    Stay away from Bunchesdirect.com! After losing my original package they resent another the day of my event and it never arrived. They promised a full refund in an email and then never followed through. Now they are just flat out refusing to refund me and are doing it in a rude an unprofessional manner.

    We were in a pinch and during a pandemic trying to still have our wedding (June 20th) We thought because we were ordering online it would be fine, after all they do no contact drop off. They don't tell you that if you live outside of x range they ship it through a regular postal service. We live in kitchener and received flowers from DHL. No big deal, I'm sure it's economical for them... Considering they didn't ship our flowers with any kind of water source in over 30 degree weather inside a box with no air vents. Yeah they warn that the flowers will be thirsty. NO KIDDING! If you leave flowers out of water for a whole day and ship them in a non-refrigerated vehicle in the depth of summer they'll be thirsty? Weird. The flowers we ordered were white roses, baby's breath, star of Bethlehem, and myrtle. Thinking I can perk them back up I put them immediately in water in the basement bathroom, away from anything (no breeze/drafts) and in cool temperature. Nope. By the time we tried to use them for our ceremony the heads were bent and falling off. The star of Bethlehem never bloomed, and myrtle was half bald, and the baby's breath had started to brown. I did my best, but did they really do theirs when they shipped them? We were gifted replacements from my parents (from Costco) because they were so dissapointed at the lack of communication and we couldn't afford anything else. But because everything is in the middle of a pandemic and was done in a rush we didn't take pictures of our garbage flowers, and because we trusted the quality that they could be revived we didn't ask for a credit in time (within 12hours of receiving them) and were denied. We emailed the person who contacted us about an original miscommunication 2 separate times about this matter and got nothing back. Then a few days ago we were asked to make a review so here it is. Would not recommend. EVER!

    They advised us to order so the flowers would arrive 2 days in advance so the blooms would open. We did, and refrigerated the bouquets immediately. The flowers looked beautiful until the morning of the 2nd day (the wedding day). The petals were brown and droopy. I called right away, but since it was a Saturday and I'd need the flowers that evening, I was told replacement flowers could not be there in time. I called again about a week later when family was gone & festivities were over and was told SORRY, YOU HAVE TO CALL WITHIN 12 HOURS OF DELIVERY FOR A REFUND. After wasting much of my time explaining that I did exactly what they advised, they decided to give me a credit of $50. Get this, I went to use it and the credit is on the flowers only - not delivery. You can't have anything delivered from their site for under $40 unless you order over hundreds of dollars to get free shipping. WHAT A FARCE! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A WONDERFUL EVENT! The extra money spent elsewhere would have been well worth it!
    We just wanted to say a huge thank you for the incredible flowers for our wedding. We absolutely adored them and I was completely overwhelmed walking into the ceremony room for the first time with everything in place. The mix of flowers and colours was just perfect and I really can't express how much I loved them!

    I really liked this shop, because you can find a lot of beautiful bouquets. I ordered a bouquet of red roses and was very happy when I received it on time. It was in perfect packaged condition. I'm going to buy more. Thank you.
    I work as wedding planner, and I bought bulks SO many times. They deliver well flowers to any spot I've ordered. Nice choice for wedding planning.
    Just now If I could give Bunches Direct zero stars, I would! This company is the worst! Do NOT order from them! I spent $319 on fresh lilacs for arrangements for my niece's wedding. I also ordered bulk flowers from several other companies at the same time. The standard instructions are to remove the flowers from packaging upon arrival, trim the stems, and place them in room temperature water. This was what I did with all of my orders and had no issues. When my lilacs arrived from Bunches Direct, the included instructions stated to LEAVE THE PLASTIC SLEEVES ON THE BLOOMS UNTIL READY FOR USE, but trim stems and place in water... which I did. I just chalked it up to the fact that the lilac blooms were more delicate, thus the request to leave the plastic sleeve on. Fast forward two days to the day before the wedding when I am assembling bouquets. I began to cut the plastic on the lilacs... only to discover that they were all rotted! They were soggy, moldy, and not one bloom was usable! I immediately took pictures and emailed the company. Their response was to tell me how sorry they were that I had received flowers that, they concurred, didn't live up to the standards they hold as a company, and they would be in touch with the grower. HOWEVER, their "policy" is that if you don't report an issue, including photos, within 12 hours of receiving them, they would not offer any refund. They would, however, be happy to extend me a discount on any future orders. Are they f'ing kidding me?! Who does business that way?! On one hand they agree that the flowers sent me were awful, but on the other hand, they are saying what equates to, basically... tough sh_t! I explained AGAIN in a second email, that, because the instructions said to leave the plastic sleeve on the blooms until ready for use, I had no way of detecting the sub par condition of the order! They then sent me a condescending email with a generic "flower care instructions" guide... which made no sense as these were not the instructions accompanying the lilacs I ordered! So I spent $319 on moldy flowers that no one will offer me a refund on... but they agree we're awful. Someone please help me understand this nightmare!
    I came to the organization of my sister's wedding with full responsibility. One of the important issues that had to be solved was where to order flowers.     I want to give this company no stars but that is not an option. This company is nothing but a sham. Their website shows they are recommended by very well known bridal companies and continually scrolls glowing customer reviews but it is all fake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I placed an order via phone and the man I talked to was VERY rude. He said he would not guarantee delivery since my home address (lived there for years) was not coming up on his computer. When I tried to cancel the order less than 10 minutes later he refused and would not give me his name or his supervisor. He kept saying he was the only supervisor and would not assist me. I have filed complaints with the BBB and my bank regarding this company.
    We got married June 27th at a destination wedding. It is a hot location and the flowers came on time, perfectly wrapped and very fresh. Two days after the wedding, the bouquets look as beautiful as the moment they arrived. Highly recommend using them.
    I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers received from this company, as well as the way the refused to fix the situation. Flowers were received on Thursday, with the wedding being on Saturday. Upon taking the flowers out of the box, we noticed most of the roses were wilted with brown spots. The cake topper had roses which had already turned brown as well. My MOH called Customer Service, and we were told to follow the care guide, which we already had. We knew that the water would perk them up, but that's not going to get rid of the brown spots. We sent them four different pictures that evening, and put together arrangements using what we could. Out of the 50 roses I had, we were able to use 30. I had 6 centerpieces, 3 bouquets, and 6 jars that were lining our aisle that I had planned on using the roses in. Being on a budget, as many brides likely are if they are doing their own flowers, I had counted on using every flower in the shipment. But I reasoned the company would fix it. I just wanted what I paid for. Friday AM, my MOH begins corresponding again with Customer service. They indicate they have only received one picture, when we had sent four that showed the full bunch of roses and the overall brown tint in many of them, a close up of my cake topper that had browned roses, rot that was present in a bunch of the hydrangea, and two close ups of specific roses that should have never even made it into the shipment. It was apparent there was NO quality control in the shipment whatsoever. Fast forward to 4PM that afternoon, and Customer Service is still indicating they received only one photo, and essentially explained that they couldn't do anything for us as far as getting more flowers to us. We wound up having to go out Saturday morning to buy more flowers. The roses we had put in the bouquets had also turned brown by that point. I will be looking into legal means of getting a refund on the product that could not be used.
    Bunchesdirect, tell you that they will make your wedding day perfect with their flowers... NOT! I ordered 100 red roses for my daughter's wedding which was on Saturday Aug 15. I ordered them to be here at my house on Thursday Aug 14 as I was making the bouquets and boutonnieres. When they arrived they came in a box in a non air conditioned purrolator van and it was 34 degrees centigrade that day! When I opened the box all one hundred roses were useless they had all dropped their heads and the box was full of petals and stems with no roses on them! I called up BUNCHESDIRECT to tell them and they asked me to send pictures whitch I did! They said they were going to send new flowers. They arrived the next morning at 11:00 am and once again in the heat of 29 degrees no cold purrolator truck again! I opened the box of 100 roses to find them burnt and blackened. Once again I phoned Bunchesdirect and they told me to send pictures... Well I did. I sent them a picture of the box and the state of the black roses which they said I needed to peel the layers off and then the flowers would be ok! I peeled all the leaves off until there were no black leaves and there was no more flower! They told me they would not refund me my money. I sent more pictures but no they only looked at one photo, just one, and they counted seven black roses that they could see and only refunded me seven dollars. They absolutely ruined my daughter's wedding flowers until my husband went out to Costco and bought up all the red roses from them so I could make the bouquets! They, BUNCHESDDIRECT LIE outright on their site about the state in which the flowers come to you... Total breach of promise! NEVER BUY YOUR FLOWERS FROM THEM EVER!
