returned one item, wrong size 6 October - Ordered different size for the item returned, they don't do exchanges 11 October – Bebe received the one returned item 14 October - Second order for different size was cancelled by Bebe, out of stock 14 October - Funds for second out of stock order were refunded 18 October - Called Bebe to determine status of refund for item returned on 11 October. They told me I had to wait 20 business days 7 November – 20 business days plus 30 minutes from receipt of returned item, I called Bebe to find out the status of my refund. They initiated the refund at that time, while I was on the phone. There are numerous things wrong here. The slow shipping, over 2 weeks, there is no indication that the wait is going to be that long. Oh yeah they wave the COVID flag, but no indication of exactly what that wait is going to be. No exchanges. An inventory system that isn't accurate, a 20 business day from receipt to refund policy and finally I had to call to initiate the refund. I hope Elon Musk buys this company so he can fire all of them and start over. I will never do business with this company again. Tip for consumers:Go elsewhere.     Bebe use to be my Favorite store but not anymore. I returned a dress that I tried on for a minute with no make up or anything and they refuse to refund my money by aclaiming that there was an stain on the dress. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE, BEBE IS A BIG SCAM AND I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BEBE AGAIN.
    Ordered item, next day item listed for 1/2 off. Asked for price adjustment, not able. Ok, was told to order again and return. Ordered again, at cheaper price(sale) but size was to small. Correct size available, asked for exchange and was told no returns on final sale price. Love the product just wanted to exchange what was clearly available instead of being stuck with two of the same item.     ANYTHING that I have purchased from BeBe that is painted, leather, or faux leather, has peeled and fallen apart-- looks like a horrible sunburn that is finally sluffing off. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. $200 or more for a pair of shoes/boots/jacket... SMH.

    Something has changed with Bebe.com and not for the better. Their return policy has gotten worse. If you return something and used a gift card for any portion, they will not refund to the credit card if even if your purchase exceeded the gift card amount by a large margin. After repeated issues with returns, I will never order from them again. Too bad too, because I used to love this clothing line.
    I decided to Xmas shop on Bebe's website. I purchased a total of $221 in items on November 18th. They were delivered on November 23/24 time frame. Since they were Xmas gifts, the individual did not have the opportunity to receive them until Xmas. Given all the airline delays@ that time, they received them two days after Xmas. The items did not fit. I attempted to return them via their website. It would not allow me to. I looked up BeBe's corporate office address & sent the items there only for them not to be accepted. I found another address & sent the items there with a signature required upon delivery on both attempts. The items were accepted. I received confirmation of delivery from the USPS. Time went on, and I never received a refund. A filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California - where BeBe corporate office is located. The Atty. General acknowledged receipt of my correspondence and contacted BeBe. They did not respond. After still not receiving no refund, I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. The cc company contacted BeBe, which BeBe did not respond right away. Their response was that I did not cancel the order and I received the items. The submitted proof of delivery to me. This was not the issue. I submitted proof of me sending the items back and proof of delivery with a signature. They never responded to the cc company. On April 11th, I received notification that the conditional credit f $221 issued by the cc company on 2/16 is now permanent. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BEBE.     I have order 2 items over $240. Delivery man never hand it to me the package but he left the package outside my door where the package was stolen. After contacting the customer service- sent them an email with the footage that package was stolen. Customer service replied back stated that they won't help me sorry. I've asked them to resend the items and this time they need to ask the delivery man to hand the package to me directly but bebe costumer services didn't reply to me and blocked my email. They stole my money - shame on you for blocking my email and I am unable to email them again. My email bounced back. Shame on you for doing this to customer and stealing $240.     Ordered a $160 dress on April 23rd. It's June 28 and they haven't shipped it yet. When I emailed them and asked for a refund, they send me a scammy reply about understanding my feelings because I wanted the dress so much (how stupid do they think I am?) and that they will offer 20% off REGULAR PRICED items on my next order. This is so crazy. I'm calling my bank. $#*!ing stupid.
    Love the fitting of this clothing and they keep in trend every season starting with color and fabrics
