    This place has zero customer service. Good luck ever getting in contact with anyone. They didn't fully refund my return and I had no way of contacting anyone because they took down all of their contact information. After going through several links of what I thought would lead me to something useful, it asked for me to put in my order number (which I copied and pasted from my order email) and it said it was incorrect.     I order over 4 months ago and they sent me the wrong items. I emailed them straight away, they said they'd send through a free returns, I never got it and put a request in for a refund. After much back and forth and having to get my bank involved after 4 months I finally got my money back - not including shipping which I had to pay for their mistake items to be delivered to me.     I placed an order using a promo code which brought my total to $36. Once o entered my card info and pressed "pay" I received an error saying " please check shipping and try again" nothing was wrong with my addy but I entered it again then pressed pay and when I received the order confirmation it said $61. I reached out to customer service spoke to 3 different people bc each person kept sending me an automated msg and stopped responding. The last person said they can't cancel my order and once I receive my order after Valentine's Day (which defeats the whole purpose of my order) then I can return it and wait 15 days for a refund.     I recently placed an order for nearly a dozen items for my wife, who typically wears a US size 2-4. Unfortunately, the store did not have anything smaller than a US 4 in Petite sizes. After confirming the sizes and item counts, I proceeded to pay for the order. However, upon receiving my receipts, I noticed that all but two dresses had the correct sizing, while the two in error reflected a US 8. Immediately, I contacted BH customer service and was directed to an Apple chat option, where I spoke with both Skye Rae and Jude. Despite explaining the situation, they offered no solution other than to return the items once received. I find it unreasonable to expect that coupons would update the order to fix such an error, especially since the items were the same but in different colors, indicating a potential system error. Both representatives were unresponsive to my request and only provided a UK sizing chart, which did not address the issue at hand. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I have been a loyal customer of ASOS for years and have never encountered such issues.     I had very low expectations based on the reviews I read on this site, but they had a dress that looked exactly like what I wanted and at less than $30 it seemed worth the risk. I'm so glad I went for it! I followed their size guide and the fit was perfect, it feels well made and the fabric is good quality.     I ordered seven dresses, all of them were suppose to be the same size, they all came in different sizes, and three were defective. I emailed them right away, to return the items for a refund. They ignored emails, I kept emailing, then they asked for details, they kept asking for more things like rewrite the entire items codes, send picture etc. I jumped through hoops, and they didn't want a return. I involved Paypal, we waited weeks for a response. I had a trip, and told Paypal that if they respond while I'm out of town I won't be able to reply. Paypal said it was alright, if that happens the case would close but I can reopen. This happens, I'm then informed I can't reopen, but I can start a dispute using Visa. They then lied to Visa, claiming that I haven't returned the items which is why they couldn't refund, and that I missed their return time period. But they are the ones who took MONTHS to respond to Visa, weeks to respond to Paypal, and to my emails. They did this on purpose, and found a way to prevent having to give me their address, and a return shipping label.     If I could rate them lower I would. I returned an order of five items, four t-shirts and one pair of earrings. The person who checked my return has left the earrings in the bag that has been discarded of. They refuse to issue me a refund because of this lazy mistake made within their company. The garments themselves were returned because of the sheer lack of quality! The way I have been treat by the customer service team is appalling I've sent multiple emails and no response whatsoever. Lazy untrained employees who all need either sacked or trained properly on how to check the contents of a bag and respond to emails in a timely manner.

    Shipping use to be only $11CAD for full order no matter what, now it is $16.99. Big jump in price. Plus they do not offer exchanges, and now pre-charge you $15CAD in order to gain return label. Sizing is very off when it comes to foot wear. As an example, size 7 CAD is equal to size 4 UK however ordering through BooHoo when you order size 7 CAD on the website they give you size 5 UK therefore it is way too big and I have to return it for smaller size. This is where my earlier comment comes in. So I already paid $16.99 for shipping of my order, now I have to pay $15 for return label to ship the invoorect sizing shoes back. And if I want to reorder the shoes in smaller size I have to pay another $16.99 as they do not provide exchanges and it is their error that they are incorrectly sizing in their website. So that means $48.98 in shipping alone to do this process. That is extremely costly in my opinion Buyer be careful!     I ordered two dresses from Boohoo and it's impossible to return them. There's no phone number to get help and the website won't accept the order numbers or email address or my phone number, which are all typed in correctly to start the return. The website says they don't have any information that corresponds with the information I provided, therefore the return can't be started. When I tried the robot chat it doesn't answer my questions or address the problem, it just keeps asking what it can help with and ignores my questions.     I have always had great things to say about Boohoo have spent hundreds of dollars with them in the last few years. I must say I am very disappointed with my last 2 orders and shipping. I have paid extra for express shipping yet don't get for days over express time. They used to use DHL, and now FedEx. I am not sure I will be ordering anymore from Boohoo because of this.

    1st (and last!) experience has been awful, simple enough reason to make return, the system is slow, full of problems, eventually managed to organise a return via evri with printing label ourselves, problem is the returnlable to print "has failed" ie it does not exist to print, now cannot get any so called help from Boohoo to recognise the problem or even understand the problem!
