I placed an order and did not receive confirmation of the order being processed or shipped. After 10 days I reached out to B Glowing to inquire about my order of various hair products. They proceeded to cancel my entire order and stated in a generic automated email with the message "item is no longer available". All four items are no longer available? Do you not have the inventory to ship to your customers? Why not have a customer service rep reach out to me to offer alternatives? They obviously don't care about their customers so I'll take my business elsewhere for my Oribe hair products. I don't recommend this company so beware! And, the products that b-glowing carries are quite unique. My new favorite lip gloss is from a brand I had never heard of until I found it at b-glowing. Shipping is always super fast and I've never had an incorrect order. The site is also really easy to navigate and shop by brand, by concern, or by product type. It's my go to for all things beauty! I bought because it said you can return within 30 days. I used for about 14 days and it was making the area around my eyes itch. I asked for a way to return it. I was told that I could not return it because I purchased it on sale. The fine print says returns on non-sale items. Here's exactly what it says for returns"If for some reason you are not happy with your non-sale, gently used, item within 30 days of receipt."
