I received a 30% off coupon with free shipping for spending at least $49. The coupon code does not work. I emailed the company numerous times requesting a corrected code or a rebate for the shipping. No response at all. After reading the other posted comments, I am glad they did not respond as I probably would not have gotten my order anyway! Products used:I ordered from Target and Amazon. ServicePlace the order with expedited shipping they called Verified Our order then canceled it because an item was out of stock without bothering to email call anything still no refund not a very good company not very professional. Just a kids party no big deal HaShipping is ridiculous. And on top of that if we want to return something we have to pay for the return on top of only getting refunded for the item and not shipping. I've been waiting for my refund for 3 weeks almost now, I've done called 3 time about my refund and their excuse is Covid19, however that's A bunch of hogwash. The lady this time was so rude and told me to get over it her name was BRITTANY if I can recall. I've been reaching out all day to customer service to find out what's going on with my order and all they've been doing is telling me "it's shipping today" nobody decided to figure out what's the hold up on my order and why it's taking so long. The order I sent back shipped out with NO ISSUE all of sudden my new order is delayed, This company is truly disgusting. With all of the sad things that are going on they should make sure people have THEIR birthday merchandise so they can enjoy these sad times and make the best of it.
