The Product came late. Customer service wasnt too bad, sometimes took a couple days for a response. Would buy again from them only if sale was really great. Otherwise, I'd go with others and just avoid hassle.

BuyDig shipped relatively quick considering the holidays coming up. TV arrived with no damaged and I am happy. Their staff reached out to me to make sure everything went good with my order.
Date of experience: December 14, 2023Ordered and paid for an 83" LG TV. Was to be home delivered within 2 to 10 days. After 16 days and numerous texts, phone calls, emails, no delivery date. They didn't want to cancel the sale even though they breached the contract. Finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Tried to talk a supervisor at customer service but they were always busy. I recommend staying away from this company.

I received my Sony Bluetooth speaker came in a timely manner and I was pleased by every part of the process.

Date of experience: January 21, 2022I ordered a watch from BuyDig on 6/19, and got a confirmation email. On 6/20, I received two emails telling me there was an issue with the credit card, even though I have used that card in many other places. I called customer service, which has a specific menu item for billing issues, which is a pretty big warning sign. They confirmed the billing address and told me I was good to go. On 6/22, the order was canceled with no explanation, but payment is still "pending" on my credit card.

Date of experience: August 5, 2022Ordered 75" Samsung The Frame and after the first one shipped was destroyed in transit, received the replacement. Checked it upon arrival and it turns on and looks good. Installed on the wall in our renovated house and it starts off working well but gets into a power cycling on and off making the television unusable. Call Samsung and Buydig where they both blame each other for various issues; Buydig claiming Samsung needs to repair the TV and Samsung telling be that the TV is not under warranty. This process started 11/12/2020 and is still unresolved 3/17/2021. Both companies have failed miserably in their responses and I consider this purchase a total loss at this point after spending 15 hours total time on the telephone trying to get a resolution. Buydig has promised they had contacted Samsung to make things right which was a total lie. Have plenty of emails and recorded phone calls to back up. DO NOT BUY FROM BUYDIG.

Date of experience: July 17, 2022This was my first time in using their service, but I don't think I'll ever use them again. I had a terrible experience. I had called in and tried to ask some questions about a computer I wanted to purchase and they were not very helpful or very friendly. But they had what I wanted at the price I wanted so I went ahead and purchased it. 3 days later I get an email saying that my order did not go through. There's no reason why it should not have gone through it was on my credit card and I had plenty of balance available. Then I received an email that said my order was canceled. Well that's it. I don't understand what happened and they didn't offer any reason for it happening, so I'm done with them. They lost a big sale and they lost a customer. And they don't seem to care.

I placed my order with BuyDig.com on a Saturday and it arrived the following Friday.
While waiting on my order to arrive, I noticed their website had it on sale for less than I paid. I reached out to them and requested a price match. Yanill Tejada responded and provided me with a refund of the difference between my purchase price and the sale price.
I had never heard of BuyDig.com, so I was a little reluctant to purchase my laptop from them, but in the end it was a great experience and I would purchase from them in the future.
Date of experience: June 4, 2022I purchased a Sony a6100 "new - open box".
The description said the box contained all original parts/packaging. New condition.
Waited 8 days after my purchase to receive the device and immediately found that the lens had some kind of residue on it, and worse - at least 4 dead/stuck pixels.
Resetting the device would not fix it. Appears to be a hardware defect or damage... Box flaunts an "inspected by" sticker - Great job team!
After contacting them, the only solution provided was to return it.
I now get to wait another 5 days to simply receive the return shipping label.
Who knows how long it will take to get my money back.
If I wanted to invest in your company, I would have bought stocks, not loaned you $630, interest-free for over 2 weeks.
I am so glad I didn't buy the "15% off, $30 - 3-year warranty" that they were so desperately pushing to me through email. I almost did, and they would have only referred me to Sony if it was within the manufacturer's warranty. (all companies do this, watch out.)
Very unprofessional first experience.
Support was completely automated and the choices provided were limited.
Won't ever buy again, Won't ever recommend.
If it seems too good to be true, it is.

FedEx must have played football with my two gallon glass fermentation jar but when I contacted BuyDig, they made it all better than "Right", they bent over backwards to make me a loyal and satisfied customer. I will check their sight each time before I from now on to see if they have what I need. Trust me, this is a great company!
Date of experience: August 21, 2017My first purchase on buydig is Samsung Q900 soundbar. It was delivered in 2 days - Fast shipping!
The shipment box got damaged (hole) and so the unit also received a noticeable damage. When reached out to BuyDig customer service for return/replacement including the damaged box and produt pictures, I was offered a 10% off to keep the damaged product. I requested to bump up the discount close to 25% due to cosmetic as the unit was working, and it went through multiple reps but no suitable resolution was offered. CS rep Yanill Tajeda deligently looked into this and offered refund that is close to my expectation in timely manner.
The purchase experience is seamless and the customer service member Yanill won me as a repeating customer to BuyDig.

Fedex and USPS tracking number shows item not delivered to address provided but dropped somewhere in another zip code. Buydig refuses to replace or refund item, claiming tracking number shows item delivered! Customer service of no use. Thank goodness for Paypal protection otherwise would have been out of pocket. Will never buy from this outfit.

There are many negative reviews here because consumers have a tendency to complain when something goes wrong and not compliment when things go right. I would not hesitate to purchase from BuyDig.

Their shipping may take a bit longer than originally expected from time to time, I am unsure of whether that is a shipping issue or a turnaround issue, but they are usually honest about their products and their website is easy to navigate and use. I would recommend them to others. As with everything, check multiple shopping websites for reviews to get a better understanding of the quality of a product.

Then after 5-6 days of the admitting they were not in stock I begged then to change it so all those other people were going to also be deceived thinking there items are ready to ship today. All those customers who order through this company will without 1 dough will be lied to and deceived tp.

Well, just like the other reviewers stated, this company is terrible! I placed the order on 08/31/2015 for a television that was listed as "in stock". My credit card was charged immediately. I calling today 09/16/2015, to inquire about my order and see why it hadn't shipped yet and was assured that it would be shipping out soon. Not even 5 hours later, I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled due to an inventory oversight. So they had my money for almost 3 weeks and then cancelled the order. This is the same thing that many other people wrote in their reviews. Order product, long wait with no shipping, then order cancelled. They stated that they will refund my money. I'll have to see how long that takes. Bottom line, I will never do business with this company again. Stay away!

However, when you check with your credit card company you will noticed that the amount has not been declined. They are trying to scam customers into placing the order multiple times. Buyer Beware!

In fact, other stores even had the same sale. I received a confirmation email and everything appeared to be normal. I heard nothing for five days regarding tracking and decided to email support. Support informed me that my order was cancelled because they didn't have billing or shipping information. Logging into my account, I can see the billing and shipping information. None of that makes sense- I couldn't have even placed an order without payment or shipping information. Get it together you're a mess buydig.com
Date of experience: November 28, 20183 weeks after buying from Buydig I've got no merchandise and no refund. Their idiotic shipping policies, which they tried to blame on FedEx, that refused to allow FedEx to resend or allow me to pick up myself. This resulted in it eventually being returned for basically no reason other then Buydig not wanting me to actually receive the on sale TV. Their policy is that when a thing is returned you have to re-buy it, of course the return process takes so long that by the time you eventually get your money back, I still haven't after 3 or so weeks, the sale is off and you now have to pay normal price.
On top of that their Customer service is horrible and extremely uninterested in actually helping you. They only respond once a day and are only capable of a few responses that are unhelpful in the extreme and aggravating at best.
